水产养殖是当今食品行业最具活力的部门之一。水产养殖特别涉及鱼类(鱼类养殖),贝类(贝类养殖)或甲壳类动物(小龙虾养殖和虾类养殖)的生产。
对鱼类的高需求导致用于饲养鱼类,贝类和甲壳类动物的食料价格大幅上涨。
水产养殖中最常用的产品之一是鱼粉。它是一种易消化,富含动物蛋白(富含赖氨酸和蛋氨酸类型氨基酸)的粉末。与有限的供应伴随的需求增加因此导致其价格大幅上涨,给水产养殖的可持续增长带来风险。因此,存在对用于水产养殖食料的高质量和尽可能可再生的蛋白质的替代来源很高的需求。
昆虫粉末或昆虫粉提供天然替代蛋白质来源,以及以最小的生态足迹进行大规模生产的可能性。特别是,某些甲虫如黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)具有能够适合于大规模生产的优点。
此外,鱼类,贝类或甲壳类动物的养殖由于在饲养池中将大量个体聚集在一起,因此经常受到细菌来源的流行病,例如副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus),在某些地区中其引起大约70%的养殖虾群体死亡。
副溶血性弧菌是一种主要感染贝类动物(特别是牡蛎和贻贝),甲壳类动物(特别是虾)和鱼类的细菌。这种细菌可以传染给人类,特别是当被感染的贝类,甲壳类动物或鱼类食用时,会引起肠炎和肠胃炎。
因此,存在对一种有效的预防感染风险和/或有效对抗细菌流行病的方法的需要。
为此,发明人已经证明昆虫粉的施用使得可以预防和治愈细菌感染。
因此,本发明还涉及用于作为药物的用途的昆虫粉末。
“昆虫粉”是指颗粒形式的组合物,其仅由昆虫和任选的水进行制备。
昆虫粉末中的残留水分含量为2%至15%,优选5%至10%,更优选4%至8%。该水分含量可以例如根据源自27-01-2009的法规CE 152/2009(103℃/4h)的方法确定。
应注意,在本申请的范围中,除非另有规定,否则所指示的值的范围应理解为包括端值。

当将昆虫粉研磨成对于人或动物食料可接受的粒径时,后者可称为“昆虫粉”。“人或动物食料可接受的粒径”是指粒度在100μm-1.5mm之间,优选在300μm-1mm之间,更优选在500-800μm之间。
“昆虫”特别是指鞘翅目(Coleoptera),双翅目(Diptera),鳞翅目(Lepidoptera),直翅目(Orthoptera),膜翅目(Hymenoptera),网翅目(Dictyoptera),特别是蜚蠊目(Blattoptera),包括等翅目(Isoptera),和螳螂目(Mantoptera),竹节虫目(Phasmoptera),半翅目(Hemiptera),异翅目(Heteroptera),蜉蝣目(Ephemeroptera)和长翅目(Mecoptera),优选鞘翅目,或它们的混合物。
优选地,根据本发明优选的甲虫属于拟步甲科(Tenebrionidae),鳃金龟科(Melolonthidae),皮蠹科(Dermestidae),飘虫科(Coccinellidae),天牛科(Cerambycidae),步甲科(Carabidae),吉丁科(Buprestidae),花金龟科(Cetoniidae),椰象鼻蟲科(Dryophthoridae)或它们的混合物。

这种昆虫粉末尤其允许有效地对抗由弧菌(Vibrio species)属细菌引起的细菌感染,特别是由副溶血性弧菌引起的细菌感染。
事实上,当感染副溶血性弧菌的白虾用昆虫粉而不是鱼粉喂养时,白虾的死亡率因而得到限制。这可能产生自白虾的免疫防御增强,由于其免疫系统的刺激和/或其肝细胞的更好发育所致(参见下文实施例4)。
更具体地,本发明涉及用于治疗弧菌病的昆虫粉。
“弧菌病”是指由弧菌属(Vibrio spp)的细菌引起的所有细菌感染,所述细菌属于弧菌科(Vibrionaceae),生活在水中的细菌。如上所述,这些细菌对人类(能够引起严重感染)和/或对动物,特别是水生动物具有致病性,因此能够通过其食料感染人类。

