本发明公开了一种手机专用镜片,包括有基底层,所述基底层由轻型树脂材料制成,所述轻型树脂材料包括用于制作光学材料的高分子树脂,所述高分子树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,所述高分子树脂由异氰酸酯与含羟基的丙烯酸酯反应得到,所述异氰酸酯为单异氰酸酯和/或多异氰酸酯,所述单异氰酸酯包括苄基异氰酸酯、苯基异氰酸酯中的一种或多种,所述多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯,三或多异氰酸酯;在所述基底层上覆盖有镀铬层,所述镀铬层经过表面淬火后覆盖在所述基底层上,在所述镀铬层上覆盖有滤蓝光层,所述滤蓝光层包括透明的玻璃板,所述玻璃板内部镂空形成有容纳腔,所述聚对苯二甲酸类塑料充满整个容纳腔,在所述玻璃板上覆盖有导电膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及眼镜镜片技术领域,特别是涉及一种手机专用镜片。
背景技术
蓝光对人眼的危害,主要表现在导致近视、白内障以及黄斑病变的眼睛病理危害和人体节律危害。有害蓝光具有极高能量,能够穿透晶状体直达视网膜,引起视网膜色素上皮细胞的萎缩甚至死亡。光敏感细胞的死亡将会导致视力下降甚至完全丧失,这种损坏是不可逆的。蓝光还会导致黄斑病变。人眼中的晶状体会吸收部分蓝光渐渐混浊形成白内障,而大部份的蓝光会穿透晶状体,尤其是儿童晶状体较清澈,无法有效抵挡蓝光,从而更容易导致黄斑病变以及白内障。由于蓝光的波长短,聚焦点并不是落在视网膜中心位置,而是离视网膜更靠前一点的位置。要想看清楚,眼球会长时间处于紧张状态,引起视疲劳。长时间的视觉疲劳,可能导致人们近视加深、出现复视、阅读时易串行、注意力无法集中等症状,影响人们的学习与工作效率。
现有技术中的眼镜,一般是在表面贴一层防蓝光的滤光膜或涂抹滤光涂料来进行防蓝光,例如,在专利号为201810563871.2的中国发明专利中就公开了一种防蓝光眼镜基片和防蓝光抗疲劳眼镜,所述防蓝光眼镜基片由基片主体材料,以及分散于主体材料中的下转换转光剂1、下转换转光剂2、氧化铁、氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化硅、氟化镁纳米粒子、紫外线吸收剂、表面活性剂制成;所述防蓝光抗疲劳眼镜包括由防蓝光眼镜基片和设置于基片凸面和凹面表面的增透膜组成的镜片和镜架,镜架的镜框表面设置有凹凸棒土光触媒涂层;本发明提供的防蓝光抗疲劳眼镜能在阻挡有害蓝光的同时能透过有益蓝光,有效减少蓝光伤害,减少色差,增加眼镜透光度,并且在任何条件下均可释放负氧离子,缓解眼疲劳。
但是,由于眼镜在日常生活中难免会由于意外的摩擦、空气中的灰尘、静电干扰等在镜片表面出现磨损,这导致防蓝光的涂料或滤光膜会在局部出现破损或缺漏,导致蓝光渗入,影响滤光效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明旨在提供一种手机专用镜片。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种手机专用镜片,包括有基底层,所述基底层由轻型树脂材料制成,所述轻型树脂材料包括用于制作光学材料的高分子树脂,所述高分子树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,所述高分子树脂由异氰酸酯与含羟基的丙烯酸酯反应得到,所述异氰酸酯为单异氰酸酯和/或多异氰酸酯,所述单异氰酸酯包括苄基异氰酸酯、苯基异氰酸酯中的一种或多种,所述多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯,三或多异氰酸酯;在所述基底层上覆盖有镀铬层,所述镀铬层经过表面淬火后覆盖在所述基底层上,在所述镀铬层上覆盖有滤蓝光层,所述滤蓝光层包括透明的玻璃板,所述玻璃板内部镂空形成有容纳腔,在所述玻璃板的侧壁上开设有入液口,所述入液口由硅胶密封,外部的注射器针头能插入所述硅胶中并向容纳腔中注入脂状的聚对苯二甲酸类塑料,所述聚对苯二甲酸类塑料充满整个容纳腔,在所述玻璃板上覆盖有导电膜。
作为本发明的改进,所述二异氰酸酯包括六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述三及多异氰酸酯包括三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯和/或二异氰酸酯环化产物。
作为本发明的优选,所述含羟基的丙烯酸酯包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丁酯以及长链羟甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
作为本发明的具体技术方案,所述轻型树脂材料还包含稀释剂苯乙烯,三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯, 三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
作为本发明的改进,所述轻型树脂材料还包含增韧丙烯酸树脂和季戊四醇丙烯酸酯。
一种制备上述手机专用镜片的方法,包括以下步骤:在无水条件下,将丙烯酸羟丙酯450克与异氰酸酯550克,原料混合;加入阻聚剂3-7克、催化剂2-5克,在预设反应温度下搅拌反应至预定时间,经检测反应体系内无残留的异氰酸酯基团,降温出料,制得聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。
