The terminal is a part for connecting the storage battery and an external conductor, in the electrical engineering, the terminal is a wiring terminal, namely a wiring terminal, a type-dividing single hole, a double hole, a socket, a hook and the like, and the like are selected from materials, copper silver plating, copper zinc plating, copper, aluminum, iron and the like, the functions of the terminals are mainly used for transmitting electric signals or conducting electricity, the rapid development of the industry in recent years, the rapid growth of the automation industry is realized, the production efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, the time is saved, the shortage of human resources is reduced, particularly the electronic related industry needs a large amount of human resources to solve the production problem of enterprises, the shortage of human resources and the continuous rise of human cost are realized, the contradiction of production needs to be more and more prominent to be solved for the enterprises, so the enterprises have to develop and have to adopt automation equipment to improve the market competitiveness of products in the production process, along with the, equipment is more and more automatic, and the assembly operation of terminal need put into plug-in components with the terminal in, then processes, and this kind of processing mode generally adopts semi-automatic equipment, and manual operation, efficiency is very low, and the degree of difficulty is high, and the quality is also relatively poor, and is with high costs, can appear the dead phenomenon of metal needle spare card in the conveying even, causes very big puzzlement to the producer. The automation level of the semi-automatic inserting piece equipment is not enough, and the requirement of modern production cannot be met.
The prior art has defects and needs to be improved.

Compared with the prior art, the terminal feeding device has the advantages that the feeding disc is adopted to feed the terminals, the terminals are pushed forwards by the feeding assembly through the conveying of the receiving track and the detection of the light source detector, the terminal feeding device can realize the function of inserting the components at any angle, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; the terminal and the plug-in can be respectively placed in the first crimping device through the cross feeding device, and the first crimping device is accurate in product positioning and precise in processing; according to the full-automatic production line, the product which is subjected to primary compression joint is placed in the second compression joint device through the grabbing device, the second compression joint device is processed again, and finally the product is clamped by the transferring device and placed on the discharging device to flow out.

