Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,先清除铜制品表面的杂质,然后对铜制品进行打磨抛光处理后,在氧化剂中进行浸泡,最后进行烘干处理即可,本发明将五金配件进行清洗,在改性液中进行浸泡上,为五件配件的,可有效地增强防腐蚀薄膜在其表面的粘附力,粘有防腐蚀薄膜,能够降低五件配件被腐蚀的可能性,延长使用时间,且防腐蚀薄膜中的粘合剂,将耐污涂料涂抹在防腐蚀薄膜上,解决了耐污涂料附着力低的缺陷,防污涂料干燥后具有较低的表面能和较大的水接触角,使得五金配件的吸附性较低,进而有效的提升了五金配件的耐污性能,涂抹加固涂料,能有效避免五金配件表面的耐污涂料在使用的过程中发生开裂的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及五件配件相关领域,具体为一种耐污五金配件的制备方法。
背景技术
五金配件指用五金制作成的机器零件或部件,以及一些小五金制品。它可以单独用途,也可以做协助用具。例如五金工具、五金零部件、日用五金、建筑五金以及安防用品等。小五金产品大都不是最终消费品。而是作为工业制造的配套产品、半成品以及生产过程所用工具等等。只有一小部分日用五金产品(配件)是人们生活必须的工具类消费品。现有的五金配件的耐污性能较差,极易沾染上灰层,需要经常擦拭,易腐蚀,进而缩短了五金配件的使用寿命,现有的五件配件一般采用涂料进行提高耐污性能,但涂料易发生开裂的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将成型的五金配件表面清洗干净后,然后放入改性液中进行浸泡20-30min,浸泡过程中控制改性液的温度为30-50℃;
S2、将浸泡后的五金配件进行冲洗处理,处理后放入烘干机中进行烘干15-18min,烘干机的温度保持在130-150℃;
S3、在烘干后的五金配件表面粘上防腐蚀薄膜,将制得耐污涂料均匀的涂抹在五金配件的防腐蚀薄膜上,涂抹的厚度为0.3-0.8cm,通过热风将耐污涂料吹干;
S4、吹干后,在耐污涂料表面涂刷有加固涂料,加固涂料涂刷的厚度0.1-0.4,向加固涂料表面喷涂成膜助剂,喷涂后静置5-8min;
S5、将五件配件放入烘干机中,进行烘干处理,即可制得耐污五金配件。
优选的,步骤S1中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙二胺基丙磺酸钠12-15份、酒石酸铋钾3-7份、正钒酸钠9-14份、焦磷酸钠4-8份、乙醇11-14份、水150-220份。
优选的,步骤S3中耐污涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸15-18份、甲基丙烯酸十八烷醇酯17-19份、氰脲酸三聚氰胺酯5-8份、三乙醇胺7-12份、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯3-8份、乙二胺9-14份、引发剂1-3份、消泡剂2-3份。
优选的,步骤S3中防腐蚀薄膜是由二甲氨基氯乙烷盐酸盐、六偏磷酸钠、多羟基化合物的膦酯混合酯、粘合剂和环氧树脂组成。
优选的,步骤S4中加固涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:乙基纤维素15-22份、三聚磷酸钠19-25份、增强剂5-8份、水280-350份。
优选的,步骤S3中热风吹的时间为10-18min,热风的温度保持在75-88℃。
优选的,步骤S4中成膜助剂的喷洒量为330-450g/m2。
优选的,步骤S5中烘干处理的温度为80-95℃,烘干处理的时间为2-4小时。
优选的,乙醇溶液的体积分数为60-80%。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将成型的五金配件表面清洗干净后,然后放入改性液中进行浸泡20-30min,浸泡过程中控制改性液的温度为30-50℃;

S4、吹干后,在耐污涂料表面涂刷有加固涂料,加固涂料涂刷的厚度0.1-0.4,向加固涂料表面喷涂成膜助剂,喷涂后静置5-8min;
S5、将五件配件放入烘干机中,进行烘干处理,即可制得耐污五金配件。

Claims (9)
1.一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将成型的五金配件表面清洗干净后,然后放入改性液中进行浸泡20-30min,浸泡过程中控制改性液的温度为30-50℃;
S2、将浸泡后的五金配件进行冲洗处理,处理后放入烘干机中进行烘干15-18min,烘干机的温度保持在130-150℃;
S3、在烘干后的五金配件表面粘上防腐蚀薄膜,将制得耐污涂料均匀的涂抹在五金配件的防腐蚀薄膜上,涂抹的厚度为0.3-0.8cm,通过热风将耐污涂料吹干;
S4、吹干后,在耐污涂料表面涂刷有加固涂料,加固涂料涂刷的厚度0.1-0.4,向加固涂料表面喷涂成膜助剂,喷涂后静置5-8min;
S5、将五件配件放入烘干机中,进行烘干处理,即可制得耐污五金配件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙二胺基丙磺酸钠12-15份、酒石酸铋钾3-7份、正钒酸钠9-14份、焦磷酸钠4-8份、乙醇11-14份、水150-220份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中耐污涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸15-18份、甲基丙烯酸十八烷醇酯17-19份、氰脲酸三聚氰胺酯5-8份、三乙醇胺7-12份、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯3-8份、乙二胺9-14份、引发剂1-3份、消泡剂2-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中防腐蚀薄膜是由二甲氨基氯乙烷盐酸盐、六偏磷酸钠、多羟基化合物的膦酯混合酯、粘合剂和环氧树脂组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污五金配件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中加固涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:乙基纤维素15-22份、三聚磷酸钠19-25份、增强剂5-8份、水280-350份。
