Abstract

本发明提供一种家用空调净化过滤器是由布滤芯、粗过滤网、挡边、密封条构成,本发明的进风口为粗过滤网,净化时空气中一些大的污染颗粒被阻挡在粗过滤网外,与此同时其布滤芯的材质为活性炭布,因此粗过滤网无法过滤的空气中异味、粉尘等一些微小的颗粒进入到布滤芯时将会被过滤,室内空气得以被净化,且空凋净化器侧面的对空凋进行一种保护,一些污染颗粒无法进入空凋内部对空凋的冷却系统进行损坏,使得空调的使用寿命得以延长。

技术领域
本发明涉及空调净化器,具体涉及一种家用空调净化过滤器。
背景技术
目前家用空调主要功能是制冷制热功能,且家用空调内使用的过滤网孔径过大,因此只能简单的对空气进行一些过滤,但是空调使用时室内是全封闭状态,空气中含有许多不同的颗粒,如灰尘、花粉、煤烟、研磨颗粒、臭氧、异味、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、二氧化碳、苯等,一但这些污染颗粒进入室内空调内,不但使室内受污染,空调冷却系统性能降低,而且人体吸入粉尘及有害气体后使人有过敏反应,肺部受损,受臭氧刺激而心情烦躁,有时会感觉胸闷,还有异味的影响,都影响健康,本发明设计了一种净化过滤器,不仅能对空气进行一种净化,同时本发明具有结构简单,使用方便,加工成本低等优点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供空调净化器,即一种家用空调净化过滤器。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种家用空调净化过滤器是由布滤芯、粗过滤网、挡边、密封条构成,所述布滤芯经过连续的褶皱形成多个褶边,多个连续的褶边通过褶皱形成了一种类似波浪形状的结构,所述粗过滤网为进风口,位于布滤芯的上方位置,所述挡边设有前后挡边和左右挡边,均设有两个,且均为一体型,其横截面均类似Z形,所述前后挡边是由前后挡边A和前后挡边B以及前后挡边C构成,所述左右挡边是由左右挡边A和左右挡边B以及左右挡边C构成,所述前后挡边A配合左右挡边A用于将粗过滤网密封在褶皱的布滤芯的上方位置,所述前后挡边B与褶皱布滤芯的最左端和最右端两端的褶边相密封连接,所述左右挡边B与褶皱布滤芯的所有褶边的两端相密封连接,所述前后挡边C 和左右挡边C均为支撑边,其上均设有密封条;
所述布滤芯为过滤布,其材质是活性炭布;
所述前后挡边与左右挡边的材质为两层无纺布;
所述粗过滤网材质为绿长纤布;
所述密封条为自粘电子海绵;
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明的进风口为粗过滤网,净化时空气中一些大的污染颗粒被阻挡在粗过滤网外,与此同时其布滤芯的材质为活性炭布,因此粗过滤网无法过滤的空气中异味、粉尘等一些微小的颗粒进入到布滤芯时将会被过滤,室内空气得以被净化,且空凋净化器侧面的对空凋进行一种保护,一些污染颗粒无法进入空凋内部对空凋的冷却系统进行损坏,使得空调的使用寿命得以延长。

一种家用空调净化过滤器是由布滤芯1、粗过滤网2、挡边、密封条5构成,布滤芯1经过连续的褶皱形成多个褶边6,多个连续的褶边6通过褶皱形成了一种类似波浪形状的结构,粗过滤网2为进风口,位于布滤芯1的上方位置,挡边设有前后挡边3和左右挡边4,均设有两个,且均为一体型,其横截面均类似Z形,前后挡边3是由前后挡边A301和前后挡边B302以及前后挡边C303构成,左右挡边4是由左右挡边A401和左右挡边B402以及左右挡边C403构成,前后挡边A301配合左右挡边A401用于将粗过滤网2密封在褶皱的布滤芯1的上方位置,前后挡边B302与褶皱布滤芯1的最左端和最右端两端的褶边6相密封连接,左右挡边B402与褶皱布滤芯1的所有褶边6的两端相密封连接,前后挡边C303和左右挡边C403均为支撑边,其上均设有密封条5;
布滤芯1为过滤布,其材质是活性炭布;
前后挡边3与左右挡边4的材质为两层无纺布;
粗过滤网2材质为绿长纤布;
密封条5为自粘电子海绵;
本发明的原理是将空调净化过滤器放在家用空调的进风口处,粗过滤网与布滤芯形成了双层过滤效果,颗粒大的污染物经过粗过滤网被过滤在粗过滤网外,粗过滤网无法过滤的异味等有害气体经过布滤芯被净化,有效提高了空气质量。
