具有照明装置的风挡组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前述部分特征的机动车的风挡组件。
背景技术
这种风挡组件由实践已知并且例如构成固定车顶元件或可运动的车顶元件。所述风挡组件包括面式的、必要时拱曲的风挡体,该风挡体为了附接到相关车辆的结构上设有由聚氨酯材料构成的环绕的边缘泡沫装置。所述风挡体设有照明装置,该照明装置包括作为光源的LED模块。此外,在风挡体上施加有光导体层,从光源发出的光可以耦合到所述光导体层中。在光导体的边缘和光源之间形成缝隙或者中间空间,该缝隙或者中间空间必须被从光源发出的光跨过。在光必须跨过的边界面上可能发生反射。
发明内容
本发明所基于的任务是,实现一种具有相对现有技术优化的照明装置的开头所述类型的风挡组件。
该任务根据本发明通过具有权利要求1特征的风挡组件来解决。
因此,根据本发明提出一种风挡组件,在该风挡组件中,光源直接被透明的铸造材料或铸造区段接收。铸造材料直接邻接到光导体层的边缘上,经由该边缘实现从光源发出的光耦合到光导体中。通过将光源铸造在由玻璃或塑料,例如聚碳酸酯构成的风挡体上,保护光源免受周围环境影响。不需要单独地装配或粘接光源。因为铸造材料直接邻接到光源上和光导体层上,光导体层安装在风挡体上并且尤其施加到风挡体上,所以能够以高的光学效率实现光到光导体层中的耦合。
为了在边界面上减少可能造成干扰的反射的风险,在根据本发明的风挡组件的一个优选实施方式中,用于铸造区段的材料具有至少很大程度上相当于光导体层折射率的折射率。
在根据本发明的风挡组件的一个优选实施方式中,接收光源的或将光源铸造在其中的铸造区段由聚合物材料构成。例如可以使用硅树脂、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯或PMMA。
为了给根据本发明的风挡组件带来高质的视觉观感,铸造区段在一个特别的实施方式中具有限界面,该限界面与光导体层的可见面对齐。因此,所述限界面尤其无过渡地转变为光导体层的可见面。

根据本发明的风挡组件的光导体层可以由具有良好光导特性的不同材料制成。光导体层例如由聚碳酸酯材料、由PMMA材料或由玻璃构成。在最后一种情况中优选使用薄玻璃,例如以Gorilla品牌销售并且为了适应面式风挡体的可能拱曲而构造为柔性且易弯曲的玻璃。
被铸造区段接收和包围的光源以符合目的的方式由LED结构元件构成,该LED结构单元沿着光导体层的边缘延伸,经由该边缘实现从光源发出的光耦合到光导体层中。
LED结构单元例如是LED带,在LED带的情况下,在承载层上以均匀的间距布置有各个LED。也可以考虑,该LED结构元件由至少一个LED灯丝或者说LED灯柱构成。
在根据本发明的风挡组件的一个特别的实施方式中,在光导体层的至少两个边缘上布置有光源,所述光源分别被前面所说明类型的铸造区段接收。因此,可以在光导体层的多个边缘上发生光的耦合。各个光源能够根据本发明的风挡组件的设计单独地开关,或者仅同时地、即彼此依赖地或彼此独立地开关。所述光源也可以发出不同颜色的光。此外,所述光源可以分别这样地设计,使得它们本身根据开关状态分别发出不同的光色。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性地简化示出车辆的车顶10。该车顶10包括固定车顶元件12和可运动的顶盖元件14,该可运动的顶盖元件为了打开未进一步示出的车顶开口能够从其在图1中所示的关闭位态朝车尾移动到固定车顶元件12上方并且为此设有同样未进一步示出的调节运动机构。固定车顶元件12构造为透明的并且由风挡组件16构成,该风挡组件在图2中单独示出。

在风挡体18的面向车辆内部空间的一侧上在熔胶层26上方施加有光导体层28。该光导体层由可塑的薄玻璃构成并且依从风挡体18的可能的拱曲或凸起。
在光导体层28的车尾侧边缘上邻接有铸造区段30,该铸造区段也包围或者接收光源24。借助相应的塑料成型工具成型到风挡体18的内侧上的铸造区段30同样将光源24固定在风挡体18的内侧上。在制造铸造区段30时,必要时可以将光源24借助胶预固定在风挡体18的内侧上。
铸造区段30具有限界面或可见面,该限界面或可见面与光导体层28的面向车辆内部空间的一侧或者说可见面对齐。因此,铸造区段30与光导体层28一起构成连续的、无过渡的面。从风挡体18的内侧出发,铸造区段30具有约3mm的厚度。
与边缘泡沫装置20间隔开的铸造区段30由透明的聚合物材料构成。铸造区段30例如由聚碳酸酯制成。为了使铸造区段30和光导体层28之间的边界面上的反射最小化或者排除该反射,铸造区段30具有相当于光导体层28的光折射率的光折射率。
此外,风挡体18可以在铸造区段30的区域中设有增附剂层,使得在制造铸造区段30时,被带入到相应的模型中的铸造树脂良好地附着在风挡体18上。
如从图2可看到,铸造区段30填充位于光源24和光导体层28的边缘之间的中间空间。从光源24发出的光经由铸造区段30的该区域被引导至光导体层28并且经由面向光源24的边缘耦合到所述光导体层中。然后,耦合的光可以照亮整个光导体层28。此外,可以向下、即朝车辆内部空间的方向进行光的脱耦,使得车辆内部空间被照亮。
