Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型尿素箱安装装置。新型尿素箱安装装置包括:尿素箱以及固定支架;所述尿素箱适于通过固定支架固定于汽车的翼子板上。通过将尿素箱安装于翼子板中,有效的解决了地板底部的布置空间不足的问题,同时,由于翼子板处距离机舱较近,管路变短,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,具体涉及一种新型尿素箱安装装置及汽车。
背景技术
尿素箱是汽车上的常用部件,其作用是处理汽车尾气,使汽车尾气排放达到相关的国家标准。从国五阶段开始,所有轻型车都需要安装SCR《选择性催化还原》。柴油机尾气处理液《国内俗称车用尿素,汽车尿素,汽车环保尿素》,是SCR《选择性催化还原》技术中必须要的消耗品,与SCR催化剂一起将柴油发电机排放烦人有害氮氧化物转换成无害的水蒸气和氮。而受到安装空间的限制。
现有技术中的尿素箱用扎带捆绑方式固定在地板底部,占用空间大,地板底部的布置空间有限,不利于尿素箱布置。而且这种布置尿素箱距离机舱较远管道长。
如何解决上述问题,是目前亟待解决的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型尿素箱安装装置及汽车,以实现将尿素箱安装于翼子板的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型尿素箱安装装置,包括:
尿素箱以及固定支架;
所述尿素箱适于通过固定支架固定于汽车的翼子板上。
进一步的,所述尿素箱由扇形侧壁以及四个矩形侧壁围合而成;且
其中两个矩形侧壁垂直设置,另外两个矩形侧壁呈锐角设置;且
两个垂直设置的矩形侧壁中的一个与两个锐角设置的矩形侧壁中的一个呈钝角设置,所述扇形侧壁与剩余两个矩形侧壁连接;
所述四个矩形侧壁形成一个“匚”字形,且锐角设置的两个矩形侧壁位于上顶部,垂直设置的两个矩形侧壁位于下底部。
进一步的,所述尿素箱适于嵌入翼子板与翼子板加强梁中;
所述尿素箱的扇形侧壁与翼子板贴合,所述尿素箱的其中两个垂直的矩形侧壁与翼子板加强梁贴合。
进一步的,两个所述锐角设置的矩形侧壁中远离垂直设置的侧壁上开设有尿素加注口。
进一步的,所述尿素箱的底面开设有回油管接口以及高压油管接口。
进一步的,所述固定支架包括多组固定组件;且
多组所述固定组件通过连接板进行固定。
进一步的,所述固定组件包括弧形固定件以及固定底板;
所述弧形固定件适于将尿素箱固定于所述固定底板上。
进一步的,所述弧形固定件的两端分别与固定底板的两端分别通过螺丝固定于翼子板以及翼子板加强梁中。
本发明还提供了一种汽车,所述汽车包括如上述的新型尿素箱安装装置。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明提供了一种新型尿素箱安装装置及汽车,其中,新型尿素箱安装装置包括尿素箱以及固定支架;所述尿素箱适于通过固定支架固定于汽车的翼子板上。通过将尿素箱安装于翼子板中,有效的解决了底板的布置空间不足的问题,同时,由于翼子板处距离机舱较近,管路变短,降低了成本。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例1
本实施例1提供了一种新型尿素箱安装装置。新型尿素箱安装装置包括:尿素箱110以及固定支架120;所述尿素箱110适于通过固定支架120固定于汽车的翼子板上。通过将尿素箱110安装于翼子板中,有效的解决了底板的布置空间不足的问题,同时,由于翼子板处距离机舱较近,管路变短,降低了成本。
请参阅图1,所述尿素箱110由扇形侧壁111以及四个矩形侧壁112围合而成;且其中两个矩形侧壁112垂直设置,另外两个矩形侧壁112呈锐角设置;且两个垂直设置的矩形侧壁112中的一个与两个锐角设置的矩形侧壁112中的一个呈钝角设置,所述扇形侧壁111与剩余两个矩形侧壁112连接;所述四个矩形侧壁112形成一个“匚”字形,且锐角设置的两个矩形侧壁112位于上顶部,垂直设置的两个矩形侧壁112位于下底部。
具体地,所述尿素箱110适于嵌入翼子板与翼子板加强梁中;所述尿素箱110的扇形侧壁111与翼子板贴合,所述尿素箱110的其中两个垂直的矩形侧壁112与翼子板加强梁贴合。通过改变尿素箱110的形状,以使其能安装于汽车的翼子板中。
在本实施例中,两个所述锐角设置的矩形侧壁112中远离垂直设置的侧壁上开设有尿素加注口113。所述尿素箱110的底面开设有回油管接口115以及高压油管接口114。尾气从涡轮出来后进入排气混合管,在混合管内安装有尿素计量喷射装置,尿素泵从尿素箱110內抽取尿素溶液,压缩过后从高压油管到尿素计量喷射装置上喷出,剩余从回流管流回尿素箱110內。
请参阅图2,在本实施例中,所述固定支架120包括多组固定组件121;且多组所述固定组件121通过连接板122进行固定。固定支架120,结构简单,重量轻,降低了整体重量,减少成本。
具体地,所述固定组件121包括弧形固定件1211以及固定底板1212;所述弧形固定件1211适于将尿素箱110固定于所述固定底板1212上。所述弧形固定件1211的两端分别与固定底板1212的两端分别通过螺丝固定于翼子板以及翼子板加强梁中。
本发明还提供了一种汽车,所述汽车包括如上述的新型尿素箱安装装置。通过将尿素箱110安装于翼子板中,有效的解决了地板底部的布置空间不足的问题,同时,由于翼子板处距离机舱较近,管路变短,降低了成本。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种新型尿素箱安装装置。新型尿素箱安装装置包括:尿素箱以及固定支架;所述尿素箱适于通过固定支架固定于汽车的翼子板上。通过将尿素箱安装于翼子板中,有效的解决了地板底部的布置空间不足的问题,同时,由于翼子板处距离机舱较近,管路变短,降低了成本。

1.一种新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,包括:
尿素箱以及固定支架;
所述尿素箱适于通过固定支架固定于汽车的翼子板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述尿素箱由扇形侧壁以及四个矩形侧壁围合而成;且
其中两个矩形侧壁垂直设置,另外两个矩形侧壁呈锐角设置;且
两个垂直设置的矩形侧壁中的一个与两个锐角设置的矩形侧壁中的一个呈钝角设置,所述扇形侧壁与剩余两个矩形侧壁连接;
所述四个矩形侧壁形成一个“匚”字形,且锐角设置的两个矩形侧壁位于上顶部,垂直设置的两个矩形侧壁位于下底部。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述尿素箱适于嵌入翼子板与翼子板加强梁中;
所述尿素箱的扇形侧壁与翼子板贴合,所述尿素箱的其中两个垂直的矩形侧壁与翼子板加强梁贴合。
4.如权利要求2所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
两个所述锐角设置的矩形侧壁中远离垂直设置的侧壁上开设有尿素加注口。
5.如权利要求2所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述尿素箱的底面开设有回油管接口以及高压油管接口。
6.如权利要求1所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述固定支架包括多组固定组件;且
多组所述固定组件通过连接板进行固定。
7.如权利要求6所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述固定组件包括弧形固定件以及固定底板;
所述弧形固定件适于将尿素箱固定于所述固定底板上。
8.如权利要求7所述的新型尿素箱安装装置,其特征在于,
所述弧形固定件的两端分别与固定底板的两端分别通过螺丝固定于翼子板以及翼子板加强梁中。
9.一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的新型尿素箱安装装置。
