技术领域
本发明涉及非织造材料、用于制造所述非织造材料的方法,并且还涉及包括所述非织造材料的吸收制品。
背景技术
包含由热塑性树脂形成的合成纤维的非织造材料被广泛用作构成吸收制品(诸如卫生巾、婴儿一次性尿布、个人护理一次性尿布等)的片材。
从皮肤感觉、干燥感、舒适性、排出的体液的吸收和防止流体回流的观点出发,已经提出将各种非织造材料用作吸收制品的部件,诸如顶片。显然,同时保持有利的物理特性(诸如厚度、光滑度、缓冲性和所期望的膨松度)的高性价比的非织造材料将满足非织造织物领域的长期迫切需要。
在吸收制品中期望排放在顶片上的体液快速地从顶片的顶部表面朝向顶片的底部转移,该顶片通常保持与吸收制品的吸收芯紧密接触,以使得体液快速地从顶片转移到吸收芯中而不会给穿着者不舒适的润湿感觉。
提出了被设计成包括具有相对低纤维密度的上层和具有相对高纤维密度的底层的顶片,以用于增强体液从顶片的顶部表面朝向底部表面并最终到吸收芯的转移。US专利6,274,218公开用于吸收制品的顶片,该顶片具有上部纤维层和具有高于上部纤维层密度的密度和孔的下部纤维层,并且具有从顶片的上表面朝向下表面逐渐增加的密度。然而,在吸收制品的使用期间施加在流体吸收芯上的穿着者的体重引起体液从吸收芯朝向穿着者的皮肤回流。
作为另一种方法,日本专利公布2003-73759A描述具有顶片的吸收制品,该顶片中的至少一个包含亲水性纤维和防水纤维。
持续需要用于吸收制品的顶片的高性价比的非织造材料,该非织造材料被改善以减轻体液的令人不悦的回流,并且同时保持理想的快速流体采集速度。还需要在使用期间提供表面光滑度、适当的缓冲量以及所期望的膨松度和/或绒毛产生的减少的吸收制品。
发明内容
本发明提供非织造片材,其包括包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一层以及包含第三纤维的第二层;其中所述第一纤维是疏水性的,并且所述第二纤维和所述第三纤维是亲水性的,并且其中所述第二层比所述第一层更具亲水性。
本发明还提供用于制造非织造材料的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:形成包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一纤维网,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维中的至少一者是复合纤维;形成包含作为复合纤维的第三纤维的第二纤维网;通过将所述第一纤维网重叠在所述第二纤维网上形成复合纤维网;以及对复合纤维网进行热处理以使第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的至少一部分热粘结,其中第一纤维是疏水性的,并且第二纤维和第三纤维是亲水性的,并且其中第二层比第一层更具亲水性。

具体实施方式
所有范围都是包括端值在内的且可组合的。有效位数的数字既不限制所指示的量也不限制测量的精度。所有数值应理解为被词“约”修饰,除非另外特别指明。
如本文所用的术语“吸收制品”包括一次性尿布、卫生巾、卫生护垫、失禁衬垫、阴唇间衬垫、母乳衬垫、汗液片材、动物用排泄物处理制品、动物用尿布等。
如本文所用的术语“接合”是指第一构件直接或间接地附接或连接到第二构件的状况。在第一构件附接或连接到中间构件,所述中间构件继而附接或连接到第二构件的情况下,第一构件和第二构件为间接接合的。
本发明的非织造材料具有至少两个层,所述至少两个层包括包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一层和包含第三纤维的第二层,并且第二层比第一层更具亲水性。第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者是复合纤维,优选为芯/皮型复合纤维。第一纤维是疏水性的,并且第二纤维是亲水性的。
有利的是,本发明的非织造材料提供改善的回渗预防,同时保持优选的流体处理特性,诸如快速的流体采集速度。不受理论的约束,本发明的非织造材料的有利特性可采用至少两个非织造层来实现,所述至少两个非织造层具有不同的亲水性并且具有包含彼此具有不同亲水性的两种纤维的第一层。当施用在吸收制品中时,第一层旨在面对穿着者的皮肤。