One embodiment described in fig. 1 to 5 is: a full-automatic terminal plug-in equipment comprises a workbench 1, a plug-in component waiting table 2, a terminal feeding device 3, a cross feeding device 4, a first crimping device 5, a grabbing device 6, a second crimping device 7, a transferring device 8 and a blanking device 9 are all arranged on the workbench 1, the plug-in component waiting table 2, the cross feeding device 4, the first crimping device 5, the grabbing device 6 and the blanking device 9 are sequentially arranged from left to right, the cross feeding device 4 and the plug-in component waiting table 2 are oppositely arranged, the cross feeding device 4 respectively grabs and places plug-in components and terminals on the first crimping device 5, the grabbing device 6 and the second crimping device 7 are oppositely arranged, the grabbing device 6 is used for grabbing materials on the first crimping device 5 and placing the materials on the second crimping device 7, the transferring device 8 is arranged above the blanking device 9 and is arranged on the right side of the second crimping device 7, the transfer device 8 is used for grabbing materials on the second crimping device 7 and placing the materials on the blanking device 9, an assembly line or a feeding robot places products in the plug-in component waiting material table 2, terminals are fed through the terminal feeding device 3, the cross feeding device 4 places the plug-in components and the terminals in the first crimping device 5 in sequence, the first crimping device 5 conducts crimping on the terminals on the plug-in components, after the first crimping device 5 is processed, the gripping device 6 rotates 90 degrees to grab the products and place the products in the second crimping device 7, the second crimping device 7 processes the products again, after the processing is completed, the transfer device 8 clamps the processed products and transfers the products to the blanking device 9, the blanking device 9 sends the products out, and the work is completed.
The terminal feeding device 3 comprises a feeding column 31, a feeding motor, a feeding tray 32, a feeding frame 35, a feeding bottom plate 39, a feeding rail 38, a receiving motor 34, a receiving rail 33, a feeding assembly 36 and a light source detector 37, wherein the bottom end of the feeding column 31 is vertically fixed on the workbench 1, the fixed end of the feeding motor is fixedly arranged at the top end of the feeding column 31, the output end of the feeding motor is vertically connected with the middle part of the feeding tray 32 through a feeding rotating shaft, the receiving rail 33 is arranged below the feeding tray 32, the receiving motor 34 is arranged on the side surface of the receiving rail 33, the lower surface of the receiving rail 33 is arranged on the right side surface of the feeding frame 35 through a receiving block, the output end of the receiving rail 33 is connected with the feeding assembly 36, the output end of the light source detector 37 is arranged above the connection part of the receiving rail 33 and the feeding assembly 36, the fixed end of the light source detector 37 is mounted on the detection board and is positioned on the front side of the feeding frame 35, the detection board is fixed at the top end of the feeding frame 35, the feeding component 36 is mounted in the feeding frame 35, the bottom of the feeding frame 35 is mounted on the feeding rail 38 through a feeding slider, the feeding rail 38 is mounted on the upper surface of the feeding base plate 39, the lower surface of the feeding base plate 39 is mounted on the workbench 1, the feeding motor drives the feeding disc 32 to rotate, the feeding disc 32 conveys the terminals into the receiving rail 33, the receiving motor 34 drives the receiving rail 33 to convey the terminals to the feeding table, when the terminals are on the feeding table, the light source detector 37 detects the terminals, the detected terminals enter the feeding component 36, and the feeding cylinder drives the clamping block mounting plate to move back and forth in the feeding frame 35, the clamping block mounting plate drives the upper feeding clamping block and the lower feeding clamping block to work on the terminal respectively, the clamping cylinders in the upper feeding clamping block and the lower feeding clamping block work to enable the upper feeding clamping block and the lower feeding clamping block to clamp the terminal tightly, and then the clamping block mounting plate drives the upper feeding clamping block and the lower feeding clamping block to extend forwards respectively.
The cross feeding device 4 includes a grabbing motor 41, a speed adjusting box 42, a connecting shaft 43, a cross rotating shaft 44, a right-angle turntable 45, a first feeding cylinder 46 and a second feeding cylinder 47, the grabbing motor 41 drives the connecting shaft 43 to rotate, the connecting shaft 43 drives the speed adjusting box 42 to work, the speed adjusting box 42 drives the cross rotating shaft 44 to work, the cross rotating shaft 44 drives the right-angle turntable 45 to rotate for 90 degrees, the right-angle turntable 45 drives the first feeding cylinder 46 and the second feeding cylinder 47 to rotate respectively, the first feeding cylinder 46 and the second feeding cylinder 47 drive the first feeding clamping jaw and the second feeding clamping jaw respectively to grab a terminal and an insert, and the grabbed insert and the terminal are placed in the first crimping device 5.
The first crimping device 5 comprises a crimping bottom plate 51, a first crimping support plate 52, a second crimping support plate 53, a crimping bearing plate 54, a crimping frame 55, a crimping cylinder 56, a crimping rotating shaft 57, a crimping sliding block 58, a crimping block 59, a loading table 510, a crimping table 511 and a push-pull cylinder 512, wherein the push-pull cylinder 512 drives the push-pull clamping jaw to push the plug-in on the crimping table 511 to a processing position, then a fastening cylinder 513 drives a fastening piece to fix the plug-in on the crimping table 511, the crimping cylinder 56 at the top end of the crimping frame 55 works, the crimping cylinder 56 drives the crimping sliding block 58 to slide up and down in the crimping rotating shaft 57, the crimping sliding block 58 drives the crimping block 59 to crimp the product on the crimping table 511, and after crimping is completed, the push-pull clamping jaw is driven by the push-pull cylinder 512 to pull out the product on the.

The second embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that the blanking device 9 is provided with a detector, and the detector detects a processed product so as to prevent a defective product from flowing out.
The third embodiment is different from the above, in that the first crimping device 5 and the second crimping device 7 are provided as rotary crimping devices, and the crimping can be performed over the entire surface.