“软体动物”是指具有软体的无脊椎动物,由头部,足部和内脏团组成。在七类软体动物中,可提到三个主要分支:腹足类动物,双壳类动物和头足类动物。
腹足类动物特别包括蜗牛,鼻涕虫或帽贝。双壳类动物特别包括贻贝,牡蛎或蛤蜊。头足类动物特别是章鱼,鱿鱼或墨鱼。
本发明涉及的软体动物可以是陆生动物或水生动物,优选水生动物。“水生”是指淡水动物或海洋动物,优选海洋动物。
优选地,本发明所涉及的软体动物属于双壳类的组,特别地包括古生物科(Palaeotaxodonta),隐藻科(Cryptodonta),翼形科(Pteriomorphia),古异齿目(Palaeoheterodonta),异翅目(Heterodonta)和异韧带亚目(Anomalodesmata)。

“甲壳类动物”是指其身体被称为外角质层的甲壳质外骨骼(其通常用碳酸钙浸渍)覆盖的动物。该组包括属于较低等级的可变大小的动物,例如鳃足类、头足类(Branchiopoda)、头虾纲(Cephalocarida)、颌足类(Malacostraca)、颚足纲(Maxillopoda)、介形类(Ostracoda)、雷米足类(Remipedia)。
甚至更优选地,本发明涉及的甲壳类动物的种类属于十足目的顺序。
“十足目”是指具有5对腿的甲壳类动物。十足目物种分为两个子类:分枝鳃亚目(Dendrobranchiata) 和腹胚亚目(Pleocyemata)。
在分枝鳃亚目(Dendrobranchiata)中,可以通过它们的通用名称提及属于对虾总科(super-famiile Penaeoidea Rafinesque)的虾。
在腹胚亚目(Pleocyemata)中,可以通过它们的通用名提及属于异尾下目(Anomura)的蹲龙虾,属于异孔亚派(Heterotremata)分部的螃蟹,或短尾亚目(Brachyura)或Paguroidea的下目,虾属于真虾次目(Caridea),属于螯虾下目(Astacidea)的小龙虾和龙虾,或属于无螯下目(Chelata)的多刺龙虾。
优选地,本发明涉及的甲壳类动物是虾。虾可以是海洋或淡水物种。有利地,它们是适合虾网养殖(Pénéiculture)或淡水养殖的虾种。
有利地,本发明涉及的虾类属于对虾科(Penaeidae),特别地对虾属(Penaeus)。
优选地,本发明涉及的虾的种类如下:太平洋白虾(Litopenaeus vannamei),亚洲虎虾(Penaeus monodon),南美蓝对虾(Penaeus stylirostris),中国对虾(Penaeuschinensis),日本对虾(Kaeuma japonicus),印度对虾(Penaeus indicus),香蕉对虾(Penaeus merguiensis),日本毛虾(Metapenaeus spp)和罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachiumrosenbergii),也优选凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)。

特别地,昆虫粉可用于治疗虾的虾早期死亡综合征/急性肝胰脏坏死综合征。
虾早期死亡综合征/虾急性肝胰脏坏死综合征(称为“EMS/AHPNS”)是感染副溶血性弧菌的虾的死亡率超过70%的原因。
当被感染时,虾看起来很脆弱并且迷失方向。它的角质层上有时会出现黑色病变。某些非常致命的细菌菌株可以杀死高达80%的养殖虾,如亚洲虎虾(Penaeus monodon)和太平洋白虾(Penaeus vannamei)。
有利地,根据本发明使用的昆虫粉包含至少67重量%的蛋白质和至少0.1重量%的甲壳质,百分比相对于昆虫粉末的总重量给出。
“蛋白质”是指粗蛋白质的量。粗蛋白质的定量是本领域技术人员公知的。举例来说,可以提及Dumas方法或Kjeldahl方法。优选地,使用对应于标准NF EN ISO 16634-1(2008)的Dumas方法。
这种粉末的实例在下文的实施例1至3中进行描述。
优选地,昆虫粉末包含68重量%的粗蛋白质,更优选70重量%的粗蛋白质,更优选71重量%的粗蛋白质,重量百分比相对于昆虫粉末的总重量给出。
根据本发明,“甲壳质”是指任何类型的甲壳质衍生物,即包含N-乙酰基-葡糖胺单元和D-葡糖胺单元的任何类型的多糖衍生物,特别地甲壳质-多肽共聚物(有时称为“甲壳质-多肽复合物”)。这些共聚物也可以与通常为黑色素类型的颜料结合。
甲壳质被认为是生物世界中第二最多合成的聚合物,仅次于纤维素。事实上,甲壳质是由生物世界中的许多物种合成的:它部分构成了甲壳类动物和昆虫的外骨骼,以及包围和保护真菌的侧壁。更具体地,在昆虫中,甲壳质因此占其外骨骼的3至60%。
甲壳质含量通过其提取来确定。这种方法可以是AOAC 991.43方法。
根据第一实施方案,根据本发明使用的昆虫粉包含至少67重量%的蛋白质和至少5重量%的甲壳质,相对于昆虫粉末的总重量给出百分比。
优选地,该昆虫粉包含5至16重量%的甲壳质,更优选8至14%的甲壳质,重量百分比相对于昆虫粉的总重量给出。
有利地,该昆虫粉末的灰分含量相对于昆虫粉末的总重量小于或等于4重量%,甚至更有利地小于或等于3.5%。
灰分构成由根据本发明的组合物燃烧产生的残余物。
确定灰分含量的方法是本领域技术人员公知的。优选地,灰分根据法规CE 152/2009 (27-01-2009)规定的方法测定。
该昆虫粉末的脂肪物质含量优选为相对于昆虫粉末的总重量5至20重量%,更优选为9至17%。

