Description

Graphene-containing fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and particularly relates to a graphene-containing fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of consumers for the functionality of clothes, wherein the health care function of textiles is one of the textile fabrics which are greatly sought after at present, the textile fabrics are greatly concerned and widely applied to clothes and household articles. The graphene fabric is one of a plurality of functional textile fabrics, and has the health-care effects of internal heating and far infrared, so that the graphene fabric can effectively improve human microcirculation, and has the effects of degerming, bacteriostasis, ultraviolet resistance and static resistance, and is the focus of attention in the industry.
The graphene fabric is a fabric textile product which is formed by effectively combining a graphene material and a common textile, keeps various basic performances of the textile and has one or more unique properties of graphene. At present, the preparation methods of the fabric containing graphene mainly comprise two methods, one is to add graphene in the stage of preparing common textiles to prepare graphene common textile composite filaments, and the other is to combine graphene on the fabric by finishing through a padding method. The addition of graphene in the preparation stage of a common textile easily causes the agglomeration of graphene, the problem that the graphene is difficult to disperse and polymerize can make it difficult to control the amount of the graphene in the fiber and on the surface of the fiber, the process is complex, the dispersion uniformity of the graphene cannot be guaranteed, and the graphene is difficult to quantify. In the post-finishing stage, finishing is performed through a padding method, an organic cross-linking agent needs to be added, the amount of graphene combined on the fabric is small, and the binding force is weak; according to the high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, under the condition that high-temperature baking is not carried out, the binding force between graphene and the fabric is weak, and the washing fastness cannot meet the requirement.
The Chinese patent with application publication number CN103469555A discloses a preparation method of an ultraviolet-proof antistatic graphene coating textile fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: vibrating and dispersing the graphene solution, adding the graphene solution into a water-soluble polyurethane solution, and fully stirring the mixed solution; placing the graphene masking agent solution in a soaking tank of a padding machine, and padding the graphene masking agent on the fabric by a fabric base cloth through a two-soaking and two-rolling process at room temperature; and drying in a high-temperature oven. However, the preparation method needs a two-dipping and two-rolling process, which is time-consuming, labor-consuming and low in efficiency.
Therefore, a more effective method is found, the preparation of the graphene-containing fabric with better comprehensive performance has very important significance, and the commercial application of the graphene fabric can be promoted.
