Abstract
一种组合钎焊水冷板,组成元件包括水流道板、上盖板和下盖板,所述组成元件的结构和连接关系为:水流道板通过切削或冲裁成不同形状的水流道,水流道板两面分别与上盖板和下盖板贴合,通过钎焊形成整体,上盖板上设有进水孔和出水孔,下盖板与电池贴合。本发明水流循环充分,换热效率高,结构紧凑,工艺简单,不需要做拉伸模具,成本低,周期短,能够广泛用于各种电动汽车的电池水冷板。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车电池换热装置,尤其是一种组合钎焊水冷板。
背景技术
随着电动汽车向高续航方向发展,对电池的散热提出了更高的要求。传统的电动汽车电池水冷板主要采用铸造或拉伸成型工艺制作,前者厚度大,重量大,换热效率低;后者需投入拉伸模具,成本高,周期长。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有电动汽车电池水冷板换热效率低、成本高,周期长等问题,提供一种组合钎焊水冷板。
本发明的技术方案是:一种组合钎焊水冷板,组成元件包括水流道板、上盖板和下盖板,所述组成元件的结构和连接关系为:水流道板通过切削或冲裁成不同形状的水流道,水流道板两面分别与上盖板和下盖板贴合,通过钎焊形成整体,上盖板上设有进水孔和出水孔,下盖板与电池贴合。
所述水流道板根据水流分布需求通过切削或冲裁成不同形状的水流道。使水流呈S形流通过,提高换热效率。
所述水流道为S形或曲线状,使冷却水能够充分循环散热。
所述水流道板的形状与电池形状相一致。
本发明的突出的技术效果在于:
1、能够使冷却水能够形成S形流通过,水流循环充分,换热效率高。
2、结构紧凑,工艺简单,不需要做拉伸模具,成本低,周期短。

如图1所示,本发明所述组合钎焊水冷板,包括水流道板1、下盖板2和上盖板3,水流道板1内通过切削或冲裁加工出水流道11,上盖板3上设有进水孔31和出水孔32,水流道板1两面分别与下盖板2和上盖板3贴合钎焊成一体。水流道板1的下盖板2与电池5贴合。
所述水流道板1根据水流分布需求通过切削或冲裁成不同形状的水流道。使水流呈S形流通过,提高换热效率。
所述水流道11呈S形或曲线状,使冷却水能够充分循环散热。
所述水流道板1的形状与电池5形状相一致。
工作原理及过程:电池5的热量传至下盖板2上,冷却水4从进水口31进入经过水流道11带走下盖板2上的热量从出水口32流出,循环散热。

1.一种组合钎焊水冷板,组成元件包括水流道板、上盖板和下盖板,其特征在于,所述组成元件的结构和连接关系为:水流道板通过切削或冲裁成不同形状的水流道,水流道板两面分别与上盖板和下盖板贴合,通过钎焊形成整体,上盖板上设有进水孔和出水孔,下盖板与电池贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合钎焊水冷板,其特征在于,所述水流道板的形状与电池形状相一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合钎焊水冷板,其特征在于,所述水流道为S形或曲线状。
