技术领域
本发明涉及一种将以烟草植物或非烟草植物为材料的长条状的香烟填充物聚合成束状而得到的香烟填充物聚合体及具有该香烟填充物聚合体的电子烟盒。
背景技术
近年来,为了配合香烟的禁烟趋势,电子烟制品开始普及,其不使用火焰,而是通过加热包含香烟成分的电子烟盒后抽吸已气化的香烟成分来享用香烟。作为填充在这样的电子烟盒中的香烟填充物的制造方法,存在下述方法:将烟叶粉末化并成为水浆体之后将其片材化,对片材添加油或甘油并使其干燥(参照专利文献1)。
此外,公开了一种通过插入电子烟盒对其进行加热来吸烟的物品,该电子烟盒在端部具有将香烟填充物聚合而得到的香烟填充物聚合体(参照专利文献2)。在电子烟中,将电子烟主体具有的加热体插入到香烟填充物聚合体中,对香烟填充物进行加热。

发明内容
为了通过加热来充分地产生包含气雾剂的抽吸成分,香烟填充物以一定以上的填充率进行填充。另一方面,如果提高香烟填充物的填充率,则在将电子烟主体所具有的加热体插入到香烟填充物聚合体中时,阻力会较大而难以插入。此外,如果香烟填充物的填充率过高,则香烟填充物聚合体内部的气流流动性降低而使得使用者难以吸入,由于一次能吸入的气流量减少,所以每一根的吸烟数量增加,存在超过适当的吸烟数量的可能性。因此,要求确保香烟填充物聚合体整体的填充率为一定以上,并且使香烟填充物聚合体内部的气流流动性良好。
此外,在香烟填充物聚合体中,当将电子烟盒插入到电子烟主体中时或者结束吸烟从电子烟主体中取出电子烟盒时等,存在在使用者进行操作时香烟填充物的一部分脱落的可能性。由此,存在使电子烟主体的内部发生污染进而使电子烟主体产生不良情况的可能性。因此,要求将香烟填充物以难以脱落的方式填充在香烟填充物聚合体中。
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种香烟填充物聚合体及电子烟盒,既确保香烟填充物聚合体整体的填充率为一定以上,又使香烟填充物聚合体内部的气流流动性良好,并且容易插入到电子烟主体中且香烟填充物难以脱落。
为了解决所述问题,第一方面的发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体,其是将长条状的香烟填充物聚合成束状并由片材状的包装体卷绕外周部而构成的,其特征在于:
所述香烟填充物形成为在与长度方向正交的截面中长边方向的尺寸比短边方向的尺寸长,
与所述包装体接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向或者朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向以外的方向,朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向的所述香烟填充物的数量多于朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向以外的方向的所述香烟填充物的数量。
根据第一方面涉及的发明,由于能够提高外周部的香烟填充物的填充率,相对降低中央部的香烟填充物的填充率,所以能够确保香烟填充物的量,并且容易将电子烟主体的加热部插入到香烟填充物聚合体中。此外,能够使香烟填充物聚合体的气流流动性良好。而且,由于在外周部香烟填充物形成牢固的构造,所以能够使得在进行电子烟盒的操作时香烟填充物难以脱落。
此外,就第二方面的发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体而言,在与束状的所述香烟填充物的长度方向正交的截面中,当按面积将中心侧区域和外周侧区域等分时,所述中心侧区域的空隙率高于所述外周侧区域的空隙率。
根据第二方面涉及的发明,能够容易地将电子烟主体的加热部插入到香烟填充物聚合体中,并且使气流流动性良好。
进而,就第三方面的发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体而言,与所述包装体所接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物的内周侧接触的所述香烟填充物中,朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向的所述香烟填充物的数量多于朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向以外的方向的所述香烟填充物的数量。
