Abstract
An application of psoralen in preventing and treating plant bacterial diseases belongs to the technical field of plant-derived bactericides and discloses an application of psoralen in preventing and treating plant bacterial diseases. The compound can effectively inhibit the growth of xanthomonas species such as rice bacterial streak germ, cruciferous vegetable black rot germ and the like, and the plant source bactericide prepared by processing the compound as an active ingredient can be used for preventing and treating plant bacterial diseases caused by the xanthomonas species. The compound can be used alternately with other bactericides to delay the generation of drug resistance.

The psoralen is derived from fructus Psoraleae (fructus Psoraleae) of LeguminosaePsoralea corylifoliaL.) furocoumarins compound of fruit, has abundant bioactivity. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The psoralen is obtained by separating and purifying fructus Psoraleae (purity is more than 98%), and can be used as active ingredient and pesticide adjuvant to make into any dosage form allowable for pesticide.
The dosage forms comprise powder, wettable powder, soluble powder, granules, aqueous solution, missible oil, aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, water dispersible granules, suspending agent, smoke agent, sustained release agent, seed coating agent or oil agent.
The application refers to the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases caused by xanthomonas such as rice bacterial streak germ, rice bacterial streak germ and cruciferous vegetable black rot germ.
The invention proves that psoralen has significant bacteriostatic activity on xanthomonas such as rice bacterial streak germ, rice bacterial streak germ and cruciferous vegetable black rot germ through research, and can be developed into a control medicament for alternate use, thereby relieving the generation of drug resistance.

Example 5:
the control effect of the 20% psoralen suspension prepared according to example 1 on bacterial blight of rice was as follows:
