Description

Method and system for detecting quality guarantee state of article
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to a method and a system for detecting the quality guarantee state of an article.
Background
The quality guarantee (quality guarantee for short) state of the existing articles is generally judged by adopting the quality guarantee period. That is, if the current date does not reach the predetermined quality guarantee date obtained by the product manufacturer according to the product delivery date plus the quality guarantee period, the quality guarantee state of the product is determined to be valid. If the current date exceeds the predetermined warranty date, the warranty status of the article is determined to be invalid.
Since the shelf life of many articles is the maximum useful life when they meet certain storage conditions, for example: the shelf life of the liquid vaccine is the maximum valid period obtained by storing the liquid vaccine in the environment of 2-8 ℃, and once the storage condition of the liquid vaccine does not meet the environment condition of 2-8 ℃, the actual quality guarantee state of the liquid vaccine is judged to be effective according to the shelf life, so that the accuracy of the liquid vaccine is greatly reduced. In order to solve the above problems, the prior art generally monitors the storage conditions of the article in real time, and directly determines that the quality assurance status of the article is invalid once the storage conditions do not satisfy the characteristic storage conditions of the article, for example, the storage temperature of the liquid vaccine is monitored to be 15 ℃. Although the method solves the problem of misjudgment that the quality guarantee state is effective when the quality guarantee state is judged through the quality guarantee period due to the change of the storage condition of the article, the fact that the article does not meet the storage condition of the article does not mean that the quality guarantee state of the article is not effective, for example: the heat stability test of the liquid vaccine shows that: the titer decreased at 37 ℃ for 2 weeks, which corresponds to a 1-year titer decrease at 2-8 ℃. For the liquid vaccine which is separated from the refrigeration environment, if the time spent in the room temperature environment is short, such as only hours or 1-2 days, although the titer of the vaccine is reduced rapidly, the quality guarantee state may still be effective, and the judgment method can cause the false judgment that the quality guarantee state is invalid, thereby causing the waste of resources.
Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of the quality guarantee judgment result of the article has important significance for reasonably utilizing resources and avoiding resource waste.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The quality assurance (hereinafter referred to as "quality assurance") status of an existing article is generally determined by using the shelf life.
However, if the goods have been subjected to some state not meeting the environmental standards after leaving the factory, the warranty period determination method may be inaccurate, as in example 1.
Example 1: red wine (hereinafter referred to as "red wine") is usually suitable for drinking for 10 years. However, the precondition for achieving this shelf life of red wine is to obtain a proper environmental storage. This suitable environment includes:
1) suitable ambient temperatures are generally from 10 to 15 ℃. The elasticity of the wooden plug is reduced due to the low temperature, and the wooden plug is easy to break and remove slag. Too high a temperature can lead to accelerated oxidation of the red wine.
2) Suitable ambient humidity is typically 65% to 76%. Too dry, air is more likely to enter the bottle. If the wood stopper is too wet, the wood stopper is easy to mildew and breed bacteria.
3) It needs to be preserved in dark. The ultraviolet rays in the sun damage the tannins in the red wine, making the red wine susceptible to deterioration.
In order to sense whether an article has experienced an event exceeding an environmental index (hereinafter referred to as "exceeding standard") after leaving the factory, a cold chain temperature tag appears on the market. The temperature label is as light and thin as paper, the double-sided adhesive tape is arranged on the back surface of the temperature label, the temperature label can be firmly adhered to the surface of any object, the use method is simple, the temperature sensing is sensitive, and the temperature change can be quickly reflected. Once the ambient temperature exceeds the set value of the label, the sensing area of the cold chain temperature label can change the color and is irreversible, and the original color can not be changed again. The inspector can immediately know whether the quality assurance state of the article is invalid or not by only looking at the color change of the cold chain temperature label.
However, the warranty status of many articles has a complex correlation with environmental indicators, and it is difficult to make a simple determination by a single indicator, as in example 2.
Example 2. Liquid vaccines typically require 2-8 degrees celsius storage, but this does not mean that liquid vaccines stored at room temperature are certainly ineffective. The heat stability test of the liquid vaccine shows that: the titer decreased at 37 ℃ for 2 weeks, which corresponds to a 1-year titer decrease at 2-8 ℃. For the liquid vaccine leaving the refrigerated environment, if the time spent in the room temperature environment is short, such as only several hours or 1-2 days, the titer of the vaccine is reduced rapidly, but the quality guarantee state can still be effective.
Further, when the quality guarantee state of the article is invalid due to improper storage, the prior art is difficult to trace back the specific invalid time and place, so that the responsibility is difficult to define.