有利地,该昆虫粉末的蛋白质具有相对于粗蛋白质的总重量大于或等于85重量%的消化率。
消化率是通过指令72/199/CE中描述的方法测量的胃蛋白酶消化率。
优选地,消化率大于或等于86%,更优选大于或等于88%。
有利地,根据本发明使用的该昆虫粉末包含相对于蛋白质总重量的35至65重量%的可溶性蛋白质,并且至少50%的可溶性蛋白质具有小于或等于12400g/mol的大小。
“蛋白质的总重量”是指存在于根据本发明的昆虫粉末中的粗蛋白质的重量。
“可溶性蛋白质”在粗蛋白质中是指可溶于水溶液的那些,其pH值为6-8,有利地为7.2-7.6。

“柔软部分”是指昆虫的肉(特别地包括肌肉和内脏)和汁液(尤其包括生物体液,水和血淋巴)。特别地,柔软部分不包括昆虫的汁液。
可以使用压滤机或带式分离器将表皮与昆虫的柔软部分分离。

本发明还涉及用于软体动物和/或甲壳类动物的营养方案,其包含至少5重量%的昆虫粉末。
“营养方案”是指按给定比例的旨在被软体动物和/或甲壳类动物消耗的营养成分(或组分)的整体。
根据本发明,昆虫粉可以用作通常在软体动物和甲壳类动物的营养方案中施用的鱼粉的替代物。它可以部分或全部替代鱼粉。优选地,昆虫粉以鱼粉重量的50%或更多地代替鱼粉,甚至更优选地以鱼粉重量的75%或更多地代替鱼粉。
用昆虫粉代替鱼粉有利地允许改善软体动物和/或甲壳类动物的免疫系统,特别地由于昆虫粉的蛋白质和脂质的高消化性。而且,这增加了肠绒毛的密度和长度,特别地在白虾中的肠绒毛的密度和长度,同时增加了肝细胞的大小。因此,用昆虫粉代替鱼粉提供了富含蛋白质和脂质的不昂贵的替代品,并且其允许预防和/或治愈某些疾病,例如虾的弧菌病。

实施例1:制备昆虫粉的方法
根据本发明的组合物由黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)的幼虫制备。在收到幼虫后,后者可以在被杀死之前在它们的饲养槽中在4℃下储存0至15天而不会发生严重降解。幼虫的重量(相对于所用幼虫的年龄)是可变的,因此它们的组成可以变化,如下表1所示:

