背景技术
随着显示面板技术和汽车技术的发展,车载低温多晶硅(Low Temperature Poly-silicon,LTPS)显示模组由于具有窄边框的特性而被广泛应用到汽车领域,因此,对车载LTPS显示模组的可靠性的要求也越来越高。
在现有的车载LTPS显示模组中,显示模组的盖板通过固定胶带与模组粘接固定,然而固定胶带边缘处存在缝隙,水汽、灰尘等容易从缝隙处进入显示模组内部,从而影响显示模组的可靠性。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,可以提高显示模组的可靠性。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括:
背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;
背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间中;
支架,所述支架设置于所述背光盒之内,所述支架设置于所述背光模组侧部;
显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支架上;
盖板,所述盖板盖设所述显示面板,所述盖板朝向所述背光盒的表面和所述背光盒的侧壁朝向所述盖板的表面之间具有一缝隙;
柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板穿过所述缝隙与所述显示面板电性连接;以及
第一密封结构和第二密封结构,所述第一密封结构设置于所述柔性电路板和所述盖板朝向所述背光盒的表面之间,所述第二密封结构设置于所述柔性电路板和所述背光盒的侧壁朝向所述盖板的表面之间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,以下将进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的显示模组的结构示意图。该显示模组1可以包括:背光盒10、背光模组20、支架30、显示面板40、盖板50、柔性电路板60、第一密封结构91和第二密封结构92。需要说明的是,该显示模组1包括但不限于上述部件,显示组件10还可以包括其他部件,比如控制芯片等。
其中,背光盒10可以包括底壁101和侧壁102。该底壁101和侧壁102可以围设成一收容空间103。该底壁101可以用于放置背光模组20和支架30。
背光模组20可以收容于该收容空间103内,可以用于为显示面板40提供光源。该背光模组20贴合于背光盒10的底壁101。请参阅图2,该背光模组20可以包括从下往上一次层叠的反射片201、导光板202和增亮膜片203。该增亮膜片203可以包括从下往上依次层叠的下扩散片2031、下增光片2032、上增光片2033和上扩散片2034。反射片201、导光板202和增亮膜片203的具体作用为公知常识,在此不再一一赘述。
支架30设置于背光盒10之内,且该支架30设置于背光模组20的侧部,该支架30可以用于放置显示面板40。该支架30可以包括第一支撑部301和第二支撑部302,第一支撑部301插装在收容空间103中,且与背光盒10的底壁101相抵,用于支撑第二支撑部302。优选的,该支撑部301背光盒10的侧壁102平行设置。第二支撑部302设置于第一支撑部301远离背光盒10的底壁101的一侧,且朝显示面板20的方向延伸,可以用于放置显示面板40。需要说明的是,该第二支撑部302与第一支撑部301相互垂直设置。
在一些实施例中,可以分别在背光盒10的底壁101和支架30的第一支撑结构301上设置一卡扣结构,第一支撑结构301和底壁101通过卡扣结构卡接固定。还可以在第一支撑结构301和底壁101之间增加固定胶带,第一支撑结构301和底壁101通过固定胶带固定连接。
需要说明的是,由于增亮膜片203在对光线进行增强工作时会膨胀,为了防止增亮膜片203膨胀时膨胀过程中受到支架30的挤压导致损坏。因此,需要在背光模组20与支架30之间需要预留一缓冲空间。具体的,可以在背光模组20与背光盒10之间设置一间隙21作为缓冲空间。
显示面板40设置于支架30上。该显示面板40放置于第二支撑部302上。该显示面板40可以用于显示图像。在一些实施例中,该显示面板40可以通过一固定胶带70与支架30的第二支撑部302固定连接。
盖板50盖设显示面板40。盖板50可以用于保护该显示面板40。在一些实施例中,盖板50可以通过一光学胶80与显示面板40固定连接。在盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面和背光10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间具有一缝隙90。
该柔性电路板60穿过缝隙90与显示面板40电性连接。柔性电路板60可以用于为显示面板40提供显示电源。请参阅图3,显示面板40可以包括从下往上依次层叠的下偏光片401、薄膜晶体管402、液晶层403、彩膜基板404和上偏光片405。需要说明的是,该柔性电路板60与薄膜晶体管402与该显示面板40电性连接。
外界的水汽和灰尘等可以通过缝隙90进入显示模组1的内部,影响显示模组1的工作可靠性。
对此,为了避免外界的水汽和灰尘等可以通过缝隙90进入显示模组1的内部。在本申请实施例中,在柔性电路板60和盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面之间设置第一封装结构91,在柔性电路板60和背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间设置第二封装结构92,以密封缝隙90。防止外界的水汽和灰尘等通过该缝隙90进入显示模组1的内部。
