The information systems gradually become indispensable supporting tools for highway engineering construction management, and the monitoring and management efficiency of the highway engineering construction quality is greatly improved.
With the increasing perfection of the provincial highway enterprise management system, the existing information system cannot meet the actual requirements of engineering construction, particularly, each application system is respectively provided with equipment, the improvement of the engineering construction management efficiency is influenced and limited to a certain extent, the information technology architecture cannot adapt to the requirement of new technology development, the large cooperation of engineering construction management business cannot be realized, and the requirements of standardized, refined and scientific supervision of engineering projects are difficult to meet. The information construction conditions of the existing chimney type and island type are urgently needed to be changed, fusion, information sharing and service cooperation among all service application systems are realized, the aim of one-number one-source and information sharing of data is realized, and the engineering construction quality monitoring and management efficiency is comprehensively improved.
The system comprises an existing construction management system, a remote video monitoring system, a construction site laboratory data monitoring system and an asphalt mixing station data monitoring system, wherein the remote video monitoring system, the construction site laboratory data monitoring system and the asphalt mixing station data monitoring system can log in on the same interface, but the construction management system is a self-system and is not fused with each other. Meanwhile, the tunnel electronic access control system and the beam piece prestress intelligent tensioning system are still in offline operation, a provincial platform is not established, and remote supervision, data storage and the like cannot be realized. At present, all systems of a provincial platform can only be operated on a computer, cannot be operated through a mobile terminal (mobile phone), and is not convenient enough. Each application system mainly provides functions of information monitoring, inquiring, statistical analysis and the like, and cannot meet deep and intelligent supervision requirements. The data monitoring system of the construction site laboratory has the problems that an accidental interface cannot be opened (server problem), data cannot be uploaded in real time and the like. Because the construction of the existing system is lack of unified planning and unified construction, the safety protection measures deployed by each system are uneven, and great potential safety hazards exist.

operation and maintenance alarm system: acquiring basic data of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point, monitoring the operation condition of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point of the road construction in real time, and monitoring the operation condition of a monitoring system of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point of the road construction in real time;
data exception alarm system: setting a threshold interval for basic data, giving real-time alarm reminding and follow-up tracking handling to abnormal data exceeding the threshold interval;
a statistical analysis system: counting statistical charts of supervision subsystems of all video monitoring points and data acquisition points and comprehensive supervision statistical charts spanning all the supervision subsystems;
the query system comprises: the monitoring subsystem data is used for inquiring the monitoring subsystem data of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point;
engineering progress reporting system: the system is butted with the existing construction project management system, and the image display of the whole progress of the project is provided;
a mobile integrated system: connecting the existing video platform of the construction project, establishing communication connection with a user, and providing video monitoring, online real-time video on demand and video monitoring point query services;
a GIS system: and (3) a third-party GIS platform is butted, an existing project management system, a construction site video monitoring system, a construction site laboratory data monitoring system and an asphalt mixing station data monitoring system are integrated, and GIS-based quick visual browsing and query are realized by combining the construction project construction site basic data.

Furthermore, the mobile integrated system establishes communication connection with a user through a mobile phone, and the mobile phone is pre-installed with a corresponding APP for using video monitoring, online real-time video on demand and video monitoring point query services through the APP.

Further, the system also comprises an integrated subsystem, wherein the integrated subsystem is used for integrating and expanding an extended function system of the integrated platform, and the integrated subsystem comprises a two-dimensional code identification application management system, an image retention management system, a construction site inspection system, a project visual reporting system and a hand-shooting system.
By adopting the technical scheme, in view of the fact that all professional information systems of the early engineering construction are basically constructed, the comprehensive supervision integrated application platform covering provincial level and road segment level is created by locally modifying the existing professional supervision systems. The method has the advantages that the service fusion of the existing information system and the newly-built information system is completed, the unified basic data, the shared basic platform and the system application fusion are realized, the unified web login and the unified information display of each application system are realized, the purposes of interconnection and intercommunication of the information systems, promotion of the engineering construction management efficiency, realization of informationized intensive construction and the like are realized, and the 'standardization, flow, refinement, scientification and intellectualized' supervision of the engineering construction project management is finally realized.

the unified user authentication subsystem: the method is used for the unified management of the user account and the authentication and management of the user identity certificate, the unified access control management is carried out on all application systems of the platform, and the exchange authentication and authorization information among different safety service systems is provided. Through unified user management, the universal user management mechanism of the whole network is realized, and a basis is provided for unified access control management of all application systems, so that the operation time is reduced, the complexity of user safety management is reduced, and the overall safety of an information system is improved. The token mode is adopted to manage the user identity voucher, and the standard protocol is used in the system authentication process to realize interoperability among different safety service systems, so that the user can exchange authentication and authorization information among different safety service systems, the confusion of login information of different application systems is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved.
A web portal system: the method is used for logging in a platform user and displaying and using a platform background business system; the system comprises a front portal page login module and a back portal integrated application module; the front portal home page login module realizes WEB portal webpage production before login and can periodically release information such as latest progress information of engineering construction, news headlines of the engineering construction and the like; realizing single sign-on of a user; and the logged-in portal integrated application module realizes the functions of displaying integrated applications of all systems after logging in, transacting straight-through services, displaying the general progress of related engineering construction after logging in and the like. And meanwhile, after the portal is logged in, the home page realizes the functions of daily business handling, system operation and maintenance abnormal conditions, monitoring data abnormal conditions, personalized visual display of common statistical reports and the like. Meanwhile, a unified monitoring application portal of provincial, city and road sections is realized.
Basic data management system: uniformly receiving basic data of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point for managing and maintaining road construction, and sharing the basic data to each service system in a standard data form; further, the basic data comprises a route, a road section, a mark section, a bridge, a tunnel, intercommunication, a culvert, a beam piece and metadata of a construction road section, and provides a basic data basis for operation management after the operation.
Operation and maintenance alarm system: acquiring basic data of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point, monitoring the operation condition of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point of the road construction in real time, and monitoring the operation condition of a monitoring system of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point of the road construction in real time; furthermore, the real-time monitoring of the operation and maintenance alarm system comprises a construction site video monitoring system, an asphalt mixing station data monitoring system, a construction site laboratory data monitoring system and the operation condition of a construction project management system.
Furthermore, the operation and maintenance alarm system provides a monitoring alarm function, and provides operation condition log query through short message notification once a day or through an information integration application platform.
Specifically, the asphalt mixing station production management and control module is built based on the identity authentication system and the unified user management system, mixing station production data are collected in real time through a mixing station front-end interface, and the data are synchronously transmitted to the cloud storage. The system platform can display the mixture mixing ratio, oil consumption, mixing time, discharging temperature and the like of each asphalt mixing station in real time, and realizes monitoring of production data of each batch of mixed materials; meanwhile, establishing alarm for abnormal information of key data; providing data tracing and analysis, operation monitoring, and referring to a grasped monitoring video in a butt joint way with a video monitoring platform; and the expansion function of a supervision module of the construction site of the asphalt pavement is reserved, and the supervision module is used for supervising the control of the paving temperature and the rolling speed in the paving and rolling process and ensuring the engineering quality from the construction process.
Data abnormity alarm system: setting a threshold interval for basic data, giving real-time alarm reminding and follow-up tracking handling to abnormal data exceeding the threshold interval;
a statistical analysis system: counting the statistical charts of the supervision subsystems of the video monitoring points and the data acquisition points and the comprehensive supervision statistical charts spanning the supervision subsystems;
the query system comprises: the monitoring subsystem data is used for inquiring the monitoring subsystem data of each video monitoring point and each data acquisition point; furthermore, the query system supports the query of the selected road section, the mark section and the professional subsystem and the query of the comprehensive business such as project basic information, participating unit information, participating personnel information, project monthly report information, project progress condition and the like.
Engineering progress reporting system: the system is butted with the existing construction project management system, and the image display of the whole progress of the project is provided; further, the project progress report system displays project basic information, building participation unit information, building participation personnel information, project monthly report information and project progress conditions.
Further, the project progress reporting system combines GIS, three-dimensional simulation and unmanned aerial vehicle video technology to show the image of the whole progress of the project.
A mobile integrated system: connecting the existing video platform of the construction project, establishing communication connection with a user, and providing video monitoring, online real-time video on demand and video monitoring point query services; furthermore, the mobile integrated system establishes communication connection with a user through a mobile phone, and the mobile phone is pre-installed with a corresponding APP for using video monitoring, online real-time video on demand and video monitoring point query services through the APP.
And a GIS system: and (3) a third-party GIS platform is butted, an existing project management system, a construction site video monitoring system, a construction site laboratory data monitoring system and an asphalt mixing station data monitoring system are integrated, and GIS-based quick visual browsing and query are realized by combining the construction project construction site basic data. Specifically, building site video monitoring system construction standard specifications are established, existing building site videos are integrated, and provincial company video platforms are accessed according to unified standards; the flexible video monitoring on-demand query function is realized in a provincial company video monitoring system; the function of playing the construction site video on the wall in the province company meeting room is realized; the unified user authentication of the construction site video monitoring system and the unified user management and identity authentication system is realized; and realizing the visual video on demand function based on the GIS.
Further, the system also comprises a system setting management system, wherein the system setting management system is used for setting system parameters of the integrated platform; the system setting and managing system comprises a data management module of a bearing unit, a data management module of a supervision unit, a data management module of a detection unit, an engineering metadata management module, a monthly newspaper uploading setting module, a short message notification manual sending module, a system menu configuration module, a login log query module, a common data downloading module and an engineering daily newspaper downloading module.

By adopting the technical scheme, in view of the fact that all professional information systems of the early engineering construction are basically constructed, the comprehensive supervision integrated application platform covering provincial level and road segment level is created by locally modifying the existing professional supervision systems.
