本发明公开了一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露及其制备方法,按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:侧柏水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、去离子水、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、甘油、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、氯化钠、月桂基葡糖苷、侧柏提取物、1,2‑己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、柠檬酸、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物以及EDTA二钠;对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌抑菌率高于99.9%。

背景技术
沐浴露又称沐浴液、沐浴乳,是沐浴时使用的一种液体清洁剂,随着科技的发展,市场上出现了沐浴露,能够有效地去抑皮肤的污垢,同时不会形成钙皂、镁皂,沉积于皮肤上。
皮肤的污垢上聚集了大量的微生物,其中就有一些可能是病源微生物,例如金黄色葡萄球菌,这对人们的健康带来一定的威胁。
沐浴露可以去抑皮肤的污垢,同时会去抑一定量的病源微生物,但是我们普通的沐浴露不具备杀菌抑菌功能,所以无法彻底清抑和杀灭病原微生物,因此可能对我们的健康带来威胁。
目前沐浴露中,普遍添加防腐剂来防止沐浴露的腐败变质和起到杀菌抑菌效果,但是这些防腐剂不仅对皮肤有一定的刺激,而且对人类的健康有一定的危险。

本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、溶剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂、电解质、金属螯合剂、酸碱中和剂以及植物杀菌剂;
所述阴离子表面活性剂采用月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯以及月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠其中一种或几种;
所述非离子表面活性剂为月桂基葡糖苷;
所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
所述溶剂为去离子水;
所述保湿剂采用甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇以及山梨(糖)醇其中一种或几种;
所述抗氧化剂为对羟基苯乙酮;
所述皮肤调理剂采用侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物以及青梅提取物其中一种或几种;
所述电解质为氯化钠;
所述金属螯合剂为EDTA二钠;
所述酸碱中和剂为柠檬酸;
所述植物杀菌剂为侧柏水。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯和月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠。

优选的,按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:50-70份侧柏水、10-20份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3-5份异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、2-5份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、2-6份去离子水、1-5份月桂醇硫酸酯铵、1-5份甘油、1-5份月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、1-2份氯化钠、1-3份月桂基葡糖苷、0.3-0.6份侧柏提取物、0.5-1份1,2-己二醇、0.5-1份对羟基苯乙酮、0.1-0.4份柠檬酸、0.1-0.3份丁二醇、0.1-0.3份山梨(糖)醇、0.1-0.3份铁皮石斛提取物、0.1-0.3份人参根提取物、0.1-0.3份膜荚黄芪根提取物、0.1-0.3份卷柏提取物、0.1-0.3份玉竹提取物、0.1-0.3份青梅提取物以及0.05-0.1份EDTA二钠。

S1、将侧柏水加入反应釜中,在机械搅拌下,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
S2、将柠檬酸加入到混合物A中,得混合物B,调节混合物B的PH值至6.5-7.0;
S3、将甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行调和,得混合物C;
S4、在机械搅拌下,将侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物、氯化钠和EDTA二钠充分混合,得到混合物D;
S5、在机械搅拌下,将混合物B、混合物C和混合物D混合均匀,脱气后即得成品。
优选的,所述步骤S1的机械搅拌转速为500-600r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S4的机械搅拌转速为300-400r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S5的机械搅拌转速为100-200r/min。
本发明的优点:本发明采用了多种活性剂、多种皮肤调理剂以及多种保湿剂组合使用,使得本身具有杀菌效果的侧柏水能更好的维持在皮肤上,可有效抑制寄生在皮肤表面的致病菌。

实施例1:
一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:55份侧柏水、16份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、4.5份异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、3份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、5份去离子水、3份月桂醇硫酸酯铵、3份甘油、3份月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、1.32份氯化钠、2份月桂基葡糖苷、0.55份侧柏提取物、0.8份1,2-己二醇、0.9份对羟基苯乙酮、0.25份柠檬酸、0.2份丁二醇、0.2份山梨(糖)醇、0.2份铁皮石斛提取物、0.2份人参根提取物、0.2份膜荚黄芪根提取物、0.2份卷柏提取物、0.2份玉竹提取物、0.2份青梅提取物以及0.08份EDTA二钠。
一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将侧柏水加入反应釜中,在转速为500r/min的机械搅拌下,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
S2、将柠檬酸加入到混合物A中,得混合物B,调节混合物B的PH值至6.5;
S3、将甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行调和,得混合物C;
S4、在转速为300r/min的机械搅拌下,将侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物、氯化钠和EDTA二钠充分混合,得到混合物D;
S5、在转速为100r/min的机械搅拌下,将混合物B、混合物C和混合物D混合均匀,脱气后即得成品。
实施例2:
一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:60份侧柏水、12份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3.5份异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、3份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、5份去离子水、3份月桂醇硫酸酯铵、3份甘油、3份月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、1.32份氯化钠、2份月桂基葡糖苷、0.55份侧柏提取物、0.8份1,2-己二醇、0.9份对羟基苯乙酮、0.25份柠檬酸、0.2份丁二醇、0.2份山梨(糖)醇、0.2份铁皮石斛提取物、0.2份人参根提取物、0.2份膜荚黄芪根提取物、0.2份卷柏提取物、0.2份玉竹提取物、0.2份青梅提取物以及0.08份EDTA二钠。