Based on the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting the quality assurance status of an article, as shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the type of an article to be detected, and monitoring the storage condition and the storage duration of the article to be detected. In particular, since different kinds of articles have respective storage condition requirements, i.e. their requirements for preservation environment are different, for example: red wine is typically stored at an ambient temperature of 10-15 c, whereas liquid vaccines typically require storage at 2-8 c, and for certain types of goods there may be a number of storage requirements, such as: temperature, humidity and light shielding requirements, and the like, which once exceed the range of the storage conditions, will affect the quality guarantee state of the article, so that the article can not be normally used or can reach the normal use state although the article is in the quality guarantee period, and the quality guarantee state is substantially ineffective. In practical applications, the storage conditions may be acquired by various sensors disposed on the packaging system (e.g. packaging box, storage bottle) for the object to be detected, so as to obtain environmental data information, i.e. storage conditions, such as: temperature sensors, humidity sensors, etc., the present invention is not limited thereto. In practical applications, the article type obtaining method of the article to be detected may be obtained by reading an ID code set when the article to be detected leaves a factory. Because the article ID code has uniqueness, the article type of the article to be detected can be obtained according to the ID code, and the article type can also be determined in other manners, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step S102: and judging whether the storage conditions meet the preset storage conditions of the articles to be detected. Specifically, the preset storage condition is a storage requirement corresponding to a shelf life of the to-be-tested object obtained by a manufacturer after production, and if the shelf life is 1 year and the storage temperature requirement is 0-5 ℃, the preset storage condition is 0-5 ℃ when the shelf life of 1 year is reached.
Step S103: and when the storage condition does not meet the preset storage condition of the article to be detected, recording the event information which does not meet the preset storage condition to form an abnormal record. Specifically, if the storage condition meets the preset storage condition of the article to be detected, the quality guarantee state detection is changed into the time specified by judging whether the storage time reaches the quality guarantee period of the high article, if so, the quality guarantee state of the article is judged to be invalid, otherwise, the quality guarantee state of the article is judged to be valid. If the storage condition is not satisfied, the quality assurance status of the article is affected, and step S104 is executed.
Step S104: and acquiring a preset quality assurance state judgment rule corresponding to the type of the article, wherein the preset quality assurance state judgment rule is used for describing the relationship between the quality assurance state of the article and the storage condition and the corresponding storage duration of the article.
Specifically, different types of articles have different storage condition requirements, and further the corresponding quality assurance state determination rules are different, it should be noted that the article type and the corresponding preset quality assurance state determination rule can be flexibly adjusted and formulated according to the actual storage requirement of the article and the detection level of the quality assurance state by the user. In practical applications, the predetermined warranty status determination rule includes the correlation between the warranty status of the article and the parameters (such as temperature, humidity, ultraviolet intensity, vibration, etc.) and the corresponding time of the storage environment of the article. Illustratively, the warranty status of item a, f (a), is determined by the regular expression as follows:
F(a)=function{[(pa11,t11-T0),(pa12,t12-T0),......,(pa1n,t1n-T0)],[(pa21,t21-T0),(pa22,t22-T0),......,(pa2m,t2m-T0)],......,[(par1,tr1-T0),(par2,tr2-T0),......,(park,trk-T0)]}
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
[pa11,pa12,......,pa1n]、[pa21,pa22,......,pa2m]、......、[par1,par2,......,park]the environment-related parameters are stored for item a, respectively.
Let r be 4
pa11,pa12,......,pa1nIs a temperature parameter in units of DEG C, pa1nTaking the value of the temperature sensor at time t1nThe result of the perception of (1).
pa21,pa22,......,pa2mRelative humidity parameters in% rh, pa2mTaking the value of the humidity sensor at time t2mThe result of the perception of (1).
Pa31,pa32,......,pa3jAcceleration parameter for representing vibration intensityNumber in mm/(s)^2),pa3jTaking the value of the acceleration sensor at time t3jThe measurement result of (1).
Pa41,pa42,......,pa4kThe action mark parameter is an action mark parameter representing the action of the packaging state, the opening action value is 1, the closing action value is-1, and the specific value is that the packaging state action sensor is at the time t4kThe result of the perception of (1).
T0The time for leaving the factory for the article.
F (a) {. means that the value of f (a) has a functional relationship with each parameter in the bracket.
F (a) is the result of quality assurance status detection of the article a. The field is used for recording the quality assurance state of the article, the effective value is 1, and the invalid value is-1. After the commodity quality inspection is carried out on the article by a manufacturer, if the article does not pass the quality inspection, the value is as follows: -1 (invalid), if passing quality inspection, the value: 1 (effective).
