Abstract

本发明公开了一种雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:雨露麻长纤维与长绒棉按照一定的质量配比进行纺织,制备得到原色纺织面料;对原色纺织面料在印花工艺前进行预处理后,再进行上浆、喷墨印花、水洗、烘干;对经过经过喷墨印花处理后的原色纺织面料后续再进行后整处理,包括汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,即得成品放置面料。本发明制备出的雨露麻纺织面料色彩丰富,呈现全色彩多方案立体视觉效果,且色牢固度更强,达到A类色牢度质检标准,面料的柔软蓬松度增强,产品使用生命周期更长久,且该雨露麻纺织面料经过检测,面料中甲醛含量基本为零,面料使用更加舒适安全。

背景技术
雨露麻主要为法国、荷兰、比利时等西欧地区种稙生产的亚麻。雨露麻是天然纤维中唯一从本源上保持全然天然的纺织面料纤维,亚麻苗成熟收割后卷成捆,置于田间野外,历经雨露风霜杆中心木质腐朽,打压梳理获得青灰色皮层韧皮麻纤维。雨露麻纤维与动物性纤维、其它植物纤维、合成纤维相比,具有许多独特的不可替代的优点,首先,雨露麻纤维强韧、柔细、其强度是棉纤维的1.5倍、绢丝的1.6倍,可纺支数高,织物平滑整洁,适宜制作高极成衣,其次,雨露麻纤维具有吸湿性强、散热快、耐摩擦、耐高温、不易燃、不易裂、导电性小、吸尘率低、抑菌保健等独特的优点。
由雨露麻纤维加工生产得到的雨露麻纺织面料强度和刚性位于天然纤维之首,手感爽滑,外观下垂挺括有线条感;吸水性相当于自重20%的水分,同进可以迅速释放所吸收的水分,再多的汗也可以随时保持干爽;耐酸、醎性好;经丝光处理,纤维强度和光泽度增加;耐热、耐晒性较好;抗微生物性能好,有较好的抗霉菌、防虫蛀能力;抑菌效果好,防治皮疹和漫性湿疹等;抗皱能力强;散热性能是羊毛的5倍,丝绸的19倍,在炎热的天气条件下,穿在身上面料可以使人体皮肤表面温度经穿着丝绸和棉面料的衣服低3-4摄氏度;防辐射、防静电、不易吸灰;防过敏,减少排汗,有助于保持人体电解质平衡。
现有技术中,雨露麻纺织面料加工过程,大多使用进口雨露麻纤维的低等级短纤与大陆棉进行混纺织造而成,面料颜色混浊发暗无光泽度,纤维杂质含量过高超标,黑点多,缩水率不稳定,面料平整度较差,褶皱多且不易展开,且面料的柔软度较差,导致最终制备的成品舒适度较差;此外,现有的染色工艺中,存在面料颜色单一,不能呈现全色彩多方位的立体视觉效果,颜色的日晒牢固度、湿摩擦牢固度较差,由于使用大量活性水性染料、硫化料和还原染料等,一方面会产生大量有色工业废水,增加了后续处理的成本,另一方面会导致一部分化学残留物在面料中,面料有异味,对婴幼儿和老人皮肤造成敏感反应,存在潜在的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,它可以解决现有技术中制备出的雨露麻纺织面料品质低、面料的舒适度较差、染色颜色单一、色牢固度差、面料中会有部分化学残留物的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、雨露麻长纤维与长绒棉按照一定的质量配比进行混纺,制备得到原色纺织面料;
S2、对原色纺织面料进行预处理,包括以下步骤:翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、丝光、整理、检查;
S3、对经过预处理后的原色纺织面料进行上浆、烘干、喷墨印花;
S4、对经过喷墨印花处理后的原色纺织面料进行后处理,包括以下步骤:汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,即得成品。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中雨露麻长纤维和长绒棉的质量比例为:雨露麻长纤维7%-100%和长绒棉0%-93%。雨露麻长纤维纺纱过程中混合长绒棉,制备得到的纺织面料更柔软。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中喷墨印花工序中,选用活性染料水溶性墨水,包括如下质量百分比的各组分:活性染料1-2%、粘度调节剂10-40%、表面张力调节剂0.2-2%、pH控制剂0.1-3%、杀菌剂0.3-1.5%,余量为去离子水。选用活性染料水溶性墨水,染料以分子状态进入纤维,墨水具有很强的色彩表现力,色彩丰富,喷墨印花图案细腻、逼真。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中上浆工序中,采用的桨料包括防渗透剂、酸剂、碱剂、膨化剂,其中所述防渗透剂为海藻酸钠或海藻酸酯,在印花时防止墨水渗化,烘干或汽蒸时防止染料泳移;所述酸剂为酒石酸铵,所述碱剂为碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,加速染料和纺织面料在汽蒸时的固色反应,色牢固度较强;所述膨化剂为尿素,能提高印花织物的颜色深度和花纹的轮廓清晰度,使得印花图案更加逼真,清晰细腻。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中烘干工序中,采用非接触式烘干,烘干温度不超过120℃。防止桨料组分受热分解,避免纺织面料在高温下泛黄脆损。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
采用本发明的工艺方法产率较高,可达到97%以上,且制备过程中使用绿色环保的活性染料水溶性墨水和浆料,最终制备的面料中无化学残留物,大大减少了工业废水量;制备出的雨露麻纺织面料色彩丰富,喷墨印花图案细腻、逼真,呈现全色彩多方案立体视觉效果,且色牢固度更强,面料的柔软度增强,手感柔软丰满,成品舒适度较高,面料还具有更好的吸湿性透气性强,散热快,抑菌保健的性能,经过检测,面料中甲醛含量基本为零,使得面料使用更加安全,可制作贴身衣物。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
一种雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、雨露麻长纤维与长绒棉按照一定的质量配比进行混纺,制备得到原色纺织面料;其中,雨露麻长纤维和长绒棉的质量比例为:雨露麻长纤维7%-100%和长绒棉0%-93%。
S2、对原色纺织面料进行预处理,包括以下步骤:翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、纤维素酶处理、丝光、整理、检查;纤维素酶处理工艺条件为纤维素酶的质量浓度为1.2%-1.5%,处理pH值为4.5-5,处理温度为50-60℃,处理时间为30min。
S3、对经过预处理后的原色纺织面料进行上浆、烘干、喷墨印花。

