Abstract

本发明公开了一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,包括:金属纤维层,所述金属纤维层上下两端均设置有木芯层,上下两端的木芯层另一端面设置有橡胶层,上下两端的橡胶层另一端面设置有面层,上下两端的面层另一端涂抹有面涂层,所述木芯层的侧边设置有板边,板边包裹着木芯层、橡胶层、金属纤维层、面层的侧边,通过本工艺生产的三聚氰胺板多层结构具具有传统的三聚氰胺板优点以外,还有良好的辐射隔绝、隔音效果,同时制造工艺较为简单,制造成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及三聚氰胺板领域,尤其是涉及一种三聚氰胺板多层结构及生产工艺。
背景技术
三聚氰胺板,简称三氰板,全称是三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板。是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸泡,然后干燥到一定固化程度,将其铺装在刨花板、防潮板、中密度纤维板、胶合板、细木工板、多层板或其他硬质纤维板表面,经热压而成的装饰板。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足,旨在提供一种能解决上述问题的技术方案。
一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,包括:金属纤维层,所述金属纤维层上下两端均设置有木芯层,上下两端的木芯层另一端面设置有橡胶层,上下两端的橡胶层另一端面设置有面层,上下两端的面层另一端涂抹有面涂层,所述木芯层的侧边设置有板边,板边包裹着木芯层、橡胶层、金属纤维层、面层的侧边。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述金属纤维层为钢纤维或不锈钢纤维。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述橡胶层为绝缘隔音橡胶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述面涂层为UV涂料。
一种三聚氰胺板多层结构生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将木芯层、橡胶层、面层、金属纤维层的原料进行裁切,根据所需要的尺寸进行裁切成型,而且后将木芯层、面层裁切后的坯料放入到三聚氰胺树脂中进行浸泡;
步骤二:将面层的表面根据需求进行表面的纹路、色彩、花纹进行处理;
步骤三:将两层木芯层夹持金属纤维层的夹持面进行涂胶处理,而且后夹持着金属纤维层,进行热压处理,使得金属纤维层被木芯层夹持在之间;
步骤四:在橡胶层与木芯层接触的表面涂抹上粘合胶,而后将橡胶层贴合到木芯层上;
步骤五:在橡胶层的另一端面是涂抹上粘合胶,而后将面层贴合到橡胶层的表面,得到三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯;
步骤六:将合成后的三聚氰胺板的板坯放入到热压成型设备中,通过热压成型设备进行热压成型,使得三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯上的多层结构压合成一个完整的整体,使到三聚氰胺板;
步骤七:在三聚氰胺板结构的面层上涂抹上面涂层,而后进行紫外线干固材料;
步骤八:将三聚氰胺板进行封边材料,使得板边完成包裹着三聚氰胺板的侧边缘,完成生产。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤三、步骤四、步骤五中的粘合胶为三聚氰胺树脂贴合胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过本工艺生产的三聚氰胺板多层结构具具有传统的三聚氰胺板优点以外,还有良好的辐射隔绝、隔音效果,同时制造工艺较为简单,制造成本较低。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,包括:金属纤维层,所述金属纤维层1上下两端均设置有木芯层2,金属纤维层1具有良好的防辐射效果。上下两端的木芯层2另一端面设置有橡胶层3,上下两端的橡胶层3另一端面设置有面层4,上下两端的面层4另一端涂抹有面涂层5,所述木芯层2的侧边设置有板边6,板边6包裹着木芯层2、橡胶层3、金属纤维层1、面层4的侧边。
所述金属纤维层1为钢纤维或不锈钢纤维。
所述橡胶层3为绝缘隔音橡胶,具有良好的隔音效果。。
所述面涂层5为UV涂料。
一种三聚氰胺板多层结构生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将木芯层2、橡胶层3、面层4、金属纤维层1的原料进行裁切,根据所需要的尺寸进行裁切成型,而且后将木芯层2、面层4裁切后的坯料放入到三聚氰胺树脂中进行浸泡;
步骤二:将面层4的表面根据需求进行表面的纹路、色彩、花纹进行处理;
步骤三:将两层木芯层2夹持金属纤维层1的夹持面进行涂上粘合胶,而且后夹持着金属纤维层1,进行热压处理,使得金属纤维层1被木芯层2夹持在之间;
步骤四:在橡胶层3与木芯层2接触的表面涂抹上粘合胶,而后将橡胶层3贴合到木芯层2上;
步骤五:在橡胶层3的另一端面是涂抹上粘合胶,而后将面层4贴合到橡胶层3的表面,得到三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯;
步骤六:将合成后的三聚氰胺板的板坯放入到热压成型设备中,通过热压成型设备进行热压成型,使得三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯上的多层结构压合成一个完整的整体,使到三聚氰胺板;
步骤七:在三聚氰胺板结构的面层4上涂抹上面涂层5,而后进行紫外线干固材料;
步骤八:将三聚氰胺板进行封边材料,使得板边6完成包裹着三聚氰胺板的侧边缘,完成生产。
所述步骤三、步骤四、步骤五中的粘合胶为三聚氰胺树脂贴合胶。

1.一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,包括:金属纤维层,所述金属纤维层上下两端均设置有木芯层,上下两端的木芯层另一端面设置有橡胶层,上下两端的橡胶层另一端面设置有面层,上下两端的面层另一端涂抹有面涂层,所述木芯层的侧边设置有板边,板边包裹着木芯层、橡胶层、金属纤维层、面层的侧边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,所述金属纤维层为钢纤维或不锈钢纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,所述橡胶层为绝缘隔音橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,所述面涂层为UV涂料。
5.一种三聚氰胺板多层结构生产工艺,采用权利要求1到4任一项所述的一种三聚氰胺板多层结构,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将木芯层、橡胶层、面层、金属纤维层的原料进行裁切,根据所需要的尺寸进行裁切成型,而且后将木芯层、面层裁切后的坯料放入到三聚氰胺树脂中进行浸泡;
步骤二:将面层的表面根据需求进行表面的纹路、色彩、花纹进行处理;
步骤三:将两层木芯层夹持金属纤维层的夹持面进行涂胶处理,而且后夹持着金属纤维层,进行热压处理,使得金属纤维层被木芯层夹持在之间;
步骤四:在橡胶层与木芯层接触的表面涂抹上粘合胶,而后将橡胶层贴合到木芯层上;
步骤五:在橡胶层的另一端面是涂抹上粘合胶,而后将面层贴合到橡胶层的表面,得到三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯;
步骤六:将合成后的三聚氰胺板的板坯放入到热压成型设备中,通过热压成型设备进行热压成型,使得三聚氰胺板多层结构的板坯上的多层结构压合成一个完整的整体,使到三聚氰胺板;
步骤七:在三聚氰胺板结构的面层上涂抹上面涂层,而后进行紫外线干固材料;
步骤八:将三聚氰胺板进行封边材料,使得板边完成包裹着三聚氰胺板的侧边缘,完成生产。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种三聚氰胺板多层结构生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤三、步骤四、步骤五中的粘合胶为三聚氰胺树脂贴合胶。