For example: suppose that the preset quality guarantee state judgment rule of the red wine is as follows: after the red wine exceeds the preset storage temperature range, the equivalent storage time under the condition is doubled every time the red wine exceeds 1 ℃, for example: the red wine is stored at the temperature of 10-15 ℃ for 1 year at 16 ℃, which is equivalent to two years, and the effective period of the red wine is reduced by two years on the basis of the total quality guarantee period. It should be noted that the above-mentioned contents are only examples, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Step S105: and detecting the quality guarantee state of the article to be detected according to the preset quality guarantee state judgment rule, the storage time length and the abnormal record to generate a detection result. Specifically, the validity determination of the quality assurance state of the item a may be performed according to the functional relationship between the value of f (a) and each parameter in the function {. 1 (effective). And if the quality guarantee state is invalid, taking the value: -1 (null).
In practical applications, assuming that the shelf life specified by the red wine manufacturer is one and a half years, if the red wine is stored at 16 ℃ for 1 year, the quality guarantee state detection result is invalid because the red wine is equivalent to two years under the standard storage condition. Accordingly, if it is stored at 16 degrees centigrade for half a year, the result of the quality assurance status test is valid. It should be noted that the above-mentioned contents are only examples, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the detection result includes: the quality guarantee state is valid and invalid, the above method for detecting the quality guarantee state of the article further comprises the following steps:
step S106: and when the detection result is that the quality assurance state is invalid, acquiring the storage condition information, the storage duration information and the storage position information from the abnormal record.
Step S107: and generating a quality assurance state invalid cause according to the storage condition information, the storage duration information and the storage position information.
In practical application, if the article itself is in the quality guarantee period, but the quality guarantee detection result shows that the quality guarantee state is invalid, it indicates that the storage environment of the article does not meet the requirement in the storage process, so in order to search the invalid reason, locate the responsibility, and facilitate to solve the problem of the storage link in time, the related information can be obtained from the abnormal record, and the cause causing the invalid quality guarantee state is determined according to the related information, in practical application, the cause includes: and the information of the time, the total duration, the position and the like of the occurrence of the abnormity is stored, so that the subsequent responsibility definition and the timely solution of the storage problem are facilitated.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the method for detecting the quality assurance status of the article further includes the following steps:
step S108: and acquiring the quality guarantee period of the to-be-detected article, wherein the quality guarantee period is the corresponding service life of the to-be-detected article under the preset storage condition.
Step S109: and converting the current storage duration into the current service life of the article to be detected according to the preset quality assurance state judgment rule and the abnormal record, wherein the current service life is used for representing the corresponding current service life of the article to be detected under the preset storage condition.
Step S110: and determining the remaining quality guarantee period of the to-be-detected article according to the quality guarantee period and the current service life.
In practical application, if the warranty status is valid, the detection result is as follows: 1 (effective). If the quality assurance state is invalid, the detection result is as follows: -1 (null). Assuming that the article a to be detected is a certain red wine, the corresponding preset quality assurance state judgment rule is as follows: the upper limit of the temperature is 19 degrees celsius. The upper limit 19 is not exceeded and the maximum length of time spent is 8 years. If the upper limit is exceeded, the consumed duration (i.e. the current service life) is the duration (i.e. the storage duration) multiplied by (K +1) for each K degrees, and the remaining duration is the remaining shelf life.
For example,
when red wine a is stored at 19 ℃ for 1 year after leaving the factory, the elapsed time for consumption is 1 year. The remaining duration of the exposure is then 8-1-7 years. At this time, the red wine a is in a good quality state, and f (a) is 1.
When red wine a is stored at 20 ℃ for 1 year after leaving the factory, the elapsed time for consumption is 2 years. The remaining duration of the exposure is then 8-2-6 years. At this time, the red wine a is in a good quality state, and f (a) is 1.
When red wine a is stored at 20 ℃ for 1 year after leaving the factory and then stored at 22 ℃ for 0.5 year, the consumed duration is 2+0.5 h 3-3.5 years. The remaining duration of the exposure is then 8-3.5-4.5 years. At this time, the red wine a is in a good quality state, and f (a) is 1.
When red wine a is stored for 1 year at 20 ℃ after leaving the factory, then stored for 0.5 year at 22 ℃ and then stored for 5 years at 16 ℃, the consumed duration is 2+0.5 x 3+5 to 8.5 years. The remaining duration of the exposure is then 8-8.5-0.5 years. At this time, the quality assurance state of red wine a was invalid, and f (a) was-1.