S4、对经过喷墨印花处理后的原色纺织面料进行后处理,包括以下步骤:汽蒸:在汽蒸箱对面料进行汽蒸,完成染料对面料的固着;烘焙:在焙烘机中促进粘合剂固着成膜,分散染料发色烘焙;水洗加柔:水洗机中去除面料上的浆料和浮色,改善手感和牢色度,并杂水洗过程中加入阳离子型无硅水溶性柔软剂;预缩:预缩过程中采用橡胶毯伸缩揉搓,使织物组织更为蓬松、丰满、手感更软,同时可控制缩水率,控制纺织面料的湿度为20%-30%;烘干:将纺织面料置于滚筒式热风烘燥机中不停地翻动,高温热空气进入纤维内部,织物变得蓬松、厚实、表面变绒、手感柔软丰满;即得成品。
将本实施例中制备出的雨露麻纺织面料按照40/2×14/54×52的规格进行pH值、甲醛含量、纤维含量、断裂强力、起球性能、水洗尺寸变化率指标检测。检测结果如表1所示。

采用本发明的工艺方法制备出的雨露麻纺织面料经过检测,面料中甲醛含量基本为零,使得面料使用更加安全,可制作贴身衣物,各方面指标性能优异。
制备雨露麻纺织面料的生产加工方法可以根据产品的生态效益,进行生态设计,并进行相应的改进,大致分为四种类型,即产品改进、产品再设计、功能创新、系统创新。产品改进就是应用污染防治与清洁生产观念来调整和改进现有产品,而产品本身和技术基本维持现状;产品再设计是从污染预防和清洁生产角度,对现有产品的结构和零部件重新设计,主要手段是增加使用无毒、列废材料,增加零部件和原材料的复用程度等,即产品的概念将保持不变,但是产品的组成部分被进一步或用其他东西替代,如可重复使用的复印墨盒。现在很多生态设计就属于这种产品再设计;功能创新或概念创新,与前两种产品经生态设计后保持基本功能不变有所不同。从产品概念上进行创新,在保证提供相同功能的前提下,改变产品或服务的设计概念和思想,如用E-mail代替纸张的传递信息;系统创新,它涉及整个产品与服务的创新,要求相关的基础设施与社会观念发生变革,如生态建材取代传统建材,新纤维的开发。
将制备出的雨露麻纺织面料实施于全屋定制整装软装行业中,针对家庭使用功能区域的划分,进行以全然健康的生活方式理念的重构设计,完成家庭对软装布艺生活用品的全然健康生态系统需求,为家设计全然健康的生存方式。生态设计大家居产品线系列产品,例如:寝室区域-床及床头,床上配套纺织用家居用品(注:家纺套件、方靠、腰靠、床垫、床笠、睡袋),窗帘,家居服,拖鞋,储物袋,抽纸盒,单独休息沙发,盖毯,地毯,壁画,毛巾。
将制备出的雨露麻纺织面料实施于医院中,针对医院使用功能区域的划分,进行以全然健康的生活方式理念的重构设计。生态设计大家居产品线系列,例如:病房区域-床及床头,床单,枕套,被套,腰靠,方靠,地毯,壁画,拖鞋,手帕,纸巾盒,收纳袋,毛巾,单独休息沙发,窗帘,桌布,凳子,护士服,病人穿着服装。

Claims (9)

1.一种雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、雨露麻长纤维与长绒棉按照一定的质量配比进行混纺,制备得到原色纺织面料;
S2、对原色纺织面料进行预处理,包括以下步骤:翻布、缝头、烧毛、煮练、氯漂、氧漂、丝光、整理、检查;
S3、对经过预处理后的原色纺织面料进行上浆、烘干、喷墨印花;
S4、对经过喷墨印花处理后的原色纺织面料进行后处理,包括以下步骤:汽蒸、水洗加柔、预缩、烘干,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中雨露麻长纤维和长绒棉的质量比例为:雨露麻长纤维7%-100%和长绒棉0%-93%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中喷墨印花工序中,选用活性染料水溶性墨水,包括如下质量百分比的各组分:活性染料1-2%、粘度调节剂10-40%、表面张力调节剂0.2-2%、pH控制剂0.1-3%、杀菌剂0.3-1.5%,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中上浆工序中,采用的桨料包括防渗透剂、酸剂、碱剂、膨化剂,其中所述防渗透剂为海藻酸钠或海藻酸酯,所述酸剂为酒石酸铵,所述碱剂为碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠,所述膨化剂为尿素。
5.根据权利要求2所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中烘干工序中,采用非接触式烘干,烘干温度不超过120℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中对原色纺织面料进行氧漂处理之后以及丝光处理之前,还需要进行纤维素酶处理工序。
7.根据权利要求1所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中水洗加柔工序中,采用阳离子型无硅水溶性柔软剂。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中预缩工序中,采用橡胶毯伸缩揉搓,控制纺织面料的湿度为20%-30%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的雨露麻纺织面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中烘干工序中,将纺织面料置于滚筒式热风烘燥机中不停地翻动。