•步骤1:将昆虫漂烫
将活幼虫(+4℃至+25℃)以厚度在2-10厘米的层形式在多孔(1毫米)传送带上被传送到漂烫室。因此,昆虫在98℃下用蒸汽(蒸汽喷嘴或蒸汽床)或用100℃的水(洒水喷嘴)或混合模式(水+蒸汽)漂烫。在漂烫室中的停留时间为1至15分钟,理想的是5分钟。
漂烫后幼虫的温度在75℃至98℃之间。
•步骤2:压制
一旦漂烫,将幼虫输送到连续单螺杆压榨机的进料斗中。在进入压榨机时,将幼虫保持在70℃以上的温度以增加脱油效率。脱油的原理是通过使螺杆和环的布置在中心轴上来加压圆柱形框的材料。该框在内部铺满棍,该棍分区域分布并沿着工作区域由不同厚度的空间保持隔开。如此布置的间隙允许油部分的流动并限制所谓的“干燥”物质的通过,将被称为“压制饼”的蛋白质部分如此参与压制。
获得的压制产率为48%至55%。
R饼=(质量饼/质量汁液+质量饼) 。
得到的压制饼含有35-40%的干物质,67-75%的蛋白质和13-17%的脂肪,重量百分比相对于压制饼的干重给出。
•步骤3:干燥
然后将压制饼以薄层(约2cm)形式布置在托盘上,并在通风空气中/搅拌下在90℃下干燥5小时,以获得干物质含量大于92%的压制饼。
该步骤使得可以防止从杀死以来发生的任何污染。
干燥后的Aw(水分活度)为0.35。微生物学结果显示没有沙门氏菌属(方法:IRIS沙门氏菌BKR 23/07-10/11)和肠杆菌值小于10 CFU/g(方法:NF ISO 2128-2,2004年12月,30℃和37℃)。
•步骤4:研磨
最后使用连续锤磨机(6个可逆移动部件-厚度8mm)研磨主要包含蛋白质的干燥压制饼。磨机由带有流量控制阀(180kg/h)的料斗供料。用于控制输出粒度的穿孔格栅为0.8毫米。电动机的旋转速度为3000rpm(电驱机动,吸收功率4kW(5.5CV))。
实施例2:实施例1中获得的昆虫粉末的表征
对实施例1中制备的昆虫粉进行了表征。
1.分析
1.1水分含量的测定
水分含量根据来自27-01-2009的法规CE 152/2009 (103℃/4h)的方法测定。
1.2粗蛋白质的测定
粗蛋白质根据称为Dumas方法的对应于标准NF EN ISO 16634-1(2008)的方法测定。
1.3甲壳质含量的测定
昆虫粉的膳食纤维基本上由甲壳质组成,因此后者根据AOAC 991.43方法测量。由此获得的值因此略微高估的。
1.4脂肪量的测定
脂肪根据法规CE 152/2009的方法测定。
1.5灰分量的测定
粗灰分根据在27-01-2009的法规CE 152/2009中的方法测定。
1.6磷量的测定
磷通过ICP(诱导耦合等离子体)使用内部校准来测量。

实施例3:制备昆虫粉末的替代方法
将200g的黄粉虫(T. molitor)幼虫引入置于100℃的水浴中并预先含有200mL水的烧杯中。5分钟后,将烧杯从水浴中取出,排出幼虫,然后与一定体积的200mL水混合。将由此获得的液体通入双螺杆型压机中。将由此获得的压制饼在70℃的烘箱中干燥24小时,然后研磨至250μm。由此获得昆虫粉末。
实施例4:在实施例1中获得的昆虫粉对白虾的作用,特别地对致病性弧菌副溶血
性弧菌的抗性
进行了三个实验以评估虾对昆虫粉的食欲(实验1),蛋白质的消化率,在虾中昆虫粉的脂质和能量(实验2)以及昆虫粉对白虾的生长和免疫力的功效(实验3)。
1.进行实验的材料和方法
用于所有这些实验的鱼粉是来自泰国的并包含56%的粗蛋白含量的鱼粉(“fishmeal”),相对于所述鱼粉的总重量表示。

统计

实验1:相对于由15%鱼粉构成的通常营养方案,白虾对昆虫粉的食欲的测试
a. 实验的不同营养方案
使用以下5个方案以完全随机的方式评估昆虫粉对白虾的吸引能力,每个方案重复四次:
-方案1(R1):对照30%鱼粉(以下称FM);
-方案2(R2):阴性对照15%FM;0%昆虫粉(以下称为INSM);
-方案3(R3):阴性对照10%FM;5%INSM;
-方案4(R4):阴性对照5%FM;10%INSM;
-方案5(R5):阴性对照0%FM;15%INSM;
每种方案的四个重复用于评估食欲。
b. 配方和营养方案的制作
该方案用对于满足白虾的已知营养需求有用的成分进行配制,特别描述于2011年出版的National Research Council (NCR)的参考手册中。
用于实验营养方案中的昆虫粉是根据实施例1中获得的。
昆虫粉对白虾的吸引能力在下面详述的五种营养方案中进行了评估,其组成在下表3中给出。
根据作为国际参考方法的AOAC(2000)的描述分析了所测试的食料的近似组成,例如水分,蛋白质,脂质,纤维,灰分。