S2、将柠檬酸加入到混合物A中,得混合物B,调节混合物B的PH值至6.5;
S3、将甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行调和,得混合物C;
S4、在转速为350r/min的机械搅拌下,将侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物、氯化钠和EDTA二钠充分混合,得到混合物D;
S5、在转速为150r/min的机械搅拌下,将混合物B、混合物C和混合物D混合均匀,脱气后即得成品。
实施例3:
一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:65份侧柏水、12份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3.5份异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、3份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3份去离子水、2份月桂醇硫酸酯铵、2份甘油、2份月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、1.32份氯化钠、2份月桂基葡糖苷、0.55份侧柏提取物、0.8份1,2-己二醇、0.9份对羟基苯乙酮、0.25份柠檬酸、0.2份丁二醇、0.2份山梨(糖)醇、0.2份铁皮石斛提取物、0.2份人参根提取物、0.2份膜荚黄芪根提取物、0.2份卷柏提取物、0.2份玉竹提取物、0.2份青梅提取物以及0.08份EDTA二钠。
一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将侧柏水加入反应釜中,在转速为600r/min的机械搅拌下,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
S2、将柠檬酸加入到混合物A中,得混合物B,调节混合物B的PH值至7.0;
S3、将甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行调和,得混合物C;
S4、在转速为400r/min的机械搅拌下,将侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物、氯化钠和EDTA二钠充分混合,得到混合物D;
S5、在转速为200r/min的机械搅拌下,将混合物B、混合物C和混合物D混合均匀,脱气后即得成品。
经试验测试,实例1-3,在20min内,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率均达99.99%以上。

Claims (10)
1.一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,其特征在于:所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、溶剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂、电解质、金属螯合剂、酸碱中和剂以及植物杀菌剂;
所述阴离子表面活性剂采用月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯以及月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠其中一种或几种;
所述非离子表面活性剂为月桂基葡糖苷;
所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
所述溶剂为去离子水;
所述保湿剂采用甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇以及山梨(糖)醇其中一种或几种;
所述抗氧化剂为对羟基苯乙酮;
所述皮肤调理剂采用侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物以及青梅提取物其中一种或几种;
所述电解质为氯化钠;
所述金属螯合剂为EDTA二钠;
所述酸碱中和剂为柠檬酸;
所述植物杀菌剂为侧柏水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯和月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,其特征在于:所述所述保湿剂为甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇和山梨(糖)醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,其特征在于:所述皮肤调理剂为侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物和青梅提取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露由如下组分组成:50-70份侧柏水、10-20份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3-5份异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、2-5份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、2-6份去离子水、1-5份月桂醇硫酸酯铵、1-5份甘油、1-5份月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、1-2份氯化钠、1-3份月桂基葡糖苷、0.3-0.6份侧柏提取物、0.5-1份1,2-己二醇、0.5-1份对羟基苯乙酮、0.1-0.4份柠檬酸、0.1-0.3份丁二醇、0.1-0.3份山梨(糖)醇、0.1-0.3份铁皮石斛提取物、0.1-0.3份人参根提取物、0.1-0.3份膜荚黄芪根提取物、0.1-0.3份卷柏提取物、0.1-0.3份玉竹提取物、0.1-0.3份青梅提取物以及0.05-0.1份EDTA二钠。

7.一种权利要求6所述高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将侧柏水加入反应釜中,在机械搅拌下,依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、异硬脂醇乙酰谷氨酰胺酯、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和去离子水,搅拌均匀,得混合物A;
S2、将柠檬酸加入到混合物A中,得混合物B,调节混合物B的PH值至6.5-7.0;
S3、将甘油、1,2己二醇、丁二醇、山梨(糖)醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行调和,得混合物C;
S4、在机械搅拌下,将侧柏提取物、铁皮石斛提取物、人参根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、卷柏提取物、玉竹提取物、青梅提取物、氯化钠和EDTA二钠充分混合,得到混合物D;
S5、在机械搅拌下,将混合物B、混合物C和混合物D混合均匀,脱气后即得成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1的机械搅拌转速为500-600r/min。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的机械搅拌转速为300-400r/min。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种高效杀菌抑菌沐浴露及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5的机械搅拌转速为100-200r/min。