作为本发明的改进,所述阻聚剂包括无机阻聚剂和有机阻聚剂,所述无机阻聚剂包括氯化亚铜、氯化铁;所述有机阻聚剂包括苯醌类、硝基苯类、酚类、硫类中的一种或多种,所述有机阻聚剂为酚类阻聚剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述催化剂包括叔胺类、金属烷基化合物类或者二者的组合,所述金属烷基化合物类为锡类有机物,包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种,预设反应温度范围为15-110℃,反应时间范围为12-16小时。
其中,防氧化剂包括SLF-1076、SLF-2246中的一种或多种。脱模剂包括磷酸丁酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过在玻璃板内部注入能够防蓝光的液态PET(聚对苯二甲酸类塑料),使得即使镜片的外部发生了磨损、油污等状况,也并不会影响镜片的滤蓝光效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明中的手机专用镜片做进一步说明。
本实施例为一种手机专用镜片,包括有基底层1,基底层由透明的轻型树脂材料制成,该轻型树脂材料包括用于制作光学材料的高分子树脂,所述高分子树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,在基底层上覆盖有镀铬层2,镀铬层是经过表面淬火工艺后覆盖在基底层上,经过淬火工艺后,镀铬层的表面硬化度较高,可以起到防冲击保护基底层的目的。在镀铬层上覆盖有滤蓝光层3,滤蓝光层包括透明的玻璃板,所述玻璃板内部中空形成有容纳腔,在所述玻璃板的侧壁上开设有入液口,所述入液口由硅胶密封,外部的注射器针头能插入所述硅胶中并向容纳腔中注入脂状的聚对苯二甲酸类塑料,由于硅胶具有自愈性,即在硅胶表面插孔后,当拔出针头,硅胶可以利用自身的弹性修复插孔将插孔重新封闭。聚对苯二甲酸类塑料即PET充满整个容纳腔,PET是目前常用的防蓝光材料,它可以有效阻隔有害波段的蓝光,现有技术中一般是将PET制成膜状贴在镜片表面,但本实施例中是将加热后的脂状PET材料注入容纳腔中,随后待其冷却凝固充满整个容纳腔,为了确保容纳腔中的原有空气不会在PET中形成气泡影响视觉,需要预先用注射器将容纳腔抽真空,注射器的针头也是从入液口插入的。在玻璃板上覆盖有导电膜4,该导电膜为蓝色的纳米层积离型膜,所述导电膜的两侧与金属制的眼镜腿接触,当空气中的负电离子吸附到玻璃板表面时,可以被导电膜吸收并将负电离子传递至金属眼镜腿中导出,从而防止静电反应对玻璃板表面造成损伤。此外,在导电膜上覆盖有防水防油污层5,所述防水防油污层由聚乙烯材料制成,由它包裹住整个导电膜,可以防止空气中的水汽和灰尘、油污吸附到导电膜上,当需要清洁防水防油污层时,用清水加干净的布料拭去即可。
实施例一:
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物的制备:
室温和氮气保护下,在装有搅拌浆、温度计和冷凝管的四口瓶中依次加入丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)450克,对甲氧基苯酚1.5克,搅拌下加入4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)550g,室温搅拌1小时得到透明的均一混合液。向混合液中滴加20克含有4.2克二月桂酸二丁基锡的丙烯酸羟丙酯溶液,滴加时温度控制不超过25℃。滴加完成后在此温度下继续搅拌1小时。然后将温度升至75℃反应10小时。监测体系异氰酸酯含量,合格后补加3.0克阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,降温到室温,经过滤出料,得到原料聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。取此预聚物900克于混合釜中,加入50克苯乙烯,50克季戊四醇丙烯酸酯,6克蓝光吸收剂、1.0克防氧化剂SLF-1076,0.5克脱模剂磷酸丁酯,2.5克染料兰、1.0克染料红、0.5克引发剂偶氮二异庚腈。氮气保护下室温搅拌2小时,至所有助剂溶解,获得浅蓝色的透明溶液。混合过程中的温度不能超过25℃。经微孔滤纸过滤后,将液态原料混合物浇注到镜片模具中,进行一次固化,获得镜片。镜片经过清洗、镀膜工艺处理后,测试折射率为1.580,阿贝数34,可见光透过率95%,蓝光阻隔率15%,通过落球实验,可以漂浮于饱和盐水之上。
实施例二:
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物的制备:
室温和氮气保护下,在装有搅拌浆、温度计和冷凝管的四口瓶中依次加入丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)450克,对甲氧基苯酚1.5克,搅拌下加入4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)550g,室温搅拌1小时得到透明的均一混合液。向混合液中滴加20克含有4.2克二月桂酸二丁基锡的丙烯酸羟丙酯溶液,滴加时温度控制不超过25℃。滴加完成后在此温度下继续搅拌1小时。然后将温度升至75℃反应10小时。监测体系异氰酸酯含量,合格后补加3.0克阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,降温到室温,经过滤出料,得到原料聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。
低折射率树脂镜片的制备:取此预聚物850克于混合釜中,加入150苯乙烯,6克蓝光吸收剂、1.0克防氧化剂SLF-1076,0.5克脱模剂磷酸丁酯,2.5克染料兰、1.0克染料红、0.5克引发剂偶氮二异庚腈。氮气保护下室温搅拌2小时,至所有助剂溶解,获得浅蓝色的透明溶液。混合过程中的温度不能超过25℃。经微孔滤纸过滤后,将液态原料混合物浇注到镜片模具中,进行一次固化,获得镜片。镜片经过清洗、镀膜工艺处理后,测试镜片折射率为1.590,阿贝数32,可见光透过率95%,蓝光阻隔率15%,无法通过落球实验,可以漂浮于饱和盐水之上。
