本发明属于甘油基绿色清洗剂技术领域,尤其本发明公开了一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺5‑11份、甘油65‑85份、烷基糖苷5‑11份、槐糖脂5‑11份、缓蚀剂1‑3份、复配葡萄糖酸钠2‑5份、次氮基三乙酸1‑5份、海藻酸钠5‑11份、抗氧剂1‑3份;往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在400‑420r/min转速下搅拌20‑30min得到混合物B。本发明具有很好的应用前景,运用甘油为溶解介质,避免甘油对易生锈的物体造成二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及甘油基绿色清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法。
背景技术
清洗剂,又称清洁剂,是一种液体状态的用来洗涤衣物或清洗用具或清洁家具等东西的清洁产品。根据清洗剂是否含有含碳化合物,可以你清洗剂分为有机清洗剂和无机清洗剂;根据是否为水基,可以将清洗剂分为水系,半水系、非水系清洗剂三大类。
对于易生锈的物体表面清洗,是不能使用水系或者半水系清洗剂的,为此,本发明提出一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤,
S1,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺5-11份、甘油65-85份、烷基糖苷5-11份、槐糖脂5-11份、缓蚀剂1-3份、复配葡萄糖酸钠2-5份、次氮基三乙酸1-5份、海藻酸钠5-11份、抗氧剂1-3份;
S2,将上述重量份的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷基糖苷和槐糖脂放入反应釜中充分混合,混合得到混合物A;
S3,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在400-420r/min转速下搅拌20-30min得到混合物B;
S4,往混合物B中再加入上述重量份的甘油和抗氧剂,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得到甘油基绿色清洗剂。
优选的,所述S1中,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺6-10份、甘油70-80份、烷基糖苷6-10份、槐糖脂6-10份、缓蚀剂1.5-2.5份、复配葡萄糖酸钠3-4份、次氮基三乙酸2-4份、海藻酸钠6-10份、抗氧剂1.5-2.5份。
优选的,所述S1中,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份、甘油75份、烷基糖苷8份、槐糖脂8份、缓蚀剂2份、复配葡萄糖酸钠3.5份、次氮基三乙酸3份、海藻酸钠8份、抗氧剂2份。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
优选的,所述S3中,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在410r/min转速下搅拌25min得到混合物B。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过由烷基糖苷、槐糖脂作为表面活性剂,次氮基三乙酸等作为络合剂,同时添加海藻酸钠等作为增稠剂,复配葡萄糖酸钠等均是生物相容性好,微生物降解率高,对皮肤刺激性极小的成分,同时助剂中不含有磷成分,具有很好的环保性,常作为厨房、浴室等生活区域的绿色环保清洗剂,具有很好的应用前景,运用甘油为溶解介质,避免甘油对易生锈的物体造成二次污染,本发明还加入椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺,提高清洗效果,适合推广使用。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤,
S1,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺5份、甘油65份、烷基糖苷5份、槐糖脂5份、缓蚀剂1份、复配葡萄糖酸钠2份、次氮基三乙酸1份、海藻酸钠5份、抗氧剂1份;
S2,将上述重量份的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷基糖苷和槐糖脂放入反应釜中充分混合,混合得到混合物A;
S3,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在400r/min转速下搅拌20min得到混合物B;
S4,往混合物B中再加入上述重量份的甘油和抗氧剂,升温至50℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得到甘油基绿色清洗剂。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤,
S1,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份、甘油75份、烷基糖苷8份、槐糖脂8份、缓蚀剂2份、复配葡萄糖酸钠3.5份、次氮基三乙酸3份、海藻酸钠8份、抗氧剂2份;
S2,将上述重量份的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷基糖苷和槐糖脂放入反应釜中充分混合,混合得到混合物A;
S3,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在410r/min转速下搅拌25min得到混合物B;
S4,往混合物B中再加入上述重量份的甘油和抗氧剂,升温至55℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得到甘油基绿色清洗剂。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤,
S1,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺11份、甘油85份、烷基糖苷11份、槐糖脂11份、缓蚀剂3份、复配葡萄糖酸钠5份、次氮基三乙酸5份、海藻酸钠11份、抗氧剂3份;
S2,将上述重量份的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷基糖苷和槐糖脂放入反应釜中充分混合,混合得到混合物A;
S3,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在420r/min转速下搅拌30min得到混合物B;
S4,往混合物B中再加入上述重量份的甘油和抗氧剂,升温至60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得到甘油基绿色清洗剂。
本发明,通过由烷基糖苷、槐糖脂作为表面活性剂,次氮基三乙酸等作为络合剂,同时添加海藻酸钠等作为增稠剂,复配葡萄糖酸钠等均是生物相容性好,微生物降解率高,对皮肤刺激性极小的成分,同时助剂中不含有磷成分,具有很好的环保性,常作为厨房、浴室等生活区域的绿色环保清洗剂,具有很好的应用前景,运用甘油为溶解介质,避免甘油对易生锈的物体造成二次污染,本发明还加入椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺,提高清洗效果,适合推广使用。

S1,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺5-11份、甘油65-85份、烷基糖苷5-11份、槐糖脂5-11份、缓蚀剂1-3份、复配葡萄糖酸钠2-5份、次氮基三乙酸1-5份、海藻酸钠5-11份、抗氧剂1-3份;
S2,将上述重量份的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷基糖苷和槐糖脂放入反应釜中充分混合,混合得到混合物A;
S3,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在400-420r/min转速下搅拌20-30min得到混合物B;
S4,往混合物B中再加入上述重量份的甘油和抗氧剂,升温至50-60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温,得到甘油基绿色清洗剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺6-10份、甘油70-80份、烷基糖苷6-10份、槐糖脂6-10份、缓蚀剂1.5-2.5份、复配葡萄糖酸钠3-4份、次氮基三乙酸2-4份、海藻酸钠6-10份、抗氧剂1.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,准备原料,由以下重量份的原料组成:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份、甘油75份、烷基糖苷8份、槐糖脂8份、缓蚀剂2份、复配葡萄糖酸钠3.5份、次氮基三乙酸3份、海藻酸钠8份、抗氧剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种甘油基绿色清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中,往混合物A中依次加入上述重量份的缓蚀剂、复配葡萄糖酸钠、次氮基三乙酸和海藻酸钠,在410r/min转速下搅拌25min得到混合物B。