根据第三方面涉及的发明,关于从最外周起位于第二周的香烟填充物,长边方向也大致沿着周向,因此能够提高外周部的填充率,能够充分确保香烟填充物的量,并且能够使香烟填充物的构造更牢固从而抑制脱落。
进一步,就第四方面的发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体而言,所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面接触或者与相邻的所述香烟填充物的短边方向的面接触,长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面接触的所述香烟填充物的数量多于长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的短边方向的面接触的所述香烟填充物的数量。
根据第四方面涉及的发明,香烟填充物形成在长边相互重叠的填充物组,能够在填充物组间形成空隙部。
而且,就第五方面的发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体而言,所述香烟填充物由非烟草植物形成。
根据第五方面涉及的发明,由于香烟填充物不使用烟草,所以能够构成在禁烟时也能够享用的电子烟盒。

发明效果
根据本发明涉及的香烟填充物聚合体,由于外周部的填充率较高,所以能够提高香烟填充物聚合体整体的填充率,因此能够充分产生气雾剂,并且由于中央部的流动性良好,所以气流容易流动,因此能够适当地设定电子烟盒的气流量及抽吸的次数。并且,由于能够提高中央部的空隙率,所以能够容易地插入电子烟主体。此外,在外周部由沿着周向的香烟填充物形成牢固的构造,能够使得香烟填充物难以脱落。

参照附图,对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。图1示出了具有本实施方式的香烟填充物聚合体10的电子烟盒1的截面图。如该图所示,在电子烟盒1中,填充有大量香烟填充物20的大致圆筒状的香烟填充物聚合体10、圆筒状的支承部件12和作为过滤嘴的烟嘴14沿着长度方向排列,通过由片材状的包装部件16卷绕而一体化形成。
香烟填充物聚合体10形成为,长条状的香烟填充物20沿着长度方向形成为束状,通过由片材状的包装体25卷绕而成为大致圆筒状。香烟填充物20由非烟草植物形成。香烟填充物20的详细情况将在后文详述。
为了使包含由香烟填充物聚合体10产生的气雾剂的气流向烟嘴14一侧流通,在支承部件12的中央部具有流路部30。支承部件12在流路部30的周围具有周缘部31,能够支承包装部件16的内周侧。烟嘴14是海绵状的多孔体,形成为圆筒状。

根据需要,还优选使用追加香味的香味添加剂。作为香味添加剂,能够列举薄荷、可可、咖啡、红茶的萃取物等。
此外,也可以根据需要添加食品防腐剂,例如也可以添加山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠等。
作为粘接剂或增粘剂等,也能够使用瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶及剌槐豆胶等胶、例如羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素及乙基纤维素等纤维素粘合剂、例如淀粉、海藻酸等有机酸、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、卡拉胶、琼脂及果胶等有机酸的共轭碱盐等多糖类、以及它们的组合。
微晶纤维素例如是作为例如用酸将从纤维性植物的鳞茎获得的α-纤维素部分地解聚合所形成的物质而得到的,并且是从纤维素去除可溶性部分并适当使不溶性部分结晶化而得到的。
各种研究的结果是,关于含有非烟草植物、气雾剂前体和微晶纤维素的香烟填充物20可知以下情况。如果将香烟填充物20置于干燥条件下,则即使在包含非烟草植物和气雾剂前体的填充物失水的情况下,纤维素的微晶也会维持填充物的构造,抑制体积收缩等构造变化。这样的作用通过使用微晶纤维素来得到。
