本发明涉及一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
在军事领域中,为加强作战的安全性和保护个人及组织队伍的生命安全,需要穿上或包上具有隐蔽作用的服装或其他材料,这些隐蔽性的服装或其他用品一般通过使用某些颜色的染料,获得伪装颜色以消除或减弱与周围环境的视觉差别来实现,且对面料性能的要求也越来越高,在作战过程中,战火缭绕,普通面料不具有阻燃的功能或阻燃性能低,容易引发自身着火或军事战备的引爆,甚至对受伤人员来说是致命的,因此在着重伪装的同时需要提高面料的阻燃性,从而提高面料的整体性能。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种工艺流程简洁方便,绿色环保型迷彩装饰涂料,提高了与自然环境的逼真度,具备良好的伪装性能,同时多重阻燃防护,增加阻燃性,成品质量好,整体性能更佳的双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺。
(二)技术方案
本发明的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺,其特征在于:包括面料本体,所述的面料本体包括基布层和双面印花层。
进一步地,所述的基布层包括下述重量份的原料制备而成:阻燃涤纶纤维20~30份、腈氯纶纤维20~40份、纳米银纤维10~20份和碳纤维15~25份。
进一步地,所述的双面印花层通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案,其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物,加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶。
进一步地,包括以下步骤:将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品。
进一步地,所述的坯布去油水洗、脱水包括热水中清洗10~20min,热水温度为 40~50℃,接着冷水清洗,最后脱水。
进一步地,所述的烘干温度为100~130℃。
进一步地,所述的硬挺整理中,含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂:浓度2~5G/L,定型机温度为:180~200℃,时间为1~2分钟。
(三)有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明工艺流程简洁方便,绿色环保型迷彩装饰涂料,提高了与自然环境的逼真度,具备良好的伪装性能,同时多重阻燃防护,增加阻燃性,成品质量好,整体性能更佳。

所述的双面印花层3通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案,其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物,加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶;

包括以下步骤:将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品;
所述的坯布去油水洗、脱水包括热水中清洗15min,热水温度为45℃,接着冷水清洗,最后脱水;
所述的烘干温度为120℃;
所述的硬挺整理中,含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂:浓度3G/L,定型机温度为:190℃,时间为1.5分钟。

一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺,其特征在于:包括面料本体1,所述的面料本体1包括基布层2和双面印花层3;
其中,所述的基布层2包括下述重量份的原料制备而成:阻燃涤纶纤维30份、腈氯纶纤维40份、纳米银纤维20份和碳纤维25份;
所述的双面印花层3通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案,其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物,加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶;
包括以下步骤:将原料经纬纱经交织织造成坯布→坯布准备→坯布去油水洗、脱水→轧亲水剂、烘干→激光预处理→涂料数码印花→硬挺后整理→成品;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的双面印花层(3)通过涂料进行数码迷彩图案,其涂料包括钛铬黄、钛锰棕、钴蓝、钛钴绿、钛镍黄、铜铬黑或铁铬黑任意几种混合物,加入乳化剂、分散剂、阻燃剂、紫外线吸收剂和水或溶剂型PU胶。

7.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面印花伪装阻燃面料及其制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的硬挺整理中,含聚丙烯酸酯的硬挺整理剂:浓度2~5G/L,定型机温度为:180~200℃,时间为1~2分钟。
