In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The food retention removing and child health care granules for shielding bitter taste can be prepared by the following steps:
(1) pulverizing semen Myristicae and radix aucklandiae, mixing, adding 6 times of water, extracting volatile oil for 8 hr, and collecting volatile oil;
(2) adding 6 times of weight of water into the distilled and residual mixed solution and mashed rangooncreeper fruit and malt for decocting twice, 2 hours each time, combining the decoctions, filtering, concentrating until the relative density is 1.08(90 ℃), cooling to room temperature, adding ethanol until the alcohol content reaches 65-70%, standing for 12-16 hours until the solution is clear, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, concentrating until the relative density is 1.00-1.05 (60-65 ℃) to obtain a decoction standby solution for later use;
(3) crushing hawthorn, bran-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, picrorhiza rhizome, betel nut and immature bitter orange into coarse powder, percolating by using 60% ethanol which is 5 times of the weight of the coarse powder as a solvent according to a fluid extract and extract item lower percolation method (0189 in the general rule of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 edition), recovering ethanol from a percolate, and concentrating to a relative density of 1.00-1.05 (55-60 ℃) to obtain a mixed extract for later use;
(4) mashing the medicated leaven, percolating with 25% ethanol which is 3 times of the weight of the medicated leaven as a solvent, filtering the percolate, recovering the ethanol from the percolate, and concentrating to obtain medicated leaven clear paste with the relative density of 1.00-1.05 (60-65 ℃);
(5) mixing the medicated leaven clear paste obtained in the step (4) with the decoction standby liquid obtained in the step (2), concentrating for 10 minutes, adding the mixed clear paste obtained in the step (3), uniformly mixing, adding ethyl maltol and gamma cyclodextrin, fully stirring by a stirrer, and concentrating to relative density of 1.27-1.30 (80 ℃); adding sucrose and dextrin (ratio 10:1), making into granular semi-finished product by extrusion granulator, drying, diluting the volatile oil obtained in step (1) with 10 times of anhydrous ethanol, spraying the volatile oil into the granular semi-finished product, mixing well, and making into 100kg of product to be packaged.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a food retention removing and children health care particle for shielding bitter taste, which comprises the following raw material components:
11.06kg of medicated leaven, 11.06kg of malt, 4.4kg of hawthorn, 11.06kg of bran-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 11.06kg of nutmeg, 11.06kg of rhizoma picrorhizae, 11.06kg of rangooncreeper fruit, 11.06kg of betel nut, 4.4kg of immature bitter orange and 4.4kg of costustoot; 90kg of sucrose and dextrin (ratio 10:1), 12g of ethyl maltol and 4kg of gamma cyclodextrin.
The preparation method of the food retention removing and health care granules for shielding bitter taste comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing semen Myristicae and radix aucklandiae, mixing, extracting volatile oil with 6 times of water for 8 hr, and collecting volatile oil;
(2) distilling, decocting the rest mixed solution and mashed rangooncreeper fruit and malt with 6 times of weight of water twice, each time for 2 hours, mixing decoctions, filtering, concentrating until the relative density is 1.08(90 ℃), cooling to room temperature, adding ethanol until the ethanol content reaches 70%, standing for 12 hours until the ethanol content is clear, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, and concentrating until the relative density is 1.05(60 ℃) to obtain a decoction for later use;
(3) pulverizing fructus crataegi, bran-parched Atractylodis rhizoma, rhizoma picrorhizae, Arecae semen, and fructus Aurantii Immaturus into coarse powder, percolating with 5 times of 60% ethanol as solvent according to percolation method (0189 in 2015 version of Chinese pharmacopoeia) under fluid extract and extract item, recovering ethanol from percolate, concentrating to relative density of 1.05(60 deg.C), adding ethyl maltol and gamma cyclodextrin, and stirring thoroughly to obtain mixed fluid extract;
(4) mashing Massa Medicata Fermentata, percolating with 3 times of 25% ethanol as solvent, filtering percolate, recovering ethanol, and concentrating to relative density of 1.05(65 deg.C) to obtain Massa Medicata Fermentata fluid extract;
(5) mixing the Massa Medicata Fermentata fluid extract obtained in step (4) with the decoction solution obtained in step (2), concentrating for 10 min, adding the mixed fluid extract obtained in step (3), mixing, and concentrating to relative density of 1.30(80 deg.C); adding sucrose and dextrin (ratio 10:1) to obtain granular semi-finished product, drying, diluting the volatile oil obtained in step (1) with 10 times of anhydrous ethanol, spraying the volatile oil into the granular semi-finished product, and mixing to obtain 100.2kg of the food retention removing and health promoting granules for packaging with masked bitter taste.
Comparative example 1
The only difference between comparative example 1 and example 1 is that the starting material does not contain ethyl maltol and gamma cyclodextrin, and ethyl maltol and gamma cyclodextrin are not added during the preparation process.
The bitter taste masking indigestible healthy children granules obtained in example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to a bitter taste sensory test, respectively:
the test was performed by 20 persons (8 men and 12 women) and evaluated in the form of questionnaires.
The granules for removing food retention and invigorating effects obtained in comparative example 1 were dissolved in 1.10g of purified water 50ml, and then the solution was diluted with 2.4% sucrose solution in various proportions, and the granules for removing food retention and invigorating effects for masking bitter taste obtained in example 1 of the present invention were dissolved in 1.10g of purified water 50ml, and then the bitter taste sensory comparison was performed, wherein the granules for removing food retention and invigorating effects for masking bitter taste obtained in example 1 and the granules for removing food retention and invigorating effects obtained in comparative example 1 were diluted by a bitter equivalent weight, and the results of questionnaire are shown in table 1:

