本发明关于一种供电系统;更详而言之,特别指一种车辆的被动件的供电系统。
背景技术
目前市面上的电动车的抽取式电池安全盖通常都以钥匙转动机械绳索开启,也有以电磁阀拉动机械绳索方式开启电池盖,然而以电磁阀拉动机械绳索方式开启时,驱动电池阀需要电力来源,当车上的抽取电池拔走时,则无电力启动电池阀拉动绳索,所以有些做法在车上放置一个非动力的低压电池,当抽取电池拔走时,仍可使用低压电池来开启电动盖,整车骑乘时再以动力电池对非动力低压电池充电,让低压电池保持在高电量的状态。
然而低压电池供应周边待机装置会有耗电流问题,若动力电池在车上骑乘时间短或者低压电池本身容量少,低压电池充电的时间与电量也就少,最后可能导致低压电池耗尽电力,或者低压电池使用寿命问题、周边装置消耗至没电或启动保护不出电问题,则整车下无低压电池的电力能够开启电动盖,会造成整车无法启动,必须以外部工具强制拆外壳取出电池充电方可回复正常。
就已知技术揭示提供给被动件的供电系统而言,如台湾证书号I517078中揭示使用一携带型电能储存器件。该携带型电能储存器件包括有一装设于该电动车的抽换式电池;其中,该抽换式电池仅由单一电源供电给予被动件,并无提供多种电源来驱动被动件。
综合上述,仍需要提供多种电力来源,提供给予被动件所需的电力,以避免因电池无电力造成被动件锁死,需要外部工具拆解的问题产生,因而降低消费者购买电动车的意愿。

因此,本发明的目的,即在提供一种车辆的被动件的供电系统,且具有多种电力来源提供给驱动单元,避免因被动件被锁死,需要机械工具拆解的问题产生。
解决问题的技术手段
为解决上述问题,本发明权利要求1的车辆的被动件的供电系统,包括:一驱动单元,该驱动单元带动该被动件进行作动;一控制器,用以控制该驱动单元;以及复数个电力储存器,该复数个电力储存器至少其中之一对该驱动单元供电,以带动该被动件进行作动。
本发明权利要求12的车辆的被动件的供电系统,包括:一驱动单元,该驱动单元带动一被动件进行作动;一控制器,用以控制该驱动单元;一低功率电力储存器,用以供应该驱动单元所需的电力;以及一常备电力储存器,该常备电力储存器用以供应该驱动单元所需的电力;其中该低功率电力储存器,由该控制器经由一无线读取单元接收一鉴认资讯,及基于该鉴认资讯而允许该低功率电力储存器供应该驱动单元所需的电力,以带动该被动件进行作动;该被动件适用于该电动车辆的电力储存器。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1a及图3,一种电动车辆的被动件的供电系统1,包括:一驱动单元100,该驱动单元100带动一被动件110进行作动;一控制器200,用以控制该驱动单元100;复数个电力储存器300,该复数个电力储存器300至少其中之一对该驱动单元100供电,以带动该被动件110进行作动;其中复数个电力储存器300包括低功率电力储存器310(举例:铅酸电池或锂电池)、常备电力储存器320及抽取式电力储存器330;以及一外插式充电单元340,经由该外插式充电单元340对该抽取式电力储存器330、该常备电力储存器320及该低功率电力储存器310进行充电;该电动车辆至少包含有电动摩托车、电动自行车、电动汽车、电动代步车、电动ATV、电动多功能车…等由马达动力所驱动的车辆;且本发明除在电动车辆实施外,亦可于非电动的车辆上实施;该被动件110适用于该电动车辆的电力储存器300。
请参阅图1a、图3、图4a及图4b,其中驱动单元100带动该被动件110于一收纳位置或一开启位置进行作动,以达到电动开启或收纳该被动件110,以提升更换电力储存器的便利性;该被动件110为一电动车辆10中的电力储存器盒600、电力储存器盒的盖体610或车辆的坐垫700。
请再参阅图1a,该复数个电力储存器300包括至少一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200经由一无线读取单元410(举例:近场通讯)接收一鉴认资讯400(举例:车子序号),及基于该鉴认资讯400而允许该低功率电力储存器310供应该驱动单元100所需的电力;以达到经由近场通信信号的鉴认,电动开启或收纳该被动件,提升车辆的科技感的功效。
请参阅图1a、图2a、图2b及图2c,该电动车辆10具有一主开关锁500,该主开关锁500可由一电源断开状态(Key off)512转动至一电源导通状态(Key on)514,再转动至一开启接点510,并由该控制器200判断该开启接点510的触发讯号。
请再参阅图1a及图2a、图2b及图2c,该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一常备电力储存器320及一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200判断一主开关锁500的一触发讯号(图未示),及基于该触发讯号与操作一电动车辆10的一触发元件520(举例:一按键或一开关)而允许该常备电力储存器320供应该驱动单元100所需的电力。
该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一常备电力储存器320及一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200判断一主开关锁500的一触发讯号(图未示),及基于该触发讯号与操作一电动车辆10的一触发元件520(举例:一按键或一开关)而允许该低功率电力储存器310供应该驱动单元100所需的电力。
该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一常备电力储存器320及一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200判断一主开关锁500位于一电源导通状态514,及操作一电动车辆10的一触发元件520(举例:一按键或一开关)而允许该低功率电力储存器310供应该驱动单元100所需的电力。
该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一常备电力储存器320及一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200判断一主开关锁500被操作至开启接点510而允许该常备电力储存器320供应该驱动单元100所需的电力。
该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一常备电力储存器320及一低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200判断一主开关锁500被操作至开启接点510而允许该低功率电力储存器310供应该驱动单元100所需的电力。
请再参阅图1a,还包括一电压转换单元150,该常备电力储存器320经由该电压转换单元150对该驱动单元100进行供电,该常备电力储存器320经由该电压转换单元150对该低功率电力储存器310进行充电。
请再参阅图1a、图4a及图4b,该复数个电力储存器300包括至少一抽取式电力储存器330,该抽取式电力储存器330经由一电源转换单元160对该常备电力储存器320进行充电。
该复数个电力储存器300包括至少一抽取式电力储存器330,该抽取式电力储存器330或该常备电力储存器320其中之一经由一电压转换单元150对该低功率电力储存器310进行充电。
请参阅图1a,其中该电力储存器300为电池;该驱动单元100为马达或电磁阀;该控制器200为被动件驱动控制器;该电源转换单元160为直流充电器;该电压转换单元150为充电装置。