微晶纤维素既可以保持粉体的状态,也可以使其分散在水等溶剂中作为悬浊液投入。在该情况下,向溶剂中的分散能够使用高速搅拌机或高压均质器等。
微晶纤维素的添加量的标准是香烟填充物20中的含有量为1%以上15%以下。优选为3%以上12%以下,进一步优选为5%以上10%以下。
通过添加微晶纤维素,对提高成形性、改善由辊式破碎机进行混练等时的作业性、特别是抑制香烟填充物20的收缩及体积变化而言是有效的,并且在电子烟盒1的品质管理及使用感的均质化方面是有效的。
本发明中所使用的微晶纤维素的平均粒径优选为30μm~200μm,更优选为50μm~150μm,更优选为70μm~120μm。
微晶纤维素的平均粒径为30μm以上时,抑制香烟填充物20收缩的效果优异,微晶纤维素的平均粒径为150μm以下时,除了所述抑制收缩的效果以外,还能够使成形性良好。
微晶纤维素的平均粒径通过筛分法来求取。上述平均粒径能够通过JIS K 0069:1992中记载的方法来获得。另外,平均粒径是指关于由多个筛进行的试验结果例如从筛孔较大的一方开始进行质量累积而相当于该质量的50%的直径。进而,优选通过250μm筛孔后的筛上残留物质量占进行筛分的微晶纤维素总质量的8%以下,并且通过75μm筛孔后的筛上残留物质量占进行筛分的微晶纤维素总质量的45%以上。
在通过250μm筛孔后的筛上残留物质量占进行筛分的微晶纤维素总质量的8%以下的情况下,被筛分出的微晶纤维素具有抑制香烟填充物20收缩的效果。在通过75μm筛孔后的筛上残留物质量占进行筛分的微晶纤维素总质量的45%以上的情况下,能够使香烟填充物20的成形性良好。
微晶纤维素的质量平均分子量(Mw)优选为10,000以上200,000以下。更优选为10,000以上100,000以下。如果为10,000以上,则抑制香烟填充物20收缩的效果优异,如果为100,000以下,则除了所述抑制收缩的效果以外还能够使成形性良好。特别优选为20,000以上60,000以下。纤维素的分子量能够通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)来测量。例如能够采用如日本特开平6-109715号公报中所述的那样的测量方法,可适当使用聚乙二醇等作为标准资料。
对香烟填充物20的制造工序进行说明。香烟填充物20的制造工序包括:将作为主原料的非烟草植物干燥、粉碎并进行称量等的干燥粉碎工序;进行作为其他原料的前处理的称量等的准备工序;混合原料来形成组合物的混合工序;以及使组合物成形的填充物成形工序。
在干燥粉碎工序中,为了使作为主原料的非烟草植物的使用部位(例如叶、种子、干燥果实、茎、树皮、根等)形成组合物,对规定的粉碎物进行加工。此时,优选为了吸收或承载之后添加的气雾剂前体、水等其他成分而调整为适合的水含量。在干燥工序中,温度优选为60℃以上80℃以下。通过采用该范围,能够避免所需要的香味成分散逸,并且容易达到所期望的水含量。另外,在为65℃以上时,能够进一步容易达到所期望的水含量,在为75℃以下时,能够进一步防止所需要的香味成分散逸。
优选干燥粉碎后的组合物的水含量是干燥粉碎后组合物总质量的5%以下。通过这样,在后续的工序中制浆会变得容易。更优选干燥粉碎后的组合物的水含量是干燥粉碎后组合物总质量的3%以下。此外,如果干燥粉碎后的组合物的水含量是干燥粉碎后组合物总质量的0.1%以上,则能够保持与水等的亲密性良好的状态。而且,在干燥粉碎工序中也能够设置对粉碎物进行筛分的筛分工序,从而能够调整为所期望的粒度来投入到混合工序中。
在准备工序中,能够准备在制作香烟填充物20时所需要的原料。前述的微晶纤维素在准备工序中被称量,投入到混合工序中。
在混合工序中,能够使用通常的搅拌机。例如,优选采用用搅拌浆叶对混合槽中的原料施加剪切力并进行混合的形态。
在填充物成形工序中,使各种原料混合而成的组合物成形为较薄的片材状之后,通过切断来形成香烟填充物20。在本实施方式中,为了形成较薄的片材,准备3个辊式破碎机。优选在使用3个辊式破碎机时通过因被压入较窄的辊间而产生的压缩和因辊速度差而产生的剪断来进行混练、分散等,并且能够通过刮刀来形成所期望厚度的片材。此外,也能够使用压辊或冲压机进行制作。
在填充物成形工序中,也可以采用通过加压使组合物穿过孔板进行成形等其他方法。此外,在填充物成形工序中,可以根据需要进一步添加非烟草植物、气雾剂前体、粘接剂或增粘剂等、香味添加剂、防腐剂,也可以添加水等。