另外,本发明的非织造材料可在与皮肤摩擦的情况下任选地提供增大的初始厚度和压缩厚度和/或有限的绒毛产生。不受理论的约束,本发明的非织造材料的任选的有利特性可采用用于第一层和第二层的纤维来实现,用于第一层和第二层的纤维中的每一者具有选定范围内的纤维细度。
在下文中,描述了构成本发明的非织造片材的纤维、第一层和第二层的构型和用于制造非织造材料的方法,以及具有非织造片材的吸收制品。
第一层
根据本发明的非织造片材中的第一层包含第一纤维和第二纤维,其中第一纤维是疏水性的并且第二纤维是亲水性的。
如果材料具有小于90度的与水的静态接触角或被加工成具有小于90度的与水的静态接触角,则可认为所述材料为亲水的。对纤维的亲水性的给定测量有时是不实际的,由某种纤维制成的非织造材料的亲水性可被理解为代表纤维的亲水性。当第一纤维或第二纤维为亲水性纤维时,其可部分地涂覆有表面活性剂或在表面活性剂中包覆(即处理)。表面活性剂可为选自非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂以及它们的混合物的表面活性剂。
第一纤维的总表面积可为第一层的纤维的总表面积的至少约30%,或至少约50%,或至少约60%,或至少约70%。如果第一纤维的总表面小于第一层的纤维的总表面积的约30%,则所得非织造材料可能不提供所期望的回渗预防。如果第一纤维的总表面大于第一层的纤维的总表面积的约70%,则所得非织造材料可能不具有所期望的流体采集特性,因此具有非织造材料的吸收制品可具有污染问题。
第一纤维与第二纤维的重量比可为约20:80至约80:20,或约30:70至约70:30,以提供所期望的湿度降低,同时仍保持良好的采集速度水平。
第一层可具有至少12g/m2的基重。第一层可具有在约15g/m2至约40g/m2、或约20g/m2至约30g/m2、或约15g/m2至约30g/m2的范围内的基重。如果第一层的基重太小,则所得非织造材料可能不提供所期望程度的回渗预防。
不受理论的约束,第一层中的亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维两者的存在可赋予所得非织造材料微区域亲水性,这使得非织造材料能够具有良好平衡的吸收速度和回渗预防,甚至具有基重低的第一层。
在一个实施方案中,第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者具有不大于约3旦尼尔的纤维细度。在另一个实施方案中,第一纤维和第二纤维两者不大于3旦尼尔。
第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者,优选地第一纤维和第二纤维两者可为复合纤维。使用复合纤维作为第一纤维和/或第二纤维使得非织造纤维网能够通过在纤维之间具有粘附而具有良好的完整性。
第一纤维和第二纤维可基本上均匀地分布在第一层中,并且当观察者的眼睛与非织造材料的平面之间的垂直距离为约12英寸时,肉眼可能不容易看到没有一根纤维的聚集体。
第一纤维和第二纤维可具有或可不具有相同的纤维细度。当纤维细度大于2.5旦尼尔时,第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者可具有不大于约4旦尼尔或不大于约3旦尼尔的纤维细度,以提供非织造材料的表面的令人满意的光滑度和柔软度。在一个实施方案中,第一纤维和第二纤维两者具有不大于约4旦尼尔或不大于约3旦尼尔的纤维细度。第一纤维可具有比第二纤维低的纤维细度。例如,第一纤维可不高于2旦尼尔,并且第二纤维可不低于3旦尼尔。不受理论的约束,当其用作吸收制品中的顶片而不影响非织造顶片的柔软性时,由于其疏水性质,较低旦尼尔的第一纤维可改善本发明的非织造材料的干燥度。较高旦尼尔的第二纤维,亲水性纤维可帮助流体桥接到第二层中的第二纤维而不会过度损害柔软性,因为第二纤维的表面积在总非织造材料中低。
第一纤维和第二纤维可具有小于约100mm的纤维长度。
第一纤维可为成型纤维。不受理论的约束,成型纤维可优于圆形纤维以提供改善的缓冲特性和抗压性能,因为成型纤维在相同纤维旦尼尔下具有更高的回弹性,由于与圆形纤维相比具有更高的有效半径。成型纤维还可引入增加包含成型纤维的第二纤维网层的毛细管压力的更高的比表面积,该毛细管压力可通过包含成型纤维的第二纤维网层导致第一纤维网层更好地排水。在一个实施方案中,成型均聚物可选自双叶形、三叶形、四叶形、三角形、凹三角形、月牙形、椭圆形、星形、方形、U形、H形、C形、V形,菱形纤维以及它们的任何组合。
除了第一纤维和第二纤维之外,第一层还可包含其他纤维。其他纤维的示例包括天然纤维,诸如棉、丝、羊毛、大麻、纸浆等;再生纤维,诸如人造丝、铜氨纤维等;以及合成纤维,诸如丙烯酸基、聚酯基、聚酰胺基、聚烯烃基和聚氨酯基纤维。基于非织造材料的应用,可从这些纤维中选择一种类型或多种类型。
第二层
根据本发明的非织造材料中的第二层比第一层更具亲水性,并且包含第三纤维。
第三纤维优选为亲水性的。第三纤维可为复合纤维。例如,复合纤维可为芯/皮型复合纤维或并列型复合纤维。
第三纤维可具有不大于第一层中的第一纤维的纤维细度的纤维细度。第三纤维可具有不大于第一层中的第一纤维和第二纤维的纤维细度的纤维细度。它可在所获得的非织造材料中引入毛细管层叠并且在从第一层到第二层的流体输送中更有效,当非织造材料用作吸收制品的部件(诸如顶片)时,这可改善吸收制品的干燥性和清洁性。
第三纤维可具有小于约100mm的纤维长度。
第三纤维可为与第一层中的第二纤维相同的纤维。

复合纤维
当第一纤维和第二纤维和/或第三纤维中的至少一者为复合纤维时,复合纤维可为芯/皮型复合纤维。本发明中的芯/皮型复合纤维可包含含有树脂的芯组分和含有热塑性树脂的皮组分,该皮组分具有比芯组分的树脂的熔点低至少约20℃的熔点。芯/皮型复合纤维优选地具有小于约100mm的纤维长度。
在芯/皮型复合纤维中,复合比率,即芯组分/皮组分的体积比优选为约80/20至约30/70,更优选为约70/30至约35/65,并且更优选为约60/40至约40/60。不受理论的约束,在芯/皮型复合纤维中,芯组分可主要有助于膨松度(初始厚度)和膨松度恢复(可压缩厚度)特性,诸如非织造材料的缓冲感觉,并且皮组分可主要有助于非织造材料的强度和柔软性。当复合比率为约80/20至约30/70,优选为约70/30至约35/65,并且更优选为约60/40至约40/60时,可实现非织造材料的优异强度和柔软性以及膨松度恢复特性两者。如果皮组分体积增大,则所得非织造材料的强度可增加,但非织造材料可硬化并且可损害膨松度恢复特性。另一方面,如果芯组分过大,则可能存在不足的粘结点,非织造材料的强度可减小,并且因此,膨松度恢复特性可受到负面影响。
芯/皮型复合纤维可具有二维卷曲和/或三维卷曲。在本文中,术语“二维卷曲”可被理解为机械卷曲,其中卷曲纤维的峰成锐角。三维卷曲可指峰为弯曲的(波形卷曲)或螺旋形的(螺旋形卷曲)的卷曲、存在波形卷曲和螺旋形卷曲两者的卷曲、或同时存在机械卷曲以及波形卷曲和螺旋形卷曲中的至少一个的卷曲。与具有三维卷曲的复合纤维相比,具有二维卷曲的芯/皮型复合纤维可具有高性价比。
本发明中的芯/皮型复合纤维可为同心的或偏心的。偏心纤维可为非织造材料提供改善的柔软性。在一个实施方案中,第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者为偏心纤维,在本发明的非织造材料的第一层中为偏心纤维。。
芯组分
芯组分优选地包含至少一种树脂,热塑性树脂。用于芯组分的树脂优选地包含聚烯烃基树脂,诸如聚丙烯、聚甲基戊烯等;聚酯树脂,诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乳酸和它们的共聚物;聚酰胺基树脂,诸如尼龙66、尼龙12、尼龙6等;丙烯酸类树脂;工程塑料,诸如聚碳酸酯、聚缩醛、聚苯乙烯、环状聚烯烃等;它们的混合物。从非织造材料和非织造材料生产率的均匀性的观点来看,聚烯烃树脂、聚酯和聚酰胺基树脂是更优选的。聚酯的示例包括聚合物和共聚物,诸如诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乳酸。芯组分可选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚酰胺以及它们的组合。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯是优选的,并且聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯是更优选的。可替代地,芯组分可仅包含聚酯作为聚合物组分。
芯组分可包含除树脂以外的添加剂,诸如抗静电剂、颜料、消光剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、抗微生物剂、润滑剂、增塑剂、软化剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、晶体成核剂等。这些添加剂可以不大于芯组分的约10质量%的量包含在芯组分中。
皮组分
芯/皮型复合纤维的皮组分包含热塑性树脂,该热塑性树脂具有比芯/皮型复合纤维的芯组分中的树脂的熔点低至少约20℃的熔点。
适用于皮组分的热塑性树脂可包括关于上述芯组分描述的树脂。
皮组分可包含除树脂以外的添加剂,诸如抗静电剂、颜料、消光剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、抗微生物剂、润滑剂、增塑剂、软化剂、抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、晶体成核剂等。这些添加剂优选地以不大于整个皮组分的约10质量%的量包含在皮组分中。
非织造材料的构型
本发明的非织造材料包括包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一层以及包含第三纤维的第二层。纤维的至少一部分可彼此热粘结。
第二层比本发明的非织造片材中的第一层更具亲水性。如果第一材料与水的静态接触角小于第二材料与水的静态接触角,则第一材料可被认为比第二材料更具亲水性。用接触角来测量或表征的非织造材料的每个层对水的亲和力可通过选择构成非织造材料的一种或多种纤维的类型来控制和/或通过用某种物质处理非织造材料来控制。
非织造材料的基重可根据非织造材料的应用而适当地选择。对于非织造材料用作吸收制品的顶片,在一个实施方案中,非织造材料的整体基重在约30g/m2至约70g/m2、或约35g/m2至约55g/m2、或约40g/m2至约50g/m2的范围内。
第一层/第二层的基重的比率优选为约80/20至约20/80、或约60/40至约40/60。如果第一层的基重太小并且/或者第一层的基重与第二层的基重之比太小,则可能不能提供所期望的回渗预防。如果第一层的基重太大并且/或者第一层的基重与第二层的基重之比太大,则可降低采集速度。在一个实施方案中,非织造材料可仅由第一层和第二层构成。在另一个实施方案中,非织造材料包括三层,其中第一层在第二层的两个面上分层。在另一个实施方案中,除了第一层和第二层之外,非织造材料还可包括至少一个附加的纤维层。用于附加纤维网层的纤维可选自天然纤维,诸如棉、丝、羊毛、大麻、纸浆等;再生纤维,诸如人造丝、铜氨纤维等;以及合成纤维,诸如丙烯酸基、聚酯基、聚酰胺基、聚烯烃基和聚氨酯基纤维。这种附加纤维层可包含选自这些纤维的一种或多种类型的纤维。
在一个实施方案中,第一层中的第一纤维和第二纤维中的至少一者以及第二层中的第三纤维是芯/皮型复合纤维。在另一个实施方案中,第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维中的全部是芯/皮型复合纤维。第一层可包含与第二层所包含的相同的芯/皮型复合纤维。
在一个实施方案中,第一层包含芯/皮型复合纤维,其纤维细度与第二层中的第三纤维的纤维细度相同或低于该纤维细度。在另一个实施方案中,第一层包含芯/皮型复合纤维,其纤维细度高于第二层中的第三纤维的纤维细度。
在一个实施方案中,第一层具有高于第二层的孔隙率。
本发明的非织造材料可包含占非织造材料的干重的约0.1重量%至约6重量%的遮光剂。适用的遮光剂包括二氧化钛、粘土、碳酸钙、氧化锌以及硅藻土。
非织造材料制造方法
根据本发明的非织造材料可通过工业中已知的各种方法制造。第一层和第二层可单独生产并且例如通过热和/或胶施用层压在一起。我们需要涵盖此类结构,包括从属权利要求中的可能性。
根据本发明的非织造材料可以以连续方法制造。例如,第一层和第二层可通过包括以下步骤的方法生产:形成包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一纤维网,其中第一纤维和第二纤维中的一者是复合纤维、形成包含作为复合纤维的第三纤维的第二纤维网、通过将第一纤维网重叠在第二纤维网上形成复合纤维网;以及对复合纤维网进行热处理以使第一纤维、第二纤维和第三纤维的至少一部分热粘结,其中第一纤维是疏水性的,并且第二纤维和第三纤维是亲水性的,并且其中第二层比第一层更具亲水性。
第一纤维网和第二纤维网可为梳理纤维网(诸如平行纤维网、半无规纤维网、无规纤维网、十字网、纵横交错纤维网等)、气流成网纤维网、湿法成网纤维网和纺粘纤维网等。第一纤维网和第二纤维网可以相同或不同。
复合纤维网的热处理可使用任何常规已知的热处理方法进行。优选的处理方法的示例包括热处理设备,诸如热空气穿透型热处理设备、热空气吹风热处理设备、红外热处理设备等。这些热处理设备通常设置有用于支撑并输送纤维网的输送支撑件。热处理可在这些条件下执行:使得第一纤维和芯/皮型复合纤维的皮组分充分熔化和/或软化,并在纤维的接触点或交叉点处粘结,并且使得第一纤维和芯/皮型复合纤维的卷曲不会塌缩。例如,热处理温度可为约120℃至约150℃,并且优选为约128℃至约145℃。
非织造材料的应用
本发明的非织造材料表现出对体液的快速采集,保持顶部表面的干燥,因为其可避免体液在压力下回流到顶部表面。
这样,本发明的非织造材料可优选地用于其中非织造材料与皮肤接触的应用中,具体为其中第一层是与皮肤接触的表面的应用中。例如,本发明的非织造材料可用于诸如与人或非人动物皮肤接触的产品的应用中,诸如婴儿用一次性尿布、成人用一次性尿布、卫生巾、卫生护垫、失禁衬垫、阴唇间衬垫、母乳衬垫、汗液片材、动物用排泄物处理制品、动物用尿布和类似的各种吸收制品;面罩、冷却/加热垫的基底织物和类似的化妆用/医用贴片、伤口表面防护片、非织造绷带、痔护垫、直接接触皮肤的加温装置(例如,一次性暖手器)、各种动物用贴片的基底织物和类似的皮肤覆盖片;用于人的卸妆片、止汗片、底部擦拭物和类似擦拭物、用于动物的各种擦拭片等。本发明的非织造材料优选地用作用于吸收制品的顶片,其中第一层的表面与皮肤接触。
吸收制品
根据本发明的吸收制品包括顶片和接合到顶片的底片,其中顶片包括根据本发明的非织造材料。其还可包括设置在顶片与底片之间的吸收芯。
本发明的吸收制品可通过任何合适的方法来工业化生产。因此,不同的层可使用标准方法(诸如压花、热粘结、胶粘或它们的任何组合)来装配。
顶片
顶片可捕获体液和/或允许流体渗透在吸收制品内。在根据本发明的非织造材料的情况下,第一层优选地设置在与皮肤接触的侧面上。
底片
通常用于吸收制品的任何常规的液体不可透过的底片材料可用作底片。在一些实施方案中,由所吸收的身体排泄物发出的恶臭气体可不透过底片,使得恶臭不逸出。底片可为或可不为可透气的。
吸收芯
可能期望吸收制品还包括设置在顶片与底片之间的吸收芯。如本文所用,术语“吸收芯”是指适于吸收、分配和储存流体诸如尿液、血液、月经和其它身体流出物的材料或材料的组合。用于适用于吸收制品的吸收芯的任何常规材料可用作吸收芯。
测试方法
接触角的测量
纤维或纤维网的接触角使用常规接触角测量仪(例如DSA100(Kruss Gmh,Germany))来测量
1)如果待测量的样品纤维网具有高孔隙率(诸如梳理成网非织造材料),则样品通过压片机在15psi下压缩30秒,以推断纤维之间的孔隙率影响。
2)对于接触角测试,2μL水的小滴被施加在样品纤维网上;
3)当水滴接触样品纤维网的表面时,样品纤维网的接触角通过接触角测量仪自动测量。
4)表面自由能通过设备自动OWRK(Owen-Wendt-Rabel-Kaelble)模型计算。
采集和回渗的测量
采集程序测量在指定的一组条件下经受重复流体侵袭时产品“持续吸收”(采集能力衰减)的能力。该方法评估在相对高速(约3ml/sec)下采集给定量的液体所需的时间。
利用回渗方法来评估吸收制品相对于其面向穿着者的表面(即其顶片的第一表面)的干燥度。这项测试所利用的测试流体是人造经液。
人造经液模拟物(“AMFS”)制备
用于该测试的人造经液模拟物(本文称为“AMFS”)由70%的去纤维蛋白的羊血和30%的如下溶液构成,所述溶液由熔融明胶、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂和磷酸盐缓冲的盐水溶液构成。这种AMFS更详细地描述于US 7,659,372中。