请参阅图1b,一种电动车辆的被动件的供电系统2,包括:一驱动单元100,该驱动单元100带动一被动件110进行作动;一控制器200,用以控制该驱动单元100;一低功率电力储存器310,用以供应该驱动单元100所需的电力;以及一常备电力储存器320,该常备电力储存器320用以供应该驱动单元100所需的电力;其中该低功率电力储存器310,由该控制器200经由一无线读取单元410(举例:近场通讯)接收一鉴认资讯400(举例:车子序号),及基于该鉴认资讯400而允许该低功率电力储存器310供应该驱动单元100所需的电力,以带动该被动件110进行作动;该电动车辆至少包含有电动摩托车、电动自行车、电动汽车、电动代步车、电动ATV、电动多功能车…等由马达动力所驱动的车辆;且本发明除在电动车辆实施外,亦可于非电动的车辆上实施。
请参阅图1b、图3、图4a及图4b,其中驱动单元100带动该被动件110于一收纳位置或一开启位置进行作动;该被动件110为一电动车辆10中的电力储存器盒600、电力储存器盒的盖体610或电动车辆坐垫700。。

请参阅图1b及图3,该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器330;该被动件110为车辆的坐垫700;该驱动单元100为马达;该控制器200为被动件驱动控制器,该车辆的坐垫700下方收纳有该抽取式电力储存器330,该被动件驱动控制器控制该马达作动,因而使该车辆的坐垫700由一收纳位置旋转至一开启位置。
请参阅图1b及图3,该复数个电力储存器300还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器330;该被动件110为车辆的坐垫700;该驱动单元100为电磁阀;该控制器200为被动件驱动控制器,该车辆的坐垫700下方收纳有该抽取式电力储存器330,该被动件驱动控制器控制该电磁阀作动而带动一锁具,因而使该车辆的坐垫700进行解锁。
由上述可知,本发明所揭露的供电系统藉由多种电力来源的提供,并结合外插式充电单元,因此有效率提供电力,避免因被动件被锁死,需要外部工具拆解的问题产生。
综上所述,乃仅记载本发明为呈现解决问题所采用的技术手段的实施方式或实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明专利实施的范围。即凡与本发明专利申请范围文义相符,或依本发明专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆为本发明专利范围所涵盖。

Claims (17)