The results show that the bitter taste of the indigestion healthy baby granules prepared in example 1 is reduced by about 50 times compared with the bitter taste of the indigestion healthy baby granules prepared in comparative example 1, and the compliance of children in taking medicines is obviously improved.
Content determination test:
the picroside content of the bitter taste-masked health granules obtained in example 1 and the bitter taste-masked health granules obtained in comparative example 1 were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 edition general regulation 0512), respectively, and the results are shown in table 2:

The results show that there was no significant difference between the picroside content of the bitter taste masked indigestible baby granules obtained in example 1 compared with the non-bitter taste masked indigestible baby granules obtained in comparative example 1 (based on the total amount of picroside i and picroside ii). Content determination tests show that the release of the picroside medicine in the food-eliminating and health-care granules subjected to bitter taste masking treatment is not influenced by bitter taste masking modification.

The embodiment provides a food retention removing and children health care particle for shielding bitter taste, which comprises the following raw material components:

Comparative example 3

The results show that the bitter taste of the indigestible granule with masked bitter taste prepared in example 3 is reduced by about 20-50 times compared with the indigestible granule without masked bitter taste prepared in comparative example 3, and the compliance of children in taking medicine is remarkably improved, and the bitter taste masking effect is slightly inferior to that of the indigestible granule prepared in example 1, in the case of adding ethyl maltol and gamma cyclodextrin.
Content determination test:
the picroside content of the bitter taste-masked health granules obtained in example 3 and the food-eliminating health granules obtained in comparative example 3 were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 edition general regulation 0512), respectively, and the results are shown in table 4:

(1) weighing medicated leaven, malt, hawthorn, bran-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, nutmeg, rhizoma picrorhizae, rangooncreeper fruit, areca seed, immature bitter orange, costustoot, ethyl maltol and gamma-cyclodextrin according to the weight ratio;

(5) mixing the decoction standby liquid obtained in the step (2) with the medicated leaven clear paste obtained in the step (4), uniformly mixing, concentrating, then adding the mixed clear paste obtained in the step (3), uniformly mixing, concentrating to a relative density of 1.29 measured at 80 ℃, then adding sucrose and dextrin, preparing into a granular semi-finished product, drying, finally spraying the mixed extract oil of nutmeg and elecampane obtained in the step (2) diluted by 10 times of anhydrous ethanol, uniformly mixing, and packaging to obtain the bitter-shielded food retention removing and health care granules.

(1) weighing medicated leaven, malt, hawthorn, bran-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, nutmeg, rhizoma picrorhizae, rangooncreeper fruit, areca seed, immature bitter orange, costustoot, ethyl maltol and gamma-cyclodextrin according to the weight ratio;