在本实施方式中,水优选使用进行了杀菌或去除了微生物的水,优选使用通过反渗透膜或离子交换等来得到的纯水。
通过填充物成形工序所得到的片材的厚度优选为0.1mm~1.0mm的范围,进一步优选为0.1mm~0.5mm的范围。所得到的片材由切割器、转刀方式的旋转切割器等切断成规定的宽度。
在本实施方式中,以厚度为0.3mm的片材的切断为例进行说明。首先,将成形后的片材例如切断成纵150mm、横240mm的长方形。将该长方形的片材供给到旋转切割器,切断成纵1.5mm、横240mm的形状,从而得到片材切断物。由此,香烟填充物20的长边方向的尺寸a为1.5mm,短边方向的尺寸b为0.3mm。将50个该片材切断物由包装体25卷绕,制成外形约为6.9mm的卷绕物。用切割器将该卷绕物切断成12.0mm的长度,能够得到香烟填充物聚合体10。该香烟填充物聚合体10的质量为0.29g。当将香烟填充物20的体积相对于香烟填充物聚合体10的体积的比率设为体积填充率时,本实施方式的香烟填充物聚合体10的体积填充率约为0.60。此外,香烟填充物聚合体10的密度为1.07g/cm3。
由此,香烟填充物聚合体10的具有长条面状的形态的香烟填充物20被聚合为沿着长度方向的束状。
对香烟填充物聚合体10的香烟填充物20的配置状态进行详细说明。图4表示香烟填充物聚合体10的主视图。图4示出了香烟填充物20的典型的排列例。在香烟填充物聚合体10中香烟填充物20为与包装体25或其他香烟填充物20接触的密集状态。
香烟填充物20中与包装体25接触的最外周部的香烟填充物20朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向。在图4中,香烟填充物20a的长边中的一边整体与包装体25接触。此外,香烟填充物20a的两个短边分别与在周向上相邻的香烟填充物20b、20c接触。香烟填充物20b、20c的长边也分别与包装体25接触。同样,位于最外周部的香烟填充物20均朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向,彼此在短边上接触。由此,在最外周部,香烟填充物20的填充率较高,并且由于香烟填充物20彼此在周向上相互接触而位置难以发生偏移。
香烟填充物20中与最外周部的香烟填充物20的内周侧接触的香烟填充物20多数朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向。在图4中,香烟填充物20d的长边中的外周侧的一边与最外周部的香烟填充物20a接触,并且长边方向大致沿着周向。虽然如香烟填充物20e所示那样一部分的长边方向沿着径向,但是与最外周部的香烟填充物20的内周侧接触的香烟填充物20中的、长边方向大致沿着周向的香烟填充物20的数量多于长边方向沿着周向以外的方向的香烟填充物20的数量。因此,在靠近最外周部的区域内,香烟填充物20的填充率也较高,并且香烟填充物20的位置也难以发生偏移。
香烟填充物20的长边方向的面与相邻的香烟填充物20的长边方向的面接触,或者长边方向的面与相邻的香烟填充物20的短边方向的面接触。如前述那样,在外周部,香烟填充物20的长边方向的面与相邻的香烟填充物20的短边方向的面接触的情况较多,但是整体上长边方向的面与相邻的香烟填充物20的长边方向的面接触的情况较多。因此,在香烟填充物聚合体10的中央部,香烟填充物20的多数形成长边方向的面彼此接触的填充物组21。
在香烟填充物聚合体10内形成有多个填充物组21,在各填充物组21中香烟填充物20的长边与相邻的香烟填充物20的长边相互接触。填充物组21内的香烟填充物20彼此在长边上相互接触,因此不怎么具有间隙,但是在填充物组21彼此之间容易形成空隙部22。在香烟填充物聚合体10的外周部,由于如前述那样香烟填充物20大致沿着周向,所以难以形成空隙部22,而在香烟填充物聚合体10的中央部,在填充物组21彼此之间容易形成空隙部22。在香烟填充物聚合体10的与长度方向正交的截面中,作为在径向上进行面积等分所得到的中心侧区域的中央区域α的空隙率高于作为外周侧区域的外周区域β的空隙率。
由于香烟填充物20是在与长度方向正交的截面中具有长边方向和短边方向的形态,由于上述形态,使得容易同时实现以下两种排列,1)最外周部的香烟填充物20的沿着周向的排列;2)中央部具有香烟填充物20的填充物组21和空隙部22的排列。