c. 白虾的饲养方案
通过将食料置于托盘上并且每天提供3餐,给白虾喂食含有36%粗蛋白和7%粗脂类的颗粒,其量为虾/日平均体重的约5%(即1.5-2%体重/餐)。
在10天期间,并且仅在13h00进餐期间,记录了虾最初摄取食料所需的时间,虾在将食料放置在托盘上后15分钟内到达食物的数目和每餐食料消耗量。
每种方案的四次重复用于评估吸引能力。
在其放置后1小时从托盘收集未消耗的食料并在-40℃下通过升华进行干燥,然后称重以确定总营养消耗。
在10天的研究中,计算在每个方案中每个托盘的食物摄入比率以确定食欲,同时关注摄取食料所需的时间,消耗的食料量以及食用食料的虾的数量。
实验2:研究白虾中蛋白质、脂质和昆虫粉的能量的消化率
通过间接方法测定了在白虾中蛋白质,脂质和昆虫粉末的能量的体内消化率。在20个水族箱中的每一个中随机分配300只平均重量为5至8g的虾。使用十只虾十次重复,每只喂养由25%鱼粉和5%鱿鱼粉,63.7%小麦粉,麸质和大豆分离物和大豆卵磷脂,3%金枪鱼油和大豆油的混合物,3.3%维生素预混物和1%氧化铬(作为消化标记物)组成的参照营养方案。
向其它200只虾(20次重复10只虾)提供另一种营养方案,其由30%昆虫粉加1%氧化铬(作为标记物),63.7%小麦粉、麸质和大豆分离物和大豆卵磷脂,3%金枪鱼油和大豆油混合物,3.3%的维生素预混物和1%的氧化铬(作为消化标记物)组成。
适应期为一周。在这段时间之后,虾每天三次喂食超量(4%)的营养方案。进餐后两小时,清洗水族箱,在下一次进餐前半小时收集粪便,持续1至2周。
在实验结束时收集来自每种营养方案的样品,以便具有足够的材料用于分析。将它们在65℃的热空气烘箱中干燥。对于脂质和蛋白质,分析了食料和粪便样品(AOAC,2000)。测定氧化铬(Scott,1978)。表观消化率系数(CDA)如Cho等人(1985)所述进行计算。

a. 实验设计

该实验在20个玻璃水族箱中进行,每个水族箱容量为100升,包含70升15ppt(万亿分之一)盐水。幼白虾(约3至4克)以40只虾/平方米的密度(每个水族箱10只)放养。将昆虫粉混合到食料中,而同时逐渐减少鱼油。如此制备的食料每天3次提供给虾,其量为虾的平均体重的3至5%,持续8周。每隔2到3天,食料废物被吸走并且更新15-20%的水。
将不同营养方案的成分研磨至150-250微米,混合在一起,然后在通过霍巴特切碎机之前加入25%的水。将由此获得的粒料在热空气烘箱中干燥。
根据AOAC(2000)的描述分析了所测试的营养方案的近似组成,例如水分,蛋白质,脂质,纤维,灰分和能量。该化学组成以及成分的组成总结在下表5中。

b. 参数
该实验所需的数据涉及在测试条件下虾的生长性能。其包括:

在用实验营养方案喂养虾8周后,对每种方案的30只虾进行取样,并且是注射病原体的对象,即副溶血性弧菌,4.3/105CFU(菌落形成单位)/ml(4.6logCFU/ml)肌内注射。在10天期间记录死亡率。测定细菌减少量。
2. 实验1、2和3的结果
实验1的结果
研究了昆虫粉在白虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)营养方案中的食欲,重点关注虾食用食料的开始时间,在15分钟内食用食料的虾数和在观察进食期间消耗的食料量。昆虫粉的吸引能力的结果列于下表6中。在观察的进食期间消耗的食料量、食料消耗开始的时间和食用食料的虾的数量方面的吸引能力在不同营养方案之间没有显著差异(p>0.05)。用30%鱼粉喂养的虾(R1)的每餐的日营养消耗量似乎是稳定的,而用含有和不含黄粉虫昆虫粉的15%鱼粉喂养的虾组(R2-R5)显示出每餐的食料消耗量的强烈变化。在五天研究后,虾开始食用食料所需的时间和食用食料的虾的数量是完全稳定的。这些元素可意味着基于黄粉虫昆虫粉的食料在白虾的营养方案中没有显示出更大的吸引力。此外,这也表明在白虾的营养方案中鱼粉的减少对虾的营养消耗没有明显影响。

