本发明公开了一种新型防水显示模组,包括背板、面框、光学膜片、扩散板、散热片和液晶面板,所述面框包括侧框、支撑部和分隔片,所述分隔片将支撑部分隔为第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述支撑部与侧框之间设有连接部,所述面框上设有卡槽,装饰面板通过卡槽与侧框连接,所述背板分为垂直部分和水平部分,垂直部分设置在侧框与第二支撑部之间,所述装饰面板和液晶面板之间设置密封光学胶,所述侧框与背板连接缝处、分隔片与扩散板连接缝处均设有密封条。该结构的新型防水显示模组不仅能够解决显示模组防水防尘的问题,同时还能够省略中框、安装步骤简单,性能良好。

一种新型防水显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型防水显示模组。
背景技术
显示模组为液晶显示器面板的关键零组件之一,功能在于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。随着液晶显示技术的不断发展,液晶显示器特别是彩色液晶显示器的应用领域也在不断拓宽。背光源性能的好坏除了会直接影响LCD显 像质量外,背光源的成本占LCD模块的30-50%,所消耗的电力更占模块的75%,可说是LCD模块中相当重要的零组件。高精细、大尺寸的LCD,必须有高性能的背光技术与之配合,因此, 当LCD产业努力开拓新应用领域的同时,背光技术的高性能化(如高亮度化、低成本化、低耗 电化、轻薄化等)亦扮演着幕后功臣的角色。现有技术的显示模组,防水性能不是很好,暴漏在空气中,很容易受到水蒸气以及 其他水分的影响,造成显示模组短路,或者是其他的损坏,同时现有侧入式一体机的尺寸大、体型大、重量大,成本高昂,将庞大的显示模组各个部件进行组装时十分困难,当其出现故障时,也不易维修,因此,需要对现有技术进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种新型防水显示模组,不仅能够解决显示模组防水防尘的问题,同时还能够省略中框、安装步骤简单,性能良好。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种新型防水显示模组,包括背板、面框、光学膜片、扩散板、散热片和液晶面板 ,所述面框包括侧框、支撑部和分隔片,所述分隔片将支撑部分隔为第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述支撑部与侧框之间设有连接部,所述面框上设有卡槽,装饰面板通过卡槽与侧框连接,所述光学膜片和扩散板设置在背板与分隔片之间的空间内,所述液晶面板设置在装饰面板与分隔片之间的空间内,所述背板分为垂直部分和水平部分,垂直部分设置在侧框与第二支撑部之间,所述装饰面板和液晶面板之间设置密封光学胶,所述侧框与背板连接缝处、分隔片与扩散板连接缝处均设有密封条。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述背板与侧框相连,所述散热板包括:互相连接成L型的水平部分和竖直部分,水平部分下侧连接第二支撑部,上侧设有LED灯条,垂直部分一侧连接背板。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述面框为一体成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:采用新型的面框代替传统背板模组中的前框和中框,可以完全省略用于夹住固定液晶面板的中框,通过面框的侧框设置的卡槽,将固定液晶面板的装饰面板设计成可拆卸式,结构简单,安装步骤简单,通过在装饰面板和液晶面板之间设置密封光学胶,所述侧框与背板连接缝处、分隔片与扩散板连接缝处均设有密封条,能够确保显示模组内部空间的封闭性,防水防尘。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例:如图1所示,一种新型防水显示模组,包括背板1、面框2、光学膜片6、扩散板5、散热片3和液晶面板7 ,面框包括侧框8、支撑部和分隔片15,分隔片15将支撑部分隔为第一支撑部11和第二支撑部9,支撑部与侧框8之间设有连接部10,面框2上设有卡槽,装饰面板通过卡槽与侧框8连接,光学膜片6和扩散板5设置在背板1与分隔片15之间的空间内,液晶面板7设置在装饰面板12与分隔片15之间的空间内,背板1分为垂直部分和水平部分,垂直部分设置在侧框与第二支撑部之间,装饰面板12和液晶面板7之间设置密封光学胶13,侧框8与背板1连接缝处、分隔片15与扩散板5连接缝处均设有密封条14。
采用新型的面框2代替传统背板模组中的前框和中框,可以完全省略用于夹住固定液晶面板的中框,面框2采用一体成型,通过面框的侧框8设置的卡槽,将固定液晶面板7的装饰面板12设计成可拆卸式,结构简单,安装步骤简单,通过在装饰面板12和液晶面板7之间设置密封光学胶13,侧框8与背板1连接缝处、分隔片15与扩散板5连接缝处均设有密封条14,能够确保显示模组内部空间的封闭性,防水防尘。
背板1采用散热铝板,散热板3为互相连接成L型的水平部分和竖直部分,水平部分下侧连接第二支撑部9,上侧设有LED灯条4,垂直部分一侧连接背板1,通过散热片3将LED灯条4所产生的热量传递给背板1,进行大面积的散热。
其中显示背板的安装步骤:首先将LED灯条4贴在散热片3上,然后按照散热片3、光学模组6和扩散板5,之后插入面框2,光学膜片6和扩散板5的刚好固定在散热片3与面框的第二支撑部9以及背板1所围成容纳空间内,再安装液晶面板7,最后将装饰面板12插入侧框8卡槽中。

1.一种新型防水显示模组,其特征在于:包括背板、面框、光学膜片、扩散板、散热片和液晶面板 ,所述面框包括侧框、支撑部和分隔片,所述分隔片将支撑部分隔为第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述支撑部与侧框之间设有连接部,所述面框上设有卡槽,装饰面板通过卡槽与侧框连接,所述光学膜片和扩散板设置在背板与分隔片之间的空间内,所述液晶面板设置在装饰面板与分隔片之间的空间内,所述背板分为垂直部分和水平部分,垂直部分设置在侧框与第二支撑部之间,所述装饰面板和液晶面板之间设置密封光学胶,所述侧框与背板连接缝处、分隔片与扩散板连接缝处均设有密封条。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的新型防尘显示模组,其特征在于:所述背板与侧框相连,所述散热板包括:互相连接成L型的水平部分和竖直部分,水平部分下侧连接第二支撑部,上侧设有LED灯条,垂直部分一侧连接背板。
