本发明涉及一种染整工艺,更具体的说是涉及一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺。
背景技术
锦葵科棉属植物的种籽上被覆的纤维,又称棉花,简称棉。是纺织工业的重要原料。棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖。棉花大多是一年生植物。它是由棉花种子上滋生的表皮细胞发育而成的。
在现有技术中,棉纤维被作为常用的布料纤维,在制作成布料的时候,需要经过染整过程,大部分染整过程需要先寄过前处理、染色、清洗、皂洗等过程,每一步的过程都会产生大量废水。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺,
步骤一:
将布料进行等离子处理;
步骤二:
配置浴液,所述浴液包括染料和清洗液;
步骤三:
将布料置于浴液中进行染色、清洗;
步骤四:
取出布料,进行晾干,并在负压条件下,在布料表面涂覆水凝胶;
步骤五:
将涂覆水凝胶的布料放入水中清洗,烘干;
步骤六:将步骤五中的废水加入步骤二中使用后的浴液进行絮凝。

N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺:20份
N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺:10份
聚氨基葡糖:20份
5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇:10份
壳聚糖:30份
纳米二氧化硅:5份。

将N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、过硫酸铵、纳米二氧化硅充分混合,得到混合物,在40℃下反应2小时得的预聚液;

在发明中,首先是通过对布匹的等离子处理,现有技术中前处理过程一般是需要将布匹通过双氧水的氧化,这样更加方便着色,但是会产生大量的废水,而等离子处理也是激活布匹表面活性基团,则不会产生废水。之后通过将染料和清洗液配置成一浴,这样将染色和清洗的过程合并在一起,也大大降低了用水量。并且经过浴液处理后,通过涂覆水凝胶,能够修复布料表面的损伤,可以起到一个较好的固色效果,并且水凝胶在负压条件下,能够起到对布料的全面包覆。在完成水凝胶修复后,对布料进行漂洗,漂洗下来的水中含有大量的水凝胶,可以作为处理浴液的絮凝剂,将染料和清洗液进行絮凝,这样使得对水资源能够有一个重复再利用的方式。
并且在水凝胶上,选用具有修复植物纤维的水凝胶,具有一定的粘结性能,因此本发明还提供了一种具有粘结性能的水凝胶,其主要由N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化硅组成。其中N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖为水凝胶的主要构成,形成水凝胶的高分子结构,并且该配方制备的水凝胶具有较多的羟基基团,并且具有一定的粘性,能够与植物纤维进行粘合,使用时棉纤维的后处理,并且能够增强棉纤维的强度以及提高其抗起球性能。并且其中的纳米二氧化硅能够提高棉纤维的耐磨性能。
在实际操作过程中,提供一种步骤四的优选方案,先将N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、过硫酸铵、纳米二氧化硅充分混合,得到混合物,在40℃下反应2小时得的预聚液;使得预聚液处于一种粘稠的流体状态,之后涂敷在布匹上,在布匹上进一步聚合,之后进行抽滤,使得聚合过程在布匹上完成,可以更好地与棉纤维进行结合。并且之后抽滤下来的废液可以作为与使用完的浴液进行后处理,消除污染,可以进一步节省水资源,提高利用率。

所述步骤一中,等离子处理参数为放电功率为100W,放电频率为13.56MHz,处理时间3min。
对比例:
步骤一:
将涤棉布匹置于等离子处理机中进行等离子处理;
步骤二:
将涤棉布料浸扎在分散染料中,进行染色;
步骤三:
将进行染色的布料进行清洗;
步骤四:
将完成的清洗布料浸扎在清洗液中,进行清洗;
所述复合水凝胶为丙烯酰胺/纳米二氧化硅水凝胶;
步骤五:
将二次浸扎后的布料用塑料膜包好,在100℃水蒸气下汽蒸2分钟;
步骤六:
进行水洗透风,之后再皂煮晾干。
清洗液包括下列组成:
氢氧化钠:20g/L
85%保险粉20g/L。
分散染料为:
水:100份
染料:0.1~2份
在发明中,首先是通过对布匹的等离子处理,现有技术中前处理过程一般是需要将布匹通过双氧水的氧化,这样更加方便着色,但是会产生大量的废水,而等离子处理也是激活布匹表面活性基团,则不会产生废水。之后通过将染料和清洗液配置成一浴,这样将染色和清洗的过程合并在一起,也大大降低了用水量。并且经过浴液处理后,通过涂覆水凝胶,能够修复布料表面的损伤,可以起到一个较好的固色效果,并且水凝胶在负压条件下,能够起到对布料的全面包覆。在完成水凝胶修复后,对布料进行漂洗,漂洗下来的水中含有大量的水凝胶,可以作为处理浴液的絮凝剂,将染料和清洗液进行絮凝,这样使得对水资源能够有一个重复再利用的方式。
并且在水凝胶上,选用具有修复植物纤维的水凝胶,具有一定的粘结性能,因此本发明还提供了一种具有粘结性能的水凝胶,其主要由N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化硅组成。其中N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖为水凝胶的主要构成,形成水凝胶的高分子结构,并且该配方制备的水凝胶具有较多的羟基基团,并且具有一定的粘性,能够与植物纤维进行粘合,使用时棉纤维的后处理,并且能够增强棉纤维的强度以及提高其抗起球性能。并且其中的纳米二氧化硅能够提高棉纤维的耐磨性能。
在实际操作过程中,提供一种步骤四的优选方案,先将N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、过硫酸铵、纳米二氧化硅充分混合,得到混合物,在40℃下反应2小时得的预聚液;使得预聚液处于一种粘稠的流体状态,之后涂敷在布匹上,在布匹上进一步聚合,之后进行抽滤,使得聚合过程在布匹上完成,可以更好地与棉纤维进行结合。并且之后抽滤下来的废液可以作为与使用完的浴液进行后处理,消除污染,可以进一步节省水资源,提高利用率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:
步骤一:
将布料进行等离子处理;
步骤二:
配置浴液,所述浴液包括染料和清洗液;
步骤三:
将布料置于浴液中进行染色、清洗;
步骤四:
取出布料,进行晾干,并在负压条件下,在布料表面涂覆水凝胶;
步骤五:
将涂覆水凝胶的布料放入水中清洗,烘干;
步骤六:将步骤五中的废水加入步骤二中使用后的浴液进行絮凝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述水凝胶包括下述重量份组成:
N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺:20份
N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺:10份
聚氨基葡糖:20份
5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇:10份
壳聚糖:30份
纳米二氧化硅:5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:
所述步骤四为:
将N-异丙基丙烯酸酰胺、N-[2-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-2-丙烯酰胺、聚氨基葡糖、5-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基氨基)-1-(羟甲基)-1,2,3,4-环己四醇、壳聚糖、过硫酸铵、纳米二氧化硅充分混合,得到混合物,在40℃下反应2小时得的预聚液;
将布匹放置到抽滤漏斗上,将预聚液涂抹在布匹背向抽滤漏斗的一侧;
将涂覆有混合物的一侧的布匹上,升温至65℃,反应2小时后,之后倒入水至抽滤漏斗上,进行抽滤,抽滤30min;
将废弃滤液与步骤二中使用后的浴液进行絮凝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节水型高效短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:
