背景技术
指甲油是一种涂抹方便,能快速赋予女性指甲绚丽色彩和提高指甲光亮度的化妆品,深受女性的喜爱。目前指甲油普遍只有单一颜色,涂抹后长时间维持一种颜色不变,对于追求新颖、变化的现代女性缺少足够的吸引力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种使用方便,涂抹后能够随温度和光照发生复合颜色变化的变色指甲油及其制造方法。
本发明中的变色指甲油,按百分比算,包含以下组分:乙酸丁酯10%-50%,乙酸乙酯5%-20%,硝化纤维素5%-20%,己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物1%-10%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1%-10%,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1%-10%,异丙醇1%-10%,司拉氯铵膨润土1%-10%,正丁醇1%-7%,苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物1%-7%,硅粉1%-7%,苯甲酮1%-5%,三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯1%-5%,牛油果提取物0.5%-2%,荷荷巴油0.5%-2%,卵磷脂0.5%-2%,生育酚0.5%-2%,光致可逆变色粉1%-5%,温感可逆变色粉1%-5%,色粉1%-5%。

本发明中用于制造上述变色指甲油的方法,包括以下步骤:
A. 将乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、异丙醇、苯甲酮混合后,加入硝化纤维素、己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、司拉氯铵膨润土、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、硅粉、三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯搅拌10-30分钟;
B. 往步骤A所得混合物中加入牛油果提取物、荷荷巴油、卵磷脂、生育酚,搅拌5-20分钟;
C. 往步骤B中所得混合物中加入聚乙烯醇微胶囊化的吲哚啉苯酞、螺吡喃变色材料,加入氧化铁、氢氧化铋、二氧化钛色粉,并搅拌10-30分钟;
D. 将步骤C所得混合物消泡。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中同时采用复合变色材料,包括光致可逆变色粉和温感可逆变色粉,可实现在紫外线照射下(如太阳光照和舞池灯光)和温度变化时(如冬天从室外到室内、夏天从室温到空调房)的变色叠加效果。同时,在指甲油中实现加入氧化铁、氢氧化铋、钛白粉等底色,可在变色材料随温度、光照发生变色的时候,叠加出一系列的指甲颜色,极大地增强了女性手指的魅力和吸引力。
本发明还添加牛油果提取物、荷荷巴油、卵磷脂、生育酚,实现保湿、镇静消炎、抗氧化、油性滋润的效果,能够为指甲提供营养,保护指甲板甲,同时防止指甲炎症和修复指甲。

在本具体实施例中,所述乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇以及正丁醇均为溶剂;所述硝化纤维素、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为成膜剂;所述己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物为成膜剂以及粘度调节剂;所述乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯以及三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯为增塑剂;所述司拉氯铵膨润土为凝胶成形剂以及粘度控制剂;所述苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物为粘度控制剂;所述硅粉为柔化剂;所述苯甲酮为溶剂以及调节成膜时间;所述牛油果提取物为柔润剂并具有保湿及镇静消炎作用;所述荷荷巴油以及卵磷脂均具有保湿、抗氧化以及油性滋润作用;生育酚具有抗氧化作用;所述色粉起提供颜色作用。
在本具体实施例中,所述光致可逆变色粉为螺吡喃类、螺噁嗪类、苯并吡喃类、偶氮类、二芳基乙烯类或者席夫碱类变色粉。其在阳光下(紫外线)可从无色变有色、从有色变无色或者从有色变其它颜色。
所述温感可逆变色粉为微胶囊化的可逆感温变色物质,其在37摄氏度附近变色,且其为可逆温感,可从无色变有色、从有色变无色或从有色变其它颜色。其中感温材料为吲哚啉苯酞、三芳甲烷苯酞、双蒽酮或者α-萘醌衍生物,粒径为2-7微米;其中的胶囊材料为一层0.2-0.5微米厚的透明外壳,该透明外壳既不能溶解也不会融化,保护变色物质免受其他化学物质的侵蚀,其主要采用聚酰胺、聚胺酯、聚乙烯醇以及尿素树脂组成。
本发明中用于制造上述变色指甲油的方法,包括以下步骤:
A. 将乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、异丙醇、苯甲酮混合后,加入硝化纤维素、己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、司拉氯铵膨润土、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、硅粉、三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯搅拌20分钟;
B. 往步骤A所得混合物中加入牛油果提取物、荷荷巴油、卵磷脂、生育酚,搅拌10分钟;
C. 往步骤B中所得混合物中加入聚乙烯醇微胶囊化的吲哚啉苯酞、螺吡喃变色材料,加入氧化铁、氢氧化铋、二氧化钛色粉,并搅拌20分钟;
D. 将步骤C所得混合物消泡。

1.一种变色指甲油,其特征在于,所述变色指甲油按百分比算,包含以下组分:乙酸丁酯10%-50%,乙酸乙酯5%-20%,硝化纤维素5%-20%,己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物1%-10%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1%-10%,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1%-10%,异丙醇1%-10%,司拉氯铵膨润土1%-10%,正丁醇1%-7%,苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物1%-7%,硅粉1%-7%,苯甲酮1%-5%,三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯1%-5%,牛油果提取物0.5%-2%,荷荷巴油0.5%-2%,卵磷脂0.5%-2%,生育酚0.5%-2%,光致可逆变色粉1%-5%,温感可逆变色粉1%-5%,色粉1%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变色指甲油,其特征在于,所述变色指甲油按百分比算,包含以下组分:乙酸丁酯28%,乙酸乙酯12%,硝化纤维素12%,己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物6%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5.5%,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5%,异丙醇4%,司拉氯铵膨润土4%,正丁醇3%,苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物3%,硅粉3%,苯甲酮2%,三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯2%,牛油果提取物1%,荷荷巴油1%,卵磷脂1%,生育酚1%,光致可逆变色粉2%,温感可逆变色粉2.5%,色粉2%。
3.一种用于制备权利要求1或2所述的一种变色指甲油的方法,其特征在于,所述保湿液体珠光眼影的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A. 将乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、异丙醇、苯甲酮混合后,加入硝化纤维素、己二酸/新戊二醇/偏苯三酸酐共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、司拉氯铵膨润土、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、硅粉、三甲基戊二醇二苯甲酸酯搅拌10-30分钟;
B. 往步骤A所得混合物中加入牛油果提取物、荷荷巴油、卵磷脂、生育酚,搅拌5-20分钟;
C. 往步骤B中所得混合物中加入聚乙烯醇微胶囊化的吲哚啉苯酞、螺吡喃变色材料,加入氧化铁、氢氧化铋、二氧化钛色粉,并搅拌10-30分钟;
D. 将步骤C所得混合物消泡。
