Claims (6)

1. A quality control and tracing method in a medical supply compliance distribution process is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps:
(1) and (4) delivery: the medical supply delivery party selects and counts the medical supplies to be delivered in a delivery room from a warehouse, codes and codes each medical supply to be delivered under the monitoring of an image system, then places the medical supplies into a special delivery logistics box, codes and codes the delivery logistics box, and pastes the coded numbers on the opening position and/or the lock catch of the delivery logistics box;

the medical supplies shipper fills in an invoice on a cooperative logistics platform, and selects low-temperature distribution or normal-temperature distribution according to distribution conditions of the medical supplies; goods coding information of medical supplies in the distribution logistics box and the coded number information of the distribution logistics box are uploaded to a cooperative logistics platform, a temperature and humidity module is connected to monitor the temperature and humidity condition in the box in real time, and a positioning mode and an alarm mode of the positioning module are started;
after the positioning module and the temperature and humidity module are started, the positioning module and the temperature and humidity module are in wireless connection with a cooperative logistics platform directly or through gateway equipment, and position information and temperature and humidity information are updated every 5min and uploaded to the cooperative logistics platform;
the cooperative logistics platform is a shared intelligent Internet of things management platform, and medical supply distributors, medical supply receivers, medical supply distributors, health supervision centers, medical administration, health halls and subordinate departments thereof can check or extract logistics images, positions and electronic records of medical supply distribution through authentication;
(2) collecting goods: medical supplies distribution personnel carry out door-to-door collection according to the information of the shipping orders on the logistics platform, collect goods under the supervision of an image system, and install a distribution logistics box or a plug-in endurance refrigerator sealed by codes into a shockproof goods shelf in a special distribution electric automobile closed carriage;
the special distribution electric automobile comprises an electric automobile assembly, a closed carriage and a loading and unloading tail plate, wherein shockproof goods shelves and/or low-temperature refrigerator buckles are respectively installed on two sides of the closed carriage, vehicle-mounted refrigerator power sockets are reserved on the side faces of the buckles, the heights of the shockproof goods shelves and the low-temperature refrigerator are lower than the height of the closed carriage, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is installed on the closed carriage, a dustproof tail door is installed at the outlet of the carriage, and the loading and unloading tail plate is installed on the outer side of the dustproof tail door; the closed compartment is provided with an image system at one side close to the cab, the image system shoots the whole-course image and is connected with the cooperative logistics platform, the synchronous image is transmitted to the cooperative logistics platform, and meanwhile, the image system can sense the opening of the compartment and automatically start the shooting and recording of the images in the compartment and at the rear side of the compartment after the door is opened;
(3) shipping: after the medical supplies are conveyed to a city main transportation service point by adopting a special distribution electric automobile, a distribution special line automobile is adopted for carrying out remote transportation, and the license plate and the contact information of the distribution special line automobile are synchronously uploaded;
(4) and (4) distribution: after the goods are transported to a general transportation service point of a delivery destination, the goods are continuously transported to a goods receiving place of a goods receiver by adopting a special delivery electric automobile; the interior of each car compartment of the distribution special line is provided with an image system, the image systems are connected with a cooperative logistics platform, and synchronous images are transmitted to the cooperative logistics platform;
the structure of the special delivery line automobile carriage is the same as that of the special delivery electric automobile closed carriage;
(5) signing: after confirming that the serial number of the code on the distribution logistics box is consistent with the serial number of the code on the distribution logistics box on the shipping note, the consignee checks whether the temperature and humidity information on the temperature and humidity display screen on the outer side of the box body is consistent with the temperature and humidity information on the cooperative logistics platform, if the information is consistent, the distribution logistics box is opened under the supervision of an image system which is in collinear connection with the cooperative logistics platform, the types and the number of medical supplies in the box are checked, and if the number of the medical supplies and the number information are not consistent, the missing distribution registration or the multiple registration is carried out on the cooperative logistics platform; if the temperature and humidity information is inconsistent, timely contact with a shipper for confirmation, determine the deviation reason or confirm that the deviation temperature and humidity has no influence on the quality or use of the medical supplies, and continuously sign-in after registering the temperature and humidity condition or improving measures on a cooperative logistics platform; if the temperature and humidity information is inconsistent and influences the quality or use of the medical supplies, rejecting the label;
(6) dispensing: after the receiver checks and accepts the medical supplies, the medical supplies are maintained and managed according to the regulations of the company where the receiver is located, code scanning and receiving are carried out on the medical supplies needing to be distributed and received, namely codes given when the medical supplies are delivered are scanned, receiving photography and electronic record forming are carried out through image recording and electronic recording equipment connected with a cooperative logistics platform, and the receiving photography and the electronic record are automatically uploaded to the cooperative logistics platform;

the compartment structures of the recovered electric automobile and the recovered special line automobile are the same as the compartment structure of the distribution electric automobile;
