Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性环氧通用型底漆,按质量份数,其组成为:水性环氧乳液38~45份、颜料3~8份、云母粉3~10份、滑石粉5~10份、磷酸锌5~10份、沉淀硫酸钡3~8份、白炭黑0.2~0.8份、分散剂3~8份、消泡剂0.2~0.8份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、杀菌剂0.1~0.5份、抗闪锈助剂0.5~3份、碳纤维复合材料0.2~1.5份、去离子水12~22份。利用碳纤维复合材料,碳纤维已成为先进复合材料最重要的增强材料。由于碳纤维复合材料具有轻而强、轻而刚、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、结构尺寸稳定性好以及设计性好等特点。本发明中添加这种材料,能够更好地适用于各种底材,并都具有较强的附着力,使得耐候的防腐效果也最佳的。

一种水性环氧通用型底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水性环氧底漆的领域,具体涉及一种水性环氧通用型底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
关于水性底漆的发明很多,多集中在水性环氧乳液的水性环氧通用型底漆,少数采用其他水性乳液,这些水性底漆性能指标各有差异。大部分底漆存在对底材的要求,只针对某种或某几种底材才具有良好的附着力。
碳纤维(carbon fiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在90%以上的高强度、高模量、综合性能优异的新型纤维材料,其中含碳量高于99%的称石墨纤维。碳纤维作为一种高性能纤维,具有高强度、高模量、耐高温、抗化学腐蚀、抗蠕变、耐辐射、耐疲劳、导电、传热和热膨胀系数小等诸多优异性能。此外,还具有纤维的柔曲性和可编性。碳纤维既可用作结构材料来承载负荷,又可用作功能材料。因此在国内外碳纤维及其复合材料近几年的发展都十分迅速。碳纤维的制备是有机纤维进行碳化的过程,在惰性气体中将含碳的有机物加热到3000℃左右,非碳元素脱离,碳元素含量逐步增大并最终形成碳纤维。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够更好地适用于各种底材,并都具有较强的附着力,使得耐候的防腐效果佳的水性环氧通用型底漆。该水性环氧通用型底漆可广泛用于车辆制造、公路桥梁、油气贮罐、钻井平台、炼油厂等防腐蚀抗氧化要求比较高的行业。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种水性环氧通用型底漆,按质量份数,其组成为:

本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:提供一种水性环氧通用型底漆的制备方法。
为解决第二个技术问题,采用的技术方案是:一种水性环氧通用型底漆的制备方法,其步骤为:将颜料、云母粉、白炭黑、分散剂、消泡剂、去离子水按比例混合,再加入滑石粉、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡,转速800~1000转/min,分散至少30min,放入砂磨机中砂磨至细度≤50μm,再与水性环氧乳液、碳纤维复合材料、流平剂、杀菌剂、抗闪锈助剂混合均匀,得到水性环氧通用型底漆。
有有效效:利用碳纤维复合材料,碳纤维已成为先进复合材料最重要的增强材料。由于碳纤维复合材料具有轻而强、轻而刚、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、结构尺寸稳定性好以及设计性好等特点。本发明中添加这种材料,能够更好地适用于各种底材,并都具有较强的附着力,使得耐候的防腐效果也最佳的。
具体实施方式
实施例1-5
颜填料为颜料、云母粉、滑石粉、磷酸锌、沉淀硫酸钡、白炭黑等;助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、抗闪锈助剂、碳纤维复合材料、流平剂,均为市售商品,根据使用的需求选择。
依照上述原料的重量份制备水性环氧通用型底漆,制作过程中跟原材料的具体重量份如下表1,实验同事设5组数据,为表1和表2中的实施例1-5,实验时同时设对比例,对比例中不添加碳纤维复合材料,其余组分与实施例5相同。将各实施例和对比例中得到的水性环氧通用型底漆进行性能测试,各涂料的各项性能指标如下表2。

从表2实施例分析结果可以看出,实施例1~5产品的性能明显优于对比例,实施例3、4和5性能效果更佳。
