一种去油污剂,按重量百分比由下述原材料制成:柠檬酸三钠10%‑30%、表面活性物LS‑3 10%‑30%、工业酒精16%‑30%、次氯酸钠30%‑40%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10)10%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10%、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10%,其余为水;本发明去油污剂PH值中性,不对任何接触物产生伤害,利用表面活性物之间的协同增效作用,可以有效的去除厨房中各种油污,清洁环保,无毒,无害,清洗过程既不腐蚀厨房设备,也不伤害皮肤,去油污能力强。

一种去油污剂及制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤用品技术领域,具体涉及的是一种用于清洗厨房内重油垢的洗涤剂。
背景技术
厨房污垢的形成主要是食用油滴落和受热部分蒸发而污染于用具上,再加上尘埃,日积月累便形成了一层粘稠附着力极强的油垢;这种油污一般的清洗剂很难去除。
目前,常用的厨房油污清洗剂主要是采用强碱性清洗和溶剂清洗技术,二者虽然具有较高的油污去除能力,但对人体皮肤损害较大,容易脱皮。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上技术的不足,提供一种纯中性,对人体皮肤无任何刺激性的万物净去油污剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种去油污剂,按重量百分比由下述原材料制成:
柠檬酸三钠10-30%、表面活性物LS-3 10-30%、工业酒精16-30%、次氯酸钠30-40%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10) 10%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10%、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10%,其余为水。
发明的另一目的是提供一种去油污剂的制作方法,其具体步骤包括:
第一步,按重量百分比称取原料:柠檬酸三钠10-30%、表面活性物LS-3 10-30%、工业酒精16-30%、次氯酸钠30-40%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10) 10%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10%、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10%,其余为水。
第二步,在配料锅内加入一定量的水,加热升温至70-80℃,加入柠檬酸三钠,待溶解分散均匀,继续搅拌5-15分钟。
第三步,将配料锅温度降至50-60℃,加入次氯酸钠,继续搅拌均匀。
第四步,配料锅继续降温至40-50℃,边加入边搅拌的方式依次加入、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10)、二乙醇酰胺(6501)、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES),每加一种原料间隔5-10分钟。
第五步,用氢氧化纳调节PH至6-9,再加入工业酒精和表面活性物LS-3,每加一种原料间隔5-10分钟,边加入边搅拌,加水至100%,搅拌均匀,即可制得去油污剂。
本发明的有益效果体现在于,与现有技术相比,本发明PH值中性,不对任何接触物产生伤害,利用表面活性物之间的协同增效作用,可以有效的去除厨房中各种油污,清洁环保,无毒,无害,清洗过程既不腐蚀厨房设备,也不伤害皮肤,去油污能力强。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种去油污剂,按以下重量份数制成。
柠檬酸三钠10份、表面活性物LS-3 10份、工业酒精16份、次氯酸钠30份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10) 10份、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10份,其余加水至100份。
发明的另一目的是提供一种去油污剂的制作方法,其具体步骤包括:
第一步,按重量份数称取原料:柠檬酸三钠10份、表面活性物LS-3 10份、工业酒精16份、次氯酸钠30份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10) 10份、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10份、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10份,其余加水至100份。
第二步,在配料锅内加入一定量的水,加热升温至80℃,加入柠檬酸三钠,待溶解分散均匀,继续搅拌10分钟。
第三步,将配料锅温度降至50℃,加入次氯酸钠,继续搅拌均匀。
第四步,配料锅继续降温至40℃,边加入边搅拌的方式依次加入、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10)、二乙醇酰胺(6501)、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES),每加一种原料间隔5分钟。
第五步,用氢氧化纳调节PH至8,再加入工业酒精和表面活性物LS-3,每加一种原料间隔5分钟,边加入边搅拌,加水至100%,搅拌均匀,即可制得去油污剂。

1.一种去油污剂,其特征在于:按重量百分比由下述原材料制成:柠檬酸三钠10-30%、表面活性物LS-3 10-30%、工业酒精16-30%、次氯酸钠30-40%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10)10%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10%、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去油污剂的制作方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
第一步,按重量百分比称取原料:柠檬酸三钠10-30%、表面活性物LS-3 10-30%、工业酒精16-30%、次氯酸钠30-40%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX一10) 10%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)10%、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠(AES)10%,其余为水;
第二步,在配料锅内加入一定量的水,加热升温至70-80℃,加入柠檬酸三钠,待溶解分散均匀,继续搅拌5-15分钟;
第三步,将配料锅温度降至50-60℃,加入次氯酸钠,继续搅拌均匀。