1.一种车辆的被动件的供电系统,所述被动件适用于所述车辆的电力储存器,所述车辆的被动件的供电系统,包括:
一驱动单元,所述驱动单元带动所述被动件进行作动;
一控制器,用以控制所述驱动单元;以及
复数个电力储存器,所述复数个电力储存器至少其中之一对所述驱动单元供电,以带动所述被动件进行作动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述驱动单元带动所述被动件于一收纳位置或一开启位置进行作动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器包括至少一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器经由一无线读取单元接收一鉴认资讯,及基于所述鉴认资讯而允许所述低功率电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力,所述无线读取单元为近场通讯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一常备电力储存器及一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器判断一主开关锁的一触发讯号,及基于所述触发讯号与操作所述车辆的一触发元件而允许所述常备电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一常备电力储存器及一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器判断一主开关锁的一触发讯号,及基于所述触发讯号与操作所述车辆的一触发元件而允许所述低功率电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一常备电力储存器及一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器判断一主开关锁位于一电源导通状态,及操作所述车辆的一触发元件而允许所述低功率电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一常备电力储存器及一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器判断一主开关锁被操作至开启接点而允许所述常备电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一常备电力储存器及一低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器判断一主开关锁被操作至开启接点而允许所述低功率电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力。
9.根据权利要求4至8中的任一项所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述供电系统还包括一电压转换单元,所述常备电力储存器经由所述电压转换单元对所述驱动单元进行供电,所述常备电力储存器经由所述电压转换单元对所述低功率电力储存器进行充电;所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器,所述抽取式电力储存器经由一电源转换单元对所述常备电力储存器进行充电。
10.根据权利要求4至8中的任一项所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器,所述抽取式电力储存器或所述常备电力储存器其中之一经由一电压转换单元对所述低功率电力储存器进行充电。
11.根据权利要求4至8中的任一项所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述供电系统还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器及一外插式充电单元,经由所述外插式充电单元对所述抽取式电力储存器、所述常备电力储存器及所述低功率电力储存器进行充电。
12.一种车辆的被动件的供电系统,所述被动件适用于所述车辆的电力储存器,所述车辆的被动件的供电系统,包括:
一驱动单元,所述驱动单元带动一被动件进行作动;
一控制器,用以控制所述驱动单元;
一低功率电力储存器,用以供应所述驱动单元所需的电力;以及
一常备电力储存器,所述常备电力储存器用以供应所述驱动单元所需的电力;其中所述低功率电力储存器,由所述控制器经由一无线读取单元接收一鉴认资讯,及基于所述鉴认资讯而允许所述低功率电力储存器供应所述驱动单元所需的电力,以带动所述被动件进行作动。
13.根据权利要求1或12所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器;所述被动件为电力储存器盒;所述驱动单元为马达;所述控制器为被动件驱动控制器,所述电力储存器盒收纳有所述抽取式电力储存器,所述被动件驱动控制器控制所述马达作动,因而使所述电力储存器盒由一收纳位置旋转至一开启位置。
14.根据权利要求1或12所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器;所述被动件为电力储存器盒的盖体;所述驱动单元为马达;所述控制器为被动件驱动控制器,所述电力储存器盒收纳有所述抽取式电力储存器,所述被动件驱动控制器控制所述马达作动,因而使所述电力储存器盒的盖体由一收纳位置旋转至一开启位置。
15.根据权利要求1或12所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器;所述被动件为电力储存器盒的盖体;所述驱动单元为电磁阀;所述控制器为被动件驱动控制器,所述电力储存器盒收纳有所述抽取式电力储存器,所述被动件驱动控制器控制所述电磁阀作动而带动一锁具,因而使所述电力储存盒的盖体进行解锁。
16.根据权利要求1或12所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器;所述被动件为车辆的坐垫;所述驱动单元为马达;所述控制器为被动件驱动控制器,所述车辆的坐垫下方收纳有所述抽取式电力储存器,所述被动件驱动控制器控制所述马达作动,因而使所述车辆的坐垫由一收纳位置旋转至一开启位置。
17.根据权利要求1或12所述的车辆的被动件的供电系统,其特征在于,所述复数个电力储存器还包括至少一抽取式电力储存器;所述被动件为车辆的坐垫;所述驱动单元为电磁阀;所述控制器为被动件驱动控制器,所述车辆的坐垫下方收纳有所述抽取式电力储存器,所述被动件驱动控制器控制所述电磁阀作动而带动一锁具,因而使所述车辆的坐垫进行解锁。
