Abstract

本发明涉及一种从钴溶液中萃取铜、锌、镉的方法,其特征在于用异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合,异辛酸与P204、煤油配合,作为萃取剂,与现有萃取剂相比,具有损耗小,不易乳化,无异味,不污染环境等优点,是异辛酸在溶剂萃取领域的一种新用途。

Description

一种从钴溶液中萃取Cu、Zn、Cd的方法
本发明涉及一种从钴溶液中萃取Cu、Zn、Cd的方法。
溶剂萃取在湿法冶金中被广泛应用,但以异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合,异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204)、煤油配合,作为萃取剂,从钴溶液中萃取分离Cu、Zn、Cd尚未见报导。
文献(乐颂光、钴冶金、冶金工业出版社、1987、P240-243)曾公开过用脂肪酸从CoSO4溶液中萃取除Fe、Cu的方法,但脂肪酸作为萃取剂存在如下不足之处:
1.溶于水相的溶解度大,因而损耗大。
2.粘度大、易乳化、使萃取作业困难。
3.有较大的异味,刺激操作人员鼻腔,污染环境。
本发明的目的在于提供一种难溶于水相,不易乳化又无气味的有机物,作为萃取剂,从钴溶液中萃取Cu、Zn、Cd。
本发明的特征在于用异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合,作为一段萃取的萃取剂;用异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204)、煤油配合,作为二段萃取的萃取剂,一段一次萃取的溶液PH值为3.5-4.3,温度为20-50℃,一段二次萃取的溶液PH值为4-5,温度为20-50℃,异辛酸与脂肪酸配合的体积百分比为20-40∶60-80,异辛酸与P204、煤油配合的体积百分比为1-5∶20∶75。
本发明提供的异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合或异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204)、煤油配合作为萃取剂具有如下优点:
1.萃取过程不易乳化,明显优于脂肪酸,甚至在Cu、Zn、Cd浓度高达100g/L以上时,也不产生乳化。
2.异辛酸水溶性小,馏程高(225-229℃),循环使用损耗少。
3.异辛酸粘度小,不会粘附在反应釜边沿或其他器皿上,减少了机械损失。
4.异辛酸无色、无味、不污染环境,有利于改善劳动条件。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明
图中料液为CoSO4溶液,含Cu、Zn、Cd杂质离子,化学成份见表1,萃取分二段,一段萃取为单级萃取,在反应釜内进行,一段萃取又分为一段一次和一段二次萃取,一段一次萃取除Cu、Zn、Cd,二段萃取除Cu、Zn、Mn,二段萃取为多级萃取,在水平萃取箱内进行,一段萃取用异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合,作为萃取剂,二段萃取用异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204)、煤油配合,作为萃取剂。

一段萃取用纯异辛酸作萃取剂,溶液PH值为3.6,温度30℃萃取相比为有机相∶水相=1∶1,二段萃取用异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204)、煤油按体积百分数5∶20∶75配合,作为萃取剂,溶液PH为4.6,萃取相比,有机相∶水相=1∶2

Claims (3)

1、一种从钴溶液中萃取Cu、Zn、Cd的方法,其特征在于该方法用异辛酸或异辛酸与脂肪酸配合,作为一段萃取的萃取剂;用异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204),煤油配合,作为二段萃取的萃取剂,一段一次萃取的溶液PH值为3.5-4.3,温度为20-50℃,一段二次萃取的溶液PH值为4-5,温度为20-50℃。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于异辛酸与脂肪酸配合的体积百分比为20-40∶60-80。
3、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于异辛酸与二-二乙基-己基磷酸(P204),煤油配合的体积百分比为1-5∶20∶75。
