本发明提供一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,分阶段投喂,第一阶段,将棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑的初孵仔鱼投放至池塘中,第1~9天,投喂50~100μm粉状饲料A,其由豆粕、乌贼膏、椰子油、甘露寡糖、抗菌肽、苹果酸和虾青素制得;日投量为鱼体重的10~15%;第二阶段,第10~24天,投喂80~200μm粉状饲料B,其由豆粕、玉米粉、生姜粉、椰子粉、红糖、鸡屎藤叶粉、胡椒粉、牛磺酸和乳酸菌制得,日投量为鱼体重的15~20%;第三阶段,第25~40天,投喂颗粒饲料C,其由玉米粉、花生粕、卤虫粉、复合藻粉、水菖蒲草粉、芭蕉叶粉和鸡屎藤叶粉制得,日投量为鱼体重的20~25%。本发明育苗成活率高,获得金虎斑鱼苗规格大。

本发明涉及石斑鱼育苗技术领域,特别涉及一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法。
背景技术
棕点石斑鱼(学名:Epinephelus fuscoguttatus),隶属鲈形目、鮨科、石斑鱼属,又称老虎斑、褐点石斑鱼,栖息深度1-60米,体长可达120厘米,属于暖水性近岸及珊瑚礁鱼类,生活在水质清澈的珊瑚礁、泻湖。肉食性,以鱼类、头足类、甲壳类为食,可做为食用鱼、养殖鱼及观赏鱼。棕点石斑鱼摄食凶猛、生长快,广泛应用于养殖生产。
蓝身大斑石斑鱼,Epinephelus tukula,俗名金钱斑、黑斑石斑鱼,是辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目鮨科石斑鱼属的鱼类,体型仅次于鞍带石斑鱼,生长较快,是极具养殖前途的石斑鱼物种。分布于印度西太平洋区,从红海、东非至澳洲昆士兰海域,栖息深度10-150米,体长可达200厘米,重量可达110公斤,为世界名贵暖水性鱼类。
由雌棕点石斑鱼和雄蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交可得新品种金虎斑。采用现有的育苗方法成活率低,且获得金虎斑规格偏小。故急需一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
鉴以此,本发明提出一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)培育环境:选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,水温25~29℃,盐度28‰~33‰,pH值7.5~8.0;
(2)分阶段培育:
第一阶段,投放初孵仔鱼至池塘中,第1~9天,控制鱼苗密度500~1000尾/m3,投喂粒径为50~100μm的粉状饲料A,所述饲料A按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8-10份、乌贼膏2-5份、椰子油4-6份、甘露寡糖1-3份、抗菌肽0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.1-0.2份和虾青素0.2-0.8份;日投量为鱼体重的10~15%,日投1-2次;
第二阶段,第10~24天,控制鱼苗密度100~200尾/m3,投喂粒径为80~200μm的粉状饲料B,所述饲料B按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8-10份、玉米粉10-20份、生姜粉3-8份、椰子粉2-5份、红糖3-8份、鸡屎藤叶粉0.5-1.2份、胡椒粉0.1-0.3份、牛磺酸0.1-0.2份和乳酸菌0.3-0.6份,日投量为鱼体重的15~20%,日投2-3次;
第三阶段,第25~40天,投喂颗粒饲料C,控制鱼苗密度30~60尾/m3,所述饲料C按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:玉米粉10-20份、花生粕5-8份、卤虫粉1-4份、复合藻粉3-8份、水菖蒲草粉1-3份、芭蕉叶粉5-8份和鸡屎藤叶粉1-3份,日投量为鱼体重的20~25%,日投3-4次。

本发明棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑的人工育苗方法,分阶段投喂科学配比的复配饲料,第1~9天投喂由豆粕、乌贼膏、椰子油、甘露寡糖、抗菌肽、苹果酸和虾青素复配的50~100μm粉状饲料A;第10~24天投喂由豆粕、玉米粉、生姜粉、椰子粉、红糖、鸡屎藤叶粉、胡椒粉、牛磺酸和乳酸菌复配的80~200μm粉状饲料B,第25~40天投喂由玉米粉、花生粕、卤虫粉、复合藻粉、水菖蒲草粉、芭蕉叶粉和鸡屎藤叶粉复配的饲料C,各复配饲料科学配比,协同增效,对各阶段的鱼苗成长提供优质的营养供给,促进其良好发育。本发明育苗40天后获得的金虎斑鱼苗免疫力高,抗病能力强,鱼苗成活率高,鱼苗规格大,利于后期金虎斑成鱼的养殖,为培育高营养价值的金虎斑成鱼奠定良好基础,显著提高棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑成鱼的规模产量,且改善金虎斑成鱼品质。