所述熔融明胶通过以下方式制备:混合7克食用级未加调味剂的明胶与85克无菌蒸馏水。将这些组分加热并搅拌直到溶解为止。将所述溶液放置在4℃的冷藏机中以使其固化一整夜。所述磷酸盐缓冲的盐水溶液通过以下方式来制备:混合22克的包含0.138%水合磷酸二氢钠和0.85%氯化钠的溶液与70克的包含0.14%无水磷酸氢二钠和0.85%氯化钠的溶液。以SuperflocTMA-150购自Kemira的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂通过以下方式来制备:在无菌蒸馏水中混合1克的絮凝剂小珠与1%氯化钠溶液。将所述溶液放置在室温下并持续一个星期。
为了制备100ml的AMFS,将7克固化的明胶加入21.5克磷酸盐缓冲的盐水溶液中并且在热板上在35℃下加热直到看起来熔融为止。使该溶液冷却至25℃。然后加入1.5克阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂,随后加入70克购自Cleveland Scientific的去纤维蛋白的羊血。将所得AMFS倒转十次以确保组分混合,然后将其放置在4℃的冷藏机中并持续一整夜。
使用TA Instruments AR 1500或AR 2000转动流变仪检查AMFS的粘度以确定是否适用于测试。在使AMFS批料温热至25℃之后,在25℃的仪器温度下使用钢的40mm的0°板对其进行测试,所述板具有500–1000微米的间隙,所述间隙使剪切速率从0.5 1/s逐渐增至301/s。对所得剪切曲线应用线性回归,并且针对20 1/s的剪切速率计算出粘度。20 1/s下的17–23厘泊的AMFS粘度被认为可用于本文的测试方法。
设备
1)具有20cc Becton Dickinson Plastipak注射器的注射器泵
以18ml/hr的流速设置泵15分钟。从注射器中取出柱塞,并将不锈钢射流粒料放入圆筒中,以有助于AMFS的机械搅拌。将管(具有19.13mm的直径)附接到注射器顶端。将管的端部放入AMFS的广口瓶中,并且在广口瓶中用AMFS填充注射器。清除注射器和管中的所有空气。
2)具有孔的不锈钢透湿板,该孔在中心具有约3cm2的面积,这递送0.25psi+-0.03psi。孔具有足以容纳约7ml流体的流体容量。
3)气动装载/卸载压缩重量单元。设置为提供0.77psi±0.03psi的空气压力。设置间隔定时器以递送0.77psi的负载15秒。
4)滤纸
样品制备
从所有包装中取出测试产品。在处理中,不要试图消除皱纹、提拉或压平。在测试之前,允许样品平衡至室温(23±1℃)至少两个小时。在测试之前立即记录干燥垫的重量,精确至0.01g。
测量
1)将待评估的吸收制品放置在平坦的实验室表面上,其中顶片朝上。
2)将管从注射器泵定位在透湿板的孔的中心,其中管的顶端刚刚与吸收制品的表面接触。
3)通过运行注射器泵来施用AMFS,以递送4.5ml/15min,并关闭注射器泵。
4)将电子引线连接到间隔定时器中,并且使用maxi吸管一次添加3.0ml的AMFS测试流体。一旦获得所有AMFS,就记录用于采集的时间。同时,启动电子定时器,并移除透湿板。在30秒等待期间,使透湿板保持关闭。
5)称量并记录7片滤纸的重量作为干燥滤纸重量。在30秒结束时,将滤纸的叠堆居中地定位在吸收制品上,并且轻轻地施加0.77psi的压力15秒,之后小心地移除预压力。重新称量滤纸叠堆。将重量差值(精确到毫克)记录为回渗值。对至少5个样品重复每个测试并计算平均值以确保测量的适当精确度。
6)回渗的计算基于以下公式。
湿滤纸重量(g)-干燥滤纸重量(g)=回渗量(g)
纤维表面积的测量
重量(W)=长度*πγ2*密度
表面积(A)=长度*π2γγ=纤维的直径
旦尼尔(D)=9000*πγ2*密度
利用上述公式,两种纤维的表面积比率,A1/A2,可通过知道两个层A1和A2的重量比和旦尼尔来计算。
表面积比率,A1/A2=(W1 D2 1/2)/(W2 D1 1/2)=(W1/W2)*(D2 1/2/D1 1/2)
非织造材料光滑度的测量
表面光滑度通过以下来表征:根据供应商的说明,通过常规COF测量设备(诸如织物触摸测试仪(FTT,SDL Atlas))测量的摩擦系数(COF)。
实施例
实施例1-5
使用平行梳理机制造如表1中所指示的各种纤维的各种第一层。使用平行梳理机如表1中所指示制造纤维的各种第二层。如表1所指示,第一纤维网重叠在第二纤维网上,并且每个重叠纤维网在130-140℃的温度下经受热处理。使用具有可透气传送带的热空气穿透型热处理设备执行热处理。在热处理中,将纤维网中的每一个放置在热处理设备的可透气传送带上,以使得第一层的表面与可透气传送带接触。通过热处理获得热粘结的非织造材料。
