本发明涉及一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
在军事领域中，为加强作战的安全性和保护个人及组织队伍的生命安全，需要穿上或包上具有隐蔽作用的服装或其他材料，这些隐蔽性的服装或其他用品一般通过使用某些颜色的染料，获得伪装颜色以消除或减弱与周围环境的视觉差别来实现，且对面料性能的要求也越来越高，在作战过程中，战火缭绕，普通面料不具有阻燃的功能或阻燃性能低，容易引发自身着火或军事战备的引爆，甚至对受伤人员来说是致命的，因此在着重伪装的同时需要提高面料的阻燃性，从而提高面料的整体性能。
发明内容
（一）要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种工艺流程简洁方便，绿色环保型迷彩装饰涂料，提高了与自然环境的逼真度，具备良好的伪装性能，同时多重阻燃防护，增加阻燃性，成品质量好，整体性能更佳的双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺。
（二）技术方案
本发明的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，其特征在于：包括面料本体，所述的面料本体包括基布层和双面印花层。
进一步地，所述的基布层包括下述重量份的原料制备而成：阻燃涤纶纤维20～30份、腈氯纶纤维20～40份、纳米银纤维10～20份和碳纤维15～25份。
进一步地，所述的双面印花层通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案，其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物，加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶。
进一步地，包括以下步骤：将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品。
进一步地，所述的坯布去油水洗、脱水包括热水中清洗10～20min，热水温度为 40～50℃，接着冷水清洗，最后脱水。
进一步地，所述的烘干温度为100～130℃。
进一步地，所述的硬挺整理中，含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂：浓度2～5G/L，定型机温度为：180～200℃，时间为1～2分钟。

本发明与现有技术相比较，其具有以下有益效果：本发明工艺流程简洁方便，绿色环保型迷彩装饰涂料，提高了与自然环境的逼真度，具备良好的伪装性能，同时多重阻燃防护，增加阻燃性，成品质量好，整体性能更佳。

所述的双面印花层3通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案，其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物，加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶；

包括以下步骤：将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品；
所述的坯布去油水洗、脱水包括热水中清洗15min，热水温度为45℃，接着冷水清洗，最后脱水；
所述的烘干温度为120℃；
所述的硬挺整理中，含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂：浓度3G/L，定型机温度为：190℃，时间为1.5分钟。

一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，其特征在于：包括面料本体1，所述的面料本体1包括基布层2和双面印花层3；
其中，所述的基布层2包括下述重量份的原料制备而成：阻燃涤纶纤维30份、腈氯纶纤维40份、纳米银纤维20份和碳纤维25份；
所述的双面印花层3通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案，其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物，加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶；
包括以下步骤：将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品；

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，其特征在于：所述的双面印花层（3）通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案，其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物，加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶。

6.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，其特征在于：所述的烘干温度为100～130℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺，其特征在于：所述的硬挺整理中，含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂：浓度2～5G/L，定型机温度为：180～200℃，时间为1～2分钟。