本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)培育环境:选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,水温25~29℃,盐度28‰~33‰,pH值7.5~8.0;
(2)分阶段培育:
第一阶段,将棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑的初孵仔鱼投放至池塘中,第1~9天,控制鱼苗密度500~1000尾/m3,投喂粒径为50~100μm的粉状饲料A,所述饲料A按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8份、乌贼膏2份、椰子油4份、甘露寡糖1份、抗菌肽0.2份、苹果酸0.1份和虾青素0.2份;日投量为鱼体重的10~15%,日投1次;
第二阶段,第10~24天,控制鱼苗密度100~200尾/m3,投喂粒径为80~200μm的饲料B,所述饲料B按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8份、玉米粉10份、生姜粉3份、椰子粉2份、红糖3份、鸡屎藤叶粉0.5份、胡椒粉0.1份、牛磺酸0.1份和乳酸菌0.3份;日投量为鱼体重的15~20%,日投2次;
第三阶段,第25~40天,投喂颗粒饲料C,控制鱼苗密度30~60尾/m3,所述饲料C按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:玉米粉10份、花生粕5份、卤虫粉1份、复合藻粉3份、水菖蒲草粉1份、芭蕉叶粉5份和鸡屎藤叶粉1份,所述复合藻粉由质量比为2:3:1的海藻粉、盐藻粉和裂壶藻粉制得,日投量为鱼体重的20~25%,日投3次。
实施例2
一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)培育环境:选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,水温25~29℃,盐度28‰~33‰,pH值7.5~8.0;

第三阶段,第25~40天,投喂颗粒饲料C,控制鱼苗密度30~60尾/m3,所述饲料C按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:玉米粉20份、花生粕8份、卤虫粉4份、复合藻粉8份、水菖蒲草粉3份、芭蕉叶粉8份和鸡屎藤叶粉3份,所述复合藻粉由质量比为5:8:1的海藻粉、盐藻粉和裂壶藻粉制得,日投量为鱼体重的20~25%,日投4次。

(1)培育环境:选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,水温25~29℃,盐度28‰~33‰,pH值7.5~8.0;

上述结果表明,棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的初孵仔鱼采用本发明实施例1~4的育苗方法,育苗成活率高,出塘时鱼苗规格大。本发明的育苗方法,获得鱼苗免疫力高,抗病能力强,利于后期成鱼的养殖,提高棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑的规模产量以及品质。
对比例1~7表明,本发明分阶段投喂的复配饲料,对鱼苗的成活率以及规格有很大的影响。本发明在第1~9天投喂由豆粕、乌贼膏、椰子油、甘露寡糖、抗菌肽、苹果酸和虾青素复配的50~100μm粉状饲料A;第10~24天投喂由豆粕、玉米粉、生姜粉、椰子粉、红糖、鸡屎藤叶粉、胡椒粉、牛磺酸和乳酸菌复配的80~200μm粉状饲料B,第25~40天投喂由玉米粉、花生粕、卤虫粉、复合藻粉、水菖蒲草粉、芭蕉叶粉和鸡屎藤叶粉复配的饲料C,各复配饲料科学配比,协同增效,对各阶段的鱼苗成长提供优质的营养供给,促进其良好发育,为后期高营养价值的成鱼奠定良好的基础,并提高其免疫力以及抗病能力。

1.一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)培育环境:选择水深1~2m的室内池塘,水温25~29℃,盐度28‰~33‰,pH值7.5~8.0;
(2)分阶段培育:
第一阶段,将棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种金虎斑的初孵仔鱼投放至池塘中,第1~9天,控制鱼苗密度500~1000尾/m3,投喂粒径为50~100μm的粉状饲料A,所述饲料A按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8-10份、乌贼膏2-5份、椰子油4-6份、甘露寡糖1-3份、抗菌肽0.2-0.5份、苹果酸0.1-0.2份和虾青素0.2-0.8份;日投量为鱼体重的10~15%,日投1-2次;
第二阶段,第10~24天,控制鱼苗密度100~200尾/m3,投喂粒径为80~200μm的粉状饲料B,所述饲料B按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕8-10份、玉米粉10-20份、生姜粉3-8份、椰子粉2-5份、红糖3-8份、鸡屎藤叶粉0.5-1.2份、胡椒粉0.1-0.3份、牛磺酸0.1-0.2份和乳酸菌0.3-0.6份,日投量为鱼体重的15~20%,日投2-3次;
第三阶段,第25~40天,控制鱼苗密度30~60尾/m3,投喂颗粒饲料C,所述饲料C按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:玉米粉10-20份、花生粕5-8份、卤虫粉1-4份、复合藻粉3-8份、水菖蒲草粉1-3份、芭蕉叶粉5-8份和鸡屎藤叶粉1-3份,日投量为鱼体重的20~25%,日投3-4次。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述复合藻粉由质量比为2-5:3-8:1的海藻粉、盐藻粉和裂壶藻粉制得。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述饲料A按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕9份、乌贼膏4份、椰子油5份、甘露寡糖2份、抗菌肽0.3份、苹果酸0.1份和虾青素0.5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述饲料B按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:豆粕9份、玉米粉15份、生姜粉5份、椰子粉3份、红糖6份、鸡屎藤叶粉0.8份、胡椒粉0.2份、牛磺酸0.2份和乳酸菌0.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种棕点石斑鱼和蓝身大斑石斑鱼杂交种的人工育苗方法,其特征在于:所述饲料C按重量份计,包括以下重量份原料:玉米粉15份、花生粕6份、卤虫粉3份、复合藻粉5份、水菖蒲草粉2份、芭蕉叶粉7份和鸡屎藤叶粉2份。
