(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、霍霍巴籽油、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、金纽扣花提取物、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、C10-18脂酸甘油三酯类、环己硅氧烷混合在一起，并加热至75℃，溶解完全，标注为A相；
(2)将水、甘油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、对羟基苯乙酮、黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合在一起，并加热至75℃，溶解完全，标注为B相；
(3)将A相倒入B相均质3分钟；然后将成品搅拌降温，降温至50℃时加入β-葡聚糖、千日菊提取物、神经酰胺2、乙酰基四肽-5、欧洲七叶树提取物、肌肽、甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯、1,2-己二醇、三乙醇胺，搅拌30分钟即可得到成品。
与现有技术相比，本发明可有效美白滋润皮肤。

(3)将A相倒入B相均质3分钟；然后将成品搅拌降温，降温至50℃时加入β-葡聚糖、千日菊提取物、神经酰胺2、乙酰基四肽-5、欧洲七叶树提取物、肌肽、甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯、1,2-己二醇、三乙醇胺，搅拌30分钟即可得到成品。
为了更好的说明本发明的有益效果，进行功效评价实验。
征30名女性受试志愿者，志愿者女性年龄在30到40岁之间，，有黑眼圈或眼袋，均无皮肤病和皮肤过敏史。让志愿者早晚使用实施例1、实施例2、
实施例3、市售产品，并于第28天对受试志愿者进行回访并记录非常有效、有效、较为有效和没有效果的人数，结果见表1

从上表1结果可知，本发明产品美白滋润效果明显。

Claims (3)

1.一种美白滋润眼霜组合物，其特征在于，由以下组分质量份制成：水60～80份、甘油4～8份、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2～5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.5～2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5～3份、霍霍巴籽油0.5～3份、氢化卵磷脂0.2～0.8份、丁二醇0.5～2份、鲸蜡醇0.5～3份、甘油硬脂酸酯0.2～1份、PEG-75硬脂酸酯0.2～1份、金钮扣花提取物0.2～1份、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20为0.2～1份、β-葡聚糖0.01～0.05份、硬脂醇聚醚-20为0.2～1份、透明质酸钠0.2～0.4份、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.05～0.2份、千日菊提取物0.05～0.2份、神经酰胺2为0.05～0.1份、乙酰基四肽-5为0.05～0.2份、对羟基苯乙酮0.3～0.5份、黄原胶0.05～0.2份、欧洲七叶树提取物0.1～0.2份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.05～0.1份、C10-18脂酸甘油三酯类0.3～0.6份、环己硅氧烷0.5～1份、肌肽0.05～0.2份、甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.05～0.2份、1,2－己二醇0.3～0.6份、三乙醇胺0.05～0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白滋润眼霜组合物，其特征在于，由如下组分质量份制成：水75份、甘油5份、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1.5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1份、霍霍巴籽油1份、氢化卵磷脂0.6份、丁二醇2份、鲸蜡醇1份、甘油硬脂酸酯0.4份、PEG-75硬脂酸酯0.4份、金钮扣花提取物0.4份、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20为0.6份、β-葡聚糖0.04份、硬脂醇聚醚-20为0.5份、透明质酸钠0.25份、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.15份、千日菊提取物0.1份、神经酰胺2为0.1份、乙酰基四肽-5为0.1份、对羟基苯乙酮0.4份、黄原胶0.1份、欧洲七叶树提取物0.2份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1份、C10-18脂酸甘油三酯类0.6份、环己硅氧烷8、肌肽0.1份、甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯0.1份、1,2－己二醇0.4份、三乙醇胺0.4份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2任所述的美白滋润眼霜组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、霍霍巴籽油、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、金纽扣花提取物、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、C10-18脂酸甘油三酯类、环己硅氧烷混合在一起，并加热至75℃，溶解完全，标注为A相；
(2)将水、甘油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、对羟基苯乙酮、黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物混合在一起，并加热至75℃，溶解完全，标注为B相；
(3)将A相倒入B相均质3分钟；然后将成品搅拌降温，降温至50℃时加入β-葡聚糖、千日菊提取物、神经酰胺2、乙酰基四肽-5、欧洲七叶树提取物、肌肽、甲基硅烷醇羟脯氨酸酯天冬氨酸酯、1,2-己二醇、三乙醇胺，搅拌30分钟即可得到成品。