For convenience of example, the numerical correlation between the parameters of the above embodiments is linear. In the actual engineering, the index value of a certain type of article, the corresponding maximum experience time, the experience time consumed after the index is exceeded, and the remaining experience time may also establish a non-linear numerical correlation between these parameters according to the engineering expert experience or machine learning, which is not limited by the present invention.
By executing the steps S101 to S110, the method for detecting the quality assurance state of an article according to the embodiment of the present invention detects the quality assurance state of the article to be detected by monitoring the storage condition and the storage duration of the article to be detected in real time and recording the time information that does not satisfy the preset storage condition to form an abnormal record, and by combining the preset quality assurance state determination rule corresponding to the type of the article to which the article to be detected belongs, the detection result of the quality assurance state is obtained, so that not only is the misjudgment of the quality assurance effectiveness caused by only depending on the quality assurance period avoided, but also the influence of the actual storage condition change of the article to be detected on the quality assurance state is considered, so that the misjudgment of the quality assurance state invalidity is avoided, the waste of article resources is avoided, and the accuracy of the detection result of the quality assurance state is.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an article quality assurance state detection system, as shown in fig. 2, the article quality assurance state detection system includes: the environment sensing and recording device 1, the user terminal 2, the management platform 3, the data platform 4 and the judgment server 5, wherein,
the environment perception and recording device 1 is arranged on a packaging system corresponding to an article to be detected and used for collecting type information and storage information of the article to be detected and recording the type information and storage information to form an environment perception local log, wherein the environment perception local log comprises: the type of article to be detected, the real-time storage conditions and the storage duration. In particular, by providing the environmental sensing and recording device 1 on an article packaging system (package, bottle). The device is responsible for sensing the environmental state of the article, recording sensing data and establishing an environmental sensing local log.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the environmental sensing and recording apparatus 1 includes: a sensing unit and a detection unit, and a telecommunications module and/or a satellite positioning module, wherein,
the sensing unit is composed of a plurality of sensors for collecting different environmental state data of the article and is used for sensing the storage condition information of the article. The sensors may include temperature sensors, humidity sensors, vibration sensors, unsealing motion sensors, and the like, depending on the application requirements.
The detection unit comprises a main control module, an NFC function module and a calendar time module, the sensing unit triggers the main control unit to record the storage condition information and record the time information of the calendar time module after sensing the storage condition information, the main control module forms an environment sensing local log according to the storage condition information and the time information, and when the NFC function module receives an inquiry request of an external user terminal 2, the environment sensing local log is fed back to the user terminal 2.
Specifically, the main control module is a control center of the whole detection unit and is responsible for signal processing, calculation and data storage.
The detection unit of the invention reads the environmental data sensed by the environmental state sensor periodically or when the environmental state does not meet the preset storage condition, or senses the action event when the package system has the unsealing action event. The environment-aware recording apparatus 1 writes the read environment data and operation event into the environment-aware local log. At this time, the environmental sensing and recording device 1 cannot obtain power supply through NFC wireless induction. Therefore, the CPU subunit, and other subunits associated with the context awareness and logging operations, are integrated to form a master control module that extends the power port to support battery power from the power module.
In order to ensure that the data of the local log can be stored in a credible mode and can be read permanently, the main control module can support power supply from NFC induction.
Specifically, the CPU subunit, the read-only memory subunit, the random access memory subunit, and the nonvolatile memory subunit are integrated to form the main control module. The read-only memory unit is used for solidifying program instructions required by the running of the CPU subunit, and the specific hardware is a ROM. The random storage unit is used for temporarily storing the operation result of the CPU subunit in the operation process, and the specific hardware is an RAM. The non-volatile storage subunit is used for storing the unalterable unique serial number (encapsulation subsystem OID) of the electronic tag and local log data.
The non-volatile memory subunit of the conventional NFC functionality is used to store the unalterable unique serial number of the electronic tag. Such as: 96-bit EPC, 512-bit User Memory, non-rewritable 64-bit unique OID (item ID), 32-bit access and obfuscation password are written according to EPC Gen2(V1.2.0) and ISO/IEC 18000-6C standards. The specific hardware can be a FLASH chip with the functions of an OTP register and a LOCK register.
In the detection unit of the present invention, the nonvolatile storage subunit further has an extended log data storage function. Specifically, each time the detection unit reads the environment data or senses the operation event, the detection unit organizes the read environment data and the operation event into log data and writes the log data into the nonvolatile storage subunit.
The contents of the log data include the environmental data category (temperature, humidity, vibration, opening or closing action, etc.), the environmental data value, the calendar time of the data reading, the geographical location of the data reading.