作为吸收制品的样品,使用目前由Procter&Gamble在中国销售的Whisper SuperClean Cotton制备包含来自以上生产的纤维网中的每一个的顶片的卫生巾。将卫生巾从包装件中取出,并且展开。在卫生巾的顶片侧上施加冷冻喷雾剂,并且小心地将顶片从卫生巾移除。随后将以上生产的纤维网中的每一个的新顶片施加到卫生巾上并使用螺旋胶粘结。在测试之前,允许样品平衡至受控室温至少两个小时。在测试之前立即记录干燥垫的重量,精确至0.01克。
如下所述评估所获得的非织造材料。采集速度根据上文测试方法下的测量采集速度测量,并在表1中指示。回渗根据上文测试方法下的回渗测量来测量并在表1中指示。

Claims (18)

1.一种非织造片材,包括:
包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一层,以及
包含第三纤维的第二层,
其中,所述第一纤维是疏水性的,并且所述第二纤维是亲水性的,其中,所述第三纤维是亲水性的,
其中,所述第二层比所述第一层更具亲水性,
其中,所述第一纤维的总表面积为所述第一层的纤维的总表面积的至少30%,并且
其中,第一纤维具有小于100mm的纤维长度,第二纤维具有小于100mm的纤维长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非织造片材,其中所述第二层包含小于所述第二层的20重量%的疏水性纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非织造片材,其中所述第二层包含小于所述第二层的5重量%的疏水性纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非织造片材,其中所述第二层不包含疏水性纤维。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中第一纤维和第二纤维是复合纤维。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维基本上均匀地分布在所述第一层中。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维中的至少一者具有不大于4旦尼尔的细度。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维中的至少一者具有不大于3旦尼尔的纤维细度。

14.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维中的至少一者是偏心纤维。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的非织造片材,其中所述第一纤维具有比所述第二纤维低的纤维细度。
16.一种用于制造非织造片材的方法,其中所述非织造片材包括包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一层,以及包含第三纤维的第二层,所述方法包括以下步骤:
形成包含第一纤维和第二纤维的第一纤维网,其中所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维是复合纤维,并且其中,第一纤维具有小于100mm的纤维长度,第二纤维具有小于100mm的纤维长度,第一纤维的总表面积为第一层的纤维的总表面积的至少30%,
形成包含作为复合纤维的第三纤维的第二纤维网,
通过将所述第一纤维网重叠在所述第二纤维网上来形成复合纤维网;以及
对所述复合纤维网进行热处理以使所述第一纤维、所述第二纤维和所述第三纤维的至少一部分热粘结,
其中所述第一纤维是疏水性的,并且所述第二纤维是亲水性的,并且
其中所述第二层比所述第一层更具亲水性。
17.一种吸收制品,其包括液体可透过的顶片和液体不可透过的底片,
其中所述顶片包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的非织造片材。
18.根据权利要求17所述的吸收制品,其中所述第一层被定位在与穿着者皮肤接触的侧面上。