该第一密封结构91靠近柔性电路板60的一侧和靠近盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面的一侧具有粘性,以使第一密封结构91可以粘附第一密封结构91靠近柔性电路板60的一侧和靠近盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面的一侧,不易脱落,增加第一密封结构91的稳定性。第二密封结构92靠近柔性电路板60的一侧和靠近背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面的一侧具有粘性,以使第二密封结构92可以粘附第二密封结构92靠近柔性电路板60的一侧和靠近背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面的一侧,不易脱落,增加第二密封结构92的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,为了增加第一密封结构91和第二密封结构92的密封性,可以使用具有伸缩性的材料制作第一密封结构91和第二密封结构92。比如,密封泡棉等。
由上述实施例可知,第一密封结构91设置于柔性电路板60和盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面之间。第二密封结构92设置于柔性电路板60和背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间。并且柔性电路板60与显示面板40的薄膜晶体管402电性连接。
对此,由于第一密封结构91和第二密封结构92具有可伸缩性,可以将第一密封结构91的厚度设置为大于或等于彩膜基板403的厚度、液晶层404、上偏光片405的厚度与光学胶80的厚度之和。将第二密封结构92的厚度设置为大于或等于固定胶带70的厚度、下偏光片401的厚度与薄膜晶体管402的厚度之和。
在具体实施过程中,可以通过施加外力使得第一密封结构91和第二密封结构92以压缩状态分别设置入柔性电路板60和盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面之间以及柔性电路板60和背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间。此时撤去外力,第一密封结构91和第二密封结构91伸张,第一密封结构91完全填充柔性电路板60和盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面之间的缝隙,第二密封结构92完全填充柔性电路板60和背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间的缝隙。
本方案通过在柔性电路板60和盖板50朝向背光盒10的表面之间设置第一封装结构91,在柔性电路板60和背光盒10的侧壁102朝向盖板50的表面之间设置第二封装结构92,可以完全密封盖缝隙90,隔绝了外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示模组1的内部,从而提高了显示模组1的防尘、防水等能力,进而提高了显示模组1的可靠性。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括:
背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;
背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间中;
支架,所述支架设置于所述背光盒之内,所述支架设置于所述背光模组侧部;
显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支架上;
盖板,所述盖板盖设所述显示面板,所述盖板朝向所述背光盒的表面和所述背光盒的侧壁朝向所述盖板的表面之间具有一缝隙;
柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板穿过所述缝隙与所述显示面板电性连接;以及
第一密封结构和第二密封结构,所述第一密封结构设置于所述柔性电路板和所述盖板朝向所述背光盒的表面之间,所述第二密封结构设置于所述柔性电路板和所述背光盒的侧壁朝向所述盖板的表面之间;
其中,所述第一密封结构和所述第二密封结构均通过粘连固定,所述第一密封结构和所述第二密封结构位置对应,所述第一密封结构在所述侧壁上的投影与所述第二密封结构在所述侧壁上的投影完全重叠。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述第一密封结构靠近所述柔性电路板的一侧和靠近所述盖板朝向所述背光盒的表面的一侧具有粘性。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述第二密封结构靠近所述柔性电路板的一侧和靠近所述背光盒的侧壁朝向所述盖板的表面的一侧具有粘性。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述支架包括第一支撑部和第二支撑部;
所述第一支撑部插装在所述收容空间中,且与所述底壁相抵;
所述第二支撑部设置于所述第一支撑部远离所述底壁的一侧,且朝所述显示面板的方向延伸。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,在所述第二支撑部和所述显示面板之间设置有一固定胶带。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括从下往上依次层叠的下偏光片、薄膜晶体管、液晶层、彩膜基板和上偏光片;
所述柔性电路板与所述薄膜晶体管电性连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述第二密封结构具有伸缩性,所述第二密封结构的厚度大于或等于所述固定胶带的厚度、所述下偏光片的厚度与所述薄膜晶体管的厚度之和。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示模组,其特征在于,在所述显示面板和所述盖板之间设置有一光学胶。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述第一密封结构具有伸缩性,所述第一密封结构的厚度大于或等于所述彩膜基板的厚度、所述液晶层的厚度、所述上偏光片的厚度与所述光学胶的厚度之和。
10.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组与所述背光盒的底壁贴合;
所述背光模组与所述支架之间具有间隙。