由于中央区域α的空隙率较高,所以容易将电子烟主体2所具有的加热部50插入到香烟填充物聚合体10内。此外,包含因加热部50加热而产生的气雾剂的气流能够容易地在香烟填充物聚合体10内流动。另一方面,由于外周区域β的空隙率较低,所以能够提高香烟填充物聚合体10的整体填充率,能够产生充足量的气雾剂。
此外,由于外周区域β的填充率较高,所以香烟填充物聚合体10能够在构造上牢固地保持香烟填充物20。因此,在使用者进行操作时能够减少香烟填充物20的脱落。
香烟填充物20的排列根据由包装体25进行卷绕的程度而发生变化,因此每1根都不同。图5示出了另一香烟填充物聚合体10的主视图。如该图所示,也存在配置在最外周部的香烟填充物20中的一部分朝向周向以外的方向的情况。但是,即使在该情况下,在最外周部,朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向的香烟填充物20的数量也多于朝向长边方向大致沿着周向的方向以外的方向的香烟填充物20的数量,能够得到与图4的情况同样的效果。关于与最外周部的香烟填充物20的内周侧接触的香烟填充物20,也同样如此。此外,比其更靠中央侧配置的香烟填充物20的排列本身虽然与图4不同,但是在多数会形成填充物组21并且在填充物组21之间形成空隙部22这一点上与图4是同样的。由此,在图5的状态下,中央区域α的空隙率比外周区域β的空隙率相对高。
当在由加热部50加热香烟填充物聚合体10的状态下使用者进行吸气时,包含气雾剂的气流向烟嘴14侧流动。如此前所说明的那样,中央区域α的空隙率高于外周区域β的空隙率,因此气流从外周侧向中央侧汇集,并且朝向长度方向流动。在该情况下,从填充率较高的外周部产生大量的气雾剂,其能够顺畅地流动。
图6示出了表示由包装体25卷绕香烟填充物20的工序的主视图。如图6(a)所示,在卷绕香烟填充物20时,首先,将香烟填充物20载置在包装体25上。包装体25被载置在设置于底座40上的开闭部41上。开闭部41能够在使其相互分开的方向上移动。此时,期望以使香烟填充物20的长边尽可能与包装体25接触的方式载置香烟填充物20。
接着,如图6(b)所示,使开闭部41彼此以使两者分开的方式移动来形成使包装体25落入的凹部42,用落入凹部42中的包装体25包裹香烟填充物20,最终如图6(c)所示那样将包装体25闭合来形成香烟填充物聚合体10。在由包装体25进行包裹的工序中,通过调整速度等,能够使最外周部的香烟填充物20的多数以大致沿着周向的方式排列。此外,在由包装体25包裹香烟填充物20并使其闭合的期间内,通过调整将香烟填充物20压入包装体25内部的力,能够使中央区域α的空隙率成为适当的范围。
在此说明的香烟填充物20的排列是由下述情况带来的:形成为长条面状的香烟填充物20的截面形状是具有长边方向和短边方向的大致长方形、以及最外周部的香烟填充物20和与其相邻的香烟填充物20的多数以大致沿着周向的方式配置。本申请的申请人使香烟填充物20的形状或排列发生变化,通过实验验证了通过一次抽吸可吸入的气雾剂量和可抽吸数。其条件及结果如表1所示。条件1是香烟填充物20的截面形状设定为正方形(纵0.60±0.10mm、横0.60±0.10mm)。条件2~6是香烟填充物20的截面形状设定为长方形(纵1.50±0.10mm、横0.28±0.02mm)。条件2是本实施方式的技术方案。

从气雾剂量及可抽吸数的观点出发,优选条件2、3、5。此外,电子烟主体2的加热部50插入香烟填充物20中的容易度在条件2、3下为良好。
在条件2~6中,香烟填充物20的排列方式因包装体25进行卷绕之前的香烟填充物20的配置或包装体25对香烟填充物20的卷绕方式而不同。在作为本实施方式的技术方案的条件2下最容易卷绕香烟填充物20,其次条件3、5是容易卷绕香烟填充物20的技术方案。条件4、6是难以卷绕香烟填充物20的技术方案。因此,从制造容易度的观点出发,优选条件2、3、5,特别是更优选条件2。
在香烟填充物20的截面形状为正方形的条件1下,难以像这样将香烟填充物20的形状成形,并且与截面形状为长方形的情况相比香烟填充物20更容易脱落。而且,加热时气流的产生量也较少。
如上所述,从制造容易度的观点和气流量及可抽吸数的观点二者出发,作为本实施方式的技术方案的条件2可以说是最优选的技术方案。