The specific device of the nonvolatile memory subunit can be a FLASH chip with the functions of an OTP register and a LOCK register.
Specifically, the NFC functional module includes an NFC antenna unit, an NFC radio frequency interface subunit, and an NFC digital functional subunit of the conventional NFC tag circuit.
An NFC antenna unit. The NFC antenna unit in the detection unit NFC module is based on an RFID (radio frequency identification) technology and generally consists of a ferrite material and a circuit coil, and the NFC antenna unit interacts with an NFC reader by adopting a transformer co-coupling matching principle and is matched with an NFC radio frequency interface subunit, so that wireless power supply and near field data communication functions are provided for the detection unit during the reading interval of the NFC reader (an inquiry terminal NFC module).
And the NFC radio frequency interface subunit is matched with the radio frequency antenna unit to complete related functions of NFC radio frequency and provide electric energy for each part of the related NFC circuit.
And the NFC digital function subunit is matched with the NFC radio frequency interface subunit and the CPU unit to complete a plurality of digital functions required by NFC communication.
Specifically, the calendar time module may specifically adopt a DS1302 calendar time chip, which is a low-power consumption real-time clock chip. It can time year, month, day, week, hour, minute and second, and has leap year compensation function.
The remote communication module is used for sending the environment sensing local log to the management platform 3 according to a preset time period or when a preset event trigger condition is received. In particular, the remote communication module may employ an NB-IOT communication module. The environment sensing and recording device 1 uploads the environment sensing local log to the management platform 3 through the NB-IOT-free wireless communication module.
The satellite positioning module is used for detecting the position data and sending the position data to the main control module to form an environment-aware local log with the position data. For example: the position data may be position data when the storage condition information is changed, so that the satellite positioning module can provide the geographical position information of the action.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the environment sensing and recording device 1 further includes a power module and a warning module, and the conventional NFC tag circuit may not need the power module including an energy storage battery. When the NFC reader is close to the NFC tag circuit, the NFC tag circuit obtains power from the NFC reader through wireless induction. The detection unit of the invention reads the environmental data sensed by the environmental state sensor periodically or when the environmental state does not meet the preset storage condition, or senses the action event when the package subsystem has the unsealing action event. And the detection unit writes the read environmental data and action events into the environment-aware local log. At this time, the detection unit may not be powered by NFC wireless induction. Therefore, the invention needs to configure the power supply module to supply power to the environmental state sensor, the main control module, the calendar time module and the like. Specifically, the power module may employ a zinc-manganese primary battery, or a rechargeable lithium battery. Further, when the quality guarantee state of the article fails, the main control module can drive the alarm module to send out a local alarm so as to directly give a prompt to a user. For example, the alarm module may be a red LED lamp. The light is on to indicate that the quality guarantee state of the goods is invalid.

In particular, the user terminal 2 may be a smart phone with an NFC reader. When the user terminal 2 approaches the environmental sensing and recording device 1, the NFC reader provided in the user terminal 2 activates the NFC functional module provided in the environmental sensing and recording device 1 through electromagnetic induction. And starting near field communication between the NFC reader and the NFC functional module. Through the near field communication, the user terminal 2 reads the environment-aware local log from the environment-aware and recording apparatus 1. And then, the user terminal 2 uploads the read environment-aware local log to a data platform through the Internet to form an environment-aware cloud log. At the same time, the user terminal 2 also assumes a human-computer interaction function. The user can view the state of the quality assurance of the article on the user terminal 2.
The management platform 3 writes the environment perception local log into the data platform 4 to form an environment perception cloud log, and calls the judgment server according to the detection requirement to perform quality assurance detection according to the environment perception cloud log. The management platform 3 is responsible for system-wide coordination and control management.
In practical applications, a near field communication module, such as an NFC functional module, is disposed on the environmental sensing and recording apparatus 1. When the NFC reader of the user terminal 2 reads the NFC functional module, the apparatus sends the context-aware local log to the user terminal 2 through the NFC functional module. The user terminal 2 uploads the read environment perception local log to the management platform 3 through the internet and then uploads the log to the data platform 4, and an environment perception cloud log of the article is formed.
In addition, a remote communication module, such as an NBIOT module, may be provided on the environment sensing and recording apparatus 1. This environmental perception and recorder 1 passes through NBIOT module and uploads the local log of environmental perception to management platform 3 and then to data platform 4 on the internet, forms article environmental perception cloud log, and this environmental perception and recorder 1 can also be periodically or when satisfying and predetermine the event trigger condition for example: and uploading the environment-aware local log by using the change of the storage condition as a preset event trigger condition, which is not limited by the present invention.