实验2的结果
根据Cho等人(1985)的间接方法测定在白虾中的黄粉虫昆虫粉的体内消化率。营养素的表观消化率列于下表7中。结果表明,黄粉虫昆虫粉具有较高的蛋白质和脂质含量,能量消化率为96%-97%。

实验3的结果
•昆虫粉对白虾性能的有效性
在8周期间,研究了昆虫粉对白虾(L. vannamei)性能的影响。关于虾的生长性能的结果列于表8中以及图1和图2中。结果显示,从第8周开始,虾的生长性能(在最终体重,体重增加,平均每日增重和比生长速率)相对于对照显著更高(p<0.05)。用昆虫粉喂养的虾比对照具有更好的生长速率(所述对照具有25%的鱼粉,没有补充昆虫粉)。另一方面,8周的营养消耗没有显著差异(p>0.05)。8周内的存活率也没有显著差异(p>0.05)。相对于对照方案,对于T2-T5,从第8周开始,食料转化率显著降低(p<0.05)。蛋白质效率比没有显著差异(p>0.05)。
因此,昆虫粉可以在营养方案中促进虾的生长速率,将鱼粉减少直至100%替换(在对照方案中鱼粉的包含率为25%)。原因是昆虫粉的蛋白质和脂质的高消化率。

•虾的免疫力
在8周的实验中研究了虾在正常条件下的免疫力。表9中显示的结果表明,关于血细胞总数,血淋巴的蛋白质含量和酚-氧化酶活性,相对于对照没有显著差异(p>0.05)。因此,昆虫粉可以代替鱼粉最高达100%(营养配方中为25%的鱼粉包含量),对所述虾的免疫力没有任何不良影响。
在6小时期间研究在注射副溶血性弧菌后的抗性状态。在表9中虾的免疫力显示用喂食昆虫粉(取代50%至100%的鱼粉(10.3%到20.6%的在营养方案中鱼粉的包含量))的虾组中高的苯酚-氧化酶活性(p<0.05)。更具体地,在图3中,注意到细菌的存在与苯酚-氧化酶活性之间的负相关。此外,在营养方案中细菌减少和昆虫粉含量增加之间存在强烈的负相关(p<0.05)。

•虾的死亡率
在表10和图4中显示了接触副溶血性弧菌(4.3×105ufc/ml)后虾的死亡率。用其鱼粉减少(50%至100%)并且用黄粉虫昆虫粉(代替50%至100%鱼粉)的营养方案喂养的虾显示出比用25%鱼粉(T1)的对照营养方案和其中鱼粉被减少并用昆虫粉(代替25%鱼粉)补充的营养方案喂养的虾组显著降低的死亡率(P<0.05)。这可能是由于昆虫粉的高脂质和蛋白质消化率以及相对于大豆油可能具有更高质量的脂质,允许使虾获得更多营养。

•肝胰腺的组织学和虾的肠绒毛
用对照营养方案喂养的虾的肝胰腺组织学和用昆虫粉的方案显示出较大的B细胞和R细胞。这些细胞产生营养调节酶。在营养方案T2-T5中,B细胞(分泌)和R细胞(储备)比对照方案T1增大得更多。这意味着由于昆虫粉的高蛋白质或脂质消化率,已经积累了更多营养物的肝细胞可以是糖原和/或脂质的储备。在所有营养方案下,肠绒毛的密度和长度都很高。
3. 结论

9.用于软体动物和/或甲壳类动物的营养方案,其包含至少5重量%的鞘翅目昆虫粉末,鞘翅目昆虫粉末包含至少71重量%的蛋白质并且包含0.1至2重量%的甲壳质,所述百分比以相对于鞘翅目昆虫粉末的总重量给出。
10.根据权利要求9的营养方案,其包含20重量%的鞘翅目昆虫粉末。
11.包含至少67重量%蛋白质并包含至少0.1重量%甲壳质的鞘翅目昆虫粉末的用途,所述百分比以相对于鞘翅目昆虫粉末的总重量给出,其作为在人或动物食料中的营养补充剂。
12.根据权利要求11的鞘翅目昆虫粉末的用途,其作为在软体动物和/或甲壳类动物食料中的营养补充剂。