实施例三:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物的制备:
室温和氮气保护下,在装有搅拌浆、温度计和冷凝管的四口瓶中依次加入丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)450克,对甲氧基苯酚1.5克,搅拌下加入4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)550g,室温搅拌1小时得到透明的均一混合液。向混合液中滴加20克含有4.2克二月桂酸二丁基锡的丙烯酸羟丙酯溶液,滴加时温度控制不超过25℃。滴加完成后在此温度下继续搅拌1小时。然后将温度升至75℃反应10小时。监测体系异氰酸酯含量,合格后补加3.0克阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,降温到室温,经过滤出料,得到原料聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。
中折射率树脂镜片的制备:
取此预聚物900克于混合釜中,加入100克季戊四醇丙烯酸酯,6克蓝光吸收剂、1.0克防氧化剂SLF-1076,0.5克脱模剂磷酸丁酯,2.5克染料兰、1.0克染料红、0.5克引发剂偶氮二异庚腈。氮气保护下室温搅拌2小时,至所有助剂溶解,获得浅紫色的透明溶液。混合过程中的温度不能超过25℃。经微孔滤纸过滤后,将液态原料混合物浇注到镜片模具中,进行一次固化,获得镜片。镜片经过清洗、镀膜工艺处理后,测试折射率为1.554,阿贝数36,可见光透过率95%,蓝光阻隔率15%,可以通过落球实验,不能漂浮于饱和盐水之上。
以上所述使本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种手机专用镜片,包括有基底层,所述基底层由轻型树脂材料制成,所述轻型树脂材料包括用于制作光学材料的高分子树脂,所述高分子树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,所述高分子树脂由异氰酸酯与含羟基的丙烯酸酯反应得到,所述异氰酸酯为单异氰酸酯和/或多异氰酸酯,所述单异氰酸酯包括苄基异氰酸酯、苯基异氰酸酯中的一种或多种,所述多异氰酸酯为二异氰酸酯,三或多异氰酸酯;在所述基底层上覆盖有镀铬层,所述镀铬层经过表面淬火后覆盖在所述基底层上,在所述镀铬层上覆盖有滤蓝光层,所述滤蓝光层包括透明的玻璃板,所述玻璃板内部镂空形成有容纳腔,在所述玻璃板的侧壁上开设有入液口,所述入液口由硅胶密封,外部的注射器预先将所述容纳腔抽真空,再将加热后的脂状的聚对苯二甲酸类塑料灌入注射器中,随后将所述注射器针头插入所述硅胶中并向容纳腔中注入加热后的脂状的聚对苯二甲酸类塑料,待所述聚对苯二甲酸类塑料冷却凝固充满整个容纳腔,在所述玻璃板上覆盖有导电膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机专用镜片,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯包括六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手机专用镜片,其特征在于:所述三及多异氰酸酯包括三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯和/或二异氰酸酯环化产物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手机专用镜片,其特征在于:所述含羟基的丙烯酸酯包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丁酯以及长链羟甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手机专用镜片,其特征在于:所述轻型树脂材料还包含稀释剂苯乙烯,三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯, 三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手机专用镜片,其特征在于:所述轻型树脂材料还包含增韧丙烯酸树脂和季戊四醇丙烯酸酯。
7.一种制备如权利要求1所述手机专用镜片的方法,包括以下步骤:在无水条件下,将丙烯酸羟丙酯450克与异氰酸酯550克,原料混合;加入阻聚剂3-7克、催化剂2-5克,在预设反应温度下搅拌反应至预定时间,经检测反应体系内无残留的异氰酸酯基团,降温出料,制得聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备手机专用镜片的方法,其特征在于:所述阻聚剂包括无机阻聚剂和有机阻聚剂,所述无机阻聚剂包括氯化亚铜、氯化铁;所述有机阻聚剂包括苯醌类、硝基苯类、酚类、硫类中的一种或多种,所述有机阻聚剂为酚类阻聚剂。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备手机专用镜片的方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂包括叔胺类、金属烷基化合物类或者二者的组合,所述金属烷基化合物类为锡类有机物,包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡中的一种或多种,预设反应温度范围为15-110℃,反应时间范围为12-16小时。
