Description
技术领域
本发明属于卫浴软管的技术领域,涉及一种多层冷热水管。
背景技术
现有技术中的卫浴软管一般分为两种,一种是冷水软管,一种是冷热水通用软管。其中冷水软管大多为三层,内聚氯乙烯(以下简称PVC)层、中1000D网线增强层、外PVC层。冷热水通用软管为四层,内PVC层、中1000D涤纶网线增强层、外PVC层、外钢丝编织增强层。
这种冷热水管的不足之处在于:工艺复杂,钢丝编织生产效率低,钢丝成本高。但是现有技术中单独的PVC管无法满足冷热水管的需求,其原因在于,PVC管材的耐热性较差,韧性、强度低,抗老化性能差,使用寿命短,安全性能低。
为了解决这些技术问题,中国发明专利CN101531794B公开了一种卫浴洁具用纳米级碳酸钙改性螺旋缠绕PVC软管的组合物及其制备方法,该组合物是由纳米级碳酸钙改性软料混合料和纳米级碳酸钙改性硬料混合料组成,按照软料、硬料混合料的配比进行称量,将称取的物料置于高混机中进行加热混合搅拌,然后放入冷混机中搅拌冷却至一定温度出料,然后将制备的软料和硬料采用两台挤出机挤出,一台挤出机使用软料,一台挤出机使用硬料,共挤入一个复合模具内,采用螺旋缠绕法生产出纳米级碳酸钙改性的螺旋缠绕PVC软管。
上述发明专利虽然不使用金属编织,但依然有着不足之处:对原料的要求非常严格,致使成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种多层冷热水管,其耐热性能好,不使用金属编织,成本低廉,可以满足卫浴冷热水管的使用需求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种多层冷热水管,所述冷热水管包括两层以上的耐热PVC,耐热PVC之间设置有增强涤纶网线,所述耐热PVC的各原料组份及其质量配比为:高聚合度聚氯乙烯(以下简称HPVC)100份、耐热增塑剂60份、大豆油4份、耐热稳定剂6份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)20份、增黏树脂14份、聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份。
上述作为主原料的HPVC是指聚合度大于1700的聚氯乙烯,其聚合度优选为2500-3000。
上述耐热增塑剂、耐热稳定剂、增黏树脂选自本领域公知的原料,所述耐热增塑剂优选为ATBC(乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯),所述耐热稳定剂优选为Ca/Zn复合稳定剂,所述增黏树脂优选为经弹性体接枝共聚增粘型树脂。
根据实际的颜色需求,上述耐热PVC的原料还可以包括色粉。
优选的,上述增强涤纶网线的规格为2000D的对绞涤纶网线。
上述多层冷热水管一般生产为三层或五层,即:

上述多层冷热水管为五层冷热水管,依次包括内耐热PVC层、内对绞涤纶网线增强层、中耐热PVC层、外对绞涤纶网线增强层和外耐热PVC层。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果如下:
本发明舍弃了钢丝材料,降低了工艺难度,提高了生产效率,使生产成本下降了45%以上。通过耐热PVC的配方改进,使软管性能参数完全符合国家标准,其耐热性能,耐压性能、抗老化性能均十分优异。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或者改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
本发明实施例中所用的各种原料和试剂如无特别说明均为市售购买。
实施例一:三层冷热水管的制备
按照以下配比准备耐热PVC的原料:HPVC(聚合度2500)100份、耐热增塑剂ATBC60份、大豆油4份、耐热稳定剂Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂6份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶20份、经弹性体接枝共聚增黏树脂14份、聚乙烯蜡0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份。
将上述物料置于高速混合机中充分混合,混合温度为140℃,混合转速为1200转/分钟,混合时间为13分钟。
冷热水管的复合挤出:将混合好的物料输送至螺杆挤出机,同时使用网线编织机编织2000D的对绞涤纶网线,织成的纤维网经牵引,从挤出机机头模具通过,同时将PVC从机头模具内挤出,对网筒进行双面包覆,形成内耐热PVC层、对绞涤纶网线增强层和外耐热PVC层三层结构的冷热水管,挤出的温度为175℃,牵引速度为6米/分钟。
实施例二:五层冷热水管的制备
1、按照以下配比准备耐热PVC的原料:HPVC(聚合度2500)100份、耐热增塑剂ATBC60份、大豆油4份、耐热稳定剂Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂6份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶20份、经弹性体接枝共聚增黏树脂14份、聚乙烯蜡0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份。
2、将上述物料置于高速混合机中充分混合,混合温度为140℃,混合转速为1200转/分钟,混合时间为13分钟。
3、内耐热PVC层的挤出:将混合好的物料输送至螺杆挤出机中挤出,挤出的温度为175℃,牵引速度为6米/分钟。
4、内对绞涤纶网线增强层的缠绕:使用网线编织机将2000D的对绞涤纶网线缠绕至内耐热PVC层上。
5、中耐热PVC层的挤出:同样使用步骤2中的物料,输送至螺杆挤出机中挤出,使之覆盖在内对绞涤纶网线增强层上,并与内耐热PVC层粘结。
6、外对绞涤纶网线增强层的缠绕:使用网线编织机将2000D的对绞涤纶网线缠绕至中耐热PVC层上。
7、外耐热PVC层的挤出:同样使用步骤2中的物料,输送至螺杆挤出机中挤出,使之覆盖在外对绞涤纶网线增强层上,并与中耐热PVC层粘结。
将上述生产好的多层冷热水管按照GB/T23448-2009中的方法进行高温老化测试和耐压测试,按照美国CUPC测试标准ASME A112.18.6-2017/CSA B125.6-17进行高温脉冲试验,具体结果如下:
1、高温老化试验:将软管安装在老化实验设备中,向软管施加1.2MPa的水压,在整个老化过程中保持这个压力,老化过程为在90℃的水温环境下保持168h。经过观察,试验过程中水管各部位没有破裂、渗漏或其它缺陷出现。
2、耐压试验:将软管一端连接到加压设备上,另一端连接一个带有排气阀的堵头,向软管中缓慢加入23℃的水,待排净管内空气后关闭排气阀,缓慢加压至10MPa,保持1h。经过观察,试验过程中水管各部位没有破裂、渗漏或其它缺陷出现,且耐压性能远高于国标要求3.5MPa。
3、高温脉冲试验:在82℃、0.5-1.25MPa的条件下进行10万次脉冲,之后将软管进行82℃,1.75mpa,0.5h的耐压试验。经过观察,试验过程中水管各部位没有破裂、渗漏或其它缺陷出现。

1.一种多层冷热水管,其特征在于,所述冷热水管包括两层以上的耐热PVC,耐热PVC之间设置有增强涤纶网线,所述耐热PVC的各原料组份及其质量配比为:HPVC100份、耐热增塑剂60份、大豆油4份、耐热稳定剂6份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶20份、增黏树脂14份、聚乙烯蜡0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层冷热水管,其特征在于,所述HPVC的聚合度为2500-3000。

5.根据权利要求1所述的多层冷热水管,其特征在于,所述增强涤纶网线的规格为2000D的对绞涤纶网线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多层冷热水管,其特征在于,所述多层冷热水管为三层冷热水管,依次包括内耐热PVC层、对绞涤纶网线增强层和外耐热PVC层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多层冷热水管,其特征在于,所述多层冷热水管为五层冷热水管,依次包括内耐热PVC层、内对绞涤纶网线增强层、中耐热PVC层、外对绞涤纶网线增强层和外耐热PVC层。