图7示出了支承部件12的主视图。如图7(a)所示,在本实施方式中,支承部件12从正面观察时具有大致圆形,在中央部形成有使气流流通的流路部30。流路部30的周围是在外周面与包装部件16接触且在端面与香烟填充物20接触的周缘部31。
支承部件12也可以具有其他形状。如图7(b)所示,也可以具有从中央部朝向径向突出的周向的4个周缘部34,在周缘部34之间形成流路部35。此外,如图7(c)所示,也可以在周缘部38的中央侧形成流路部37,具有该流路部37被分隔壁部39划分为两部分的形状。无论在哪种情况下,支承部件12的周缘部都能够在外周面与包装部件16接触,并且在端面与香烟填充物20沿着长度方向接触。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但是本发明的应用不限于本实施方式,能够在其技术思想范围内进行各种应用。例如,在本实施方式中,在香烟填充物聚合体10与烟嘴14之间仅设置有支承部件12,但是也可以在支承部件12与烟嘴14之间设置冷却部件。此外,香烟填充物20的截面中的长边尺寸a和短边尺寸b不限于上述的例子,能够设定为任意的尺寸、比率。
Claims (5)
1.一种香烟填充物聚合体,其是将长条状的香烟填充物聚合成束状并由片材状的包装体卷绕外周部而构成的,其特征在于:
所述香烟填充物形成为,具有遍及所述香烟填充物聚合体的全长的长度,在与长度方向正交的截面中长边方向的尺寸比短边方向的尺寸长,
与所述包装体接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物,朝向长边方向沿着周向的方向且长边与所述包装体接触或者朝向长边方向沿着周向的方向以外的方向且短边与所述包装体接触,朝向长边方向沿着周向的方向且长边与所述包装体接触的所述香烟填充物的数量多于朝向长边方向沿着周向的方向以外的方向且短边与所述包装体接触的所述香烟填充物的数量,由此至少在所述最外周部的一部分形成沿着周向的配置图案,
所述最外周部以外的所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面接触或者与相邻的所述香烟填充物的短边方向的面接触,长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的长边方向的面接触的所述香烟填充物的数量多于长边方向的面与相邻的所述香烟填充物的短边方向的面接触的所述香烟填充物的数量,由此形成多个填充物组,并且在该填充物组间形成空隙部,由此当在与所述香烟填充物的束的长度方向正交的截面中按面积等分中心侧区域和外周侧区域时,所述中心侧区域的空隙率高于所述外周侧区域的空隙率,形成在所述填充物组间的空隙部遍及所述香烟填充物的全长地在长度方向上连续。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香烟填充物聚合体,其特征在于:
在与所述包装体所接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物的内周侧接触的所述香烟填充物中,长边方向沿着周向的方向且长边与所述包装体所接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物接触的所述香烟填充物的数量多于长边方向沿着周向的方向以外的方向且短边与所述包装体所接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物接触的所述香烟填充物的数量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的香烟填充物聚合体,其特征在于:
所述香烟填充物由非烟草植物形成。
4.一种电子烟盒,其特征在于,具有:
权利要求1~3中任一项所述的香烟填充物聚合体;
支承部件,其与该香烟填充物聚合体的香烟填充物在长度方向上相邻,并且能够使气流沿着长度方向通过;以及
烟嘴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于:
所述支承部件至少在所述支承部件的最外周部具有支承部,该支承部在长度方向上与所述包装体所接触的最外周部的所述香烟填充物相邻。
