Background
The traditional slag ladle currently used in China is mainly divided into two types according to the different steelmaking technological processes of steel enterprises, one type is that the slag ladle is moved to a specified slag pouring place after receiving slag from a converter, then the slag ladle is lifted by a lifting hook to hoist and turn over the slag, namely a slag ladle, and the slag ladle has no power tilting mechanism and no automatic tilting function; one is a slag ladle with a power tilting mechanism, which automatically tilts the slag ladle from the position where the vehicle is opened to a designated position after the slag is received by a converter, which is called a tilting slag ladle, and the slag ladle is locked and fastened on the car body.
With the continuous improvement of the technological process of iron and steel enterprises, new requirements are put on the work flow of the slag ladle car: firstly, the slag ladle can realize automatic tilting slag pouring on the car, hot steel slag received from the converter is poured into a slag pan on the ground, the slag ladle is required to slowly move backwards in the pouring process, and the steel slag can be uniformly paved in the slag pan. Secondly, the slag pot can be frequently and easily separated from the car body so as to meet the flexible transportation of the slag pot on site and the operation requirement of lifting and turning over the slag at other places. The traditional slag ladle car does not have the above functional requirements at the same time, the slag ladle of the traditional tipping slag ladle car is fixed on a car body by utilizing a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism must be opened by manual operation to separate the slag ladle, the surface temperature of the slag ladle reaches hundreds of DEG C after slag receiving, the safety and convenience of manually opening the locking mechanism cannot be ensured, the lifting slag ladle car cannot meet the development requirements of the intellectualization, automation and high efficiency of modern factories, and the traditional slag ladle car cannot meet the development trend of the times and the requirements of users.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problems, a novel slag ladle car is provided. The invention adopts the following technical means:
the novel slag ladle comprises a frame, wherein a travelling device for driving the frame to travel is arranged at the bottom of the frame, bearing seats are respectively fixed on two sides of the top of the frame, a slag ladle bracket is arranged on the frame, the slag ladle bracket is U-shaped, bracket trunnions are respectively fixed on upper parts of two side walls of the slag ladle bracket, and two bracket trunnions are respectively inserted into the bearing seats and are in rotary connection with the bearing seats; the slag ladle support is provided with a tiltable slag ladle, the tops of the side walls of the two sides of the slag ladle support are respectively provided with a chute, the notch direction of each chute is opposite to the tilting direction of the slag ladle, slag ladle trunnions matched with the chute are fixed on the upper parts of the side walls of the two sides of the slag ladle, the slag ladle trunnions are arranged in the chute, at least one groove is processed at the bottom of the slag ladle, the notch direction of each groove is opposite to the opening direction of the slag ladle, the walls of each groove are V-shaped, and V-shaped openings of the two walls of each groove are opposite to each other; at least one clamping block is processed on the upper surface of the bottom cross beam of the slag pot support, and comprises two symmetrically arranged inclined planes which are in contact connection with the outer edges of the groove walls of the grooves;
and a tipping transmission mechanism for driving the bracket trunnion to rotate around the axis of the bracket trunnion is fixed on one side wall of the frame.
The tipping transmission mechanism comprises a driving motor fixed on the upper surface of the frame, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a gear through a coupling, a fan-shaped pin wheel is fixed on a bracket trunnion through a shaft end baffle, and external teeth of the pin wheel are meshed with the gear.
The running gear is including setting up a plurality of wheel groups and the drive of wheel group motion of wheel group in the frame bottom.
The inclined angle of the inclined plane of the notch far away from the chute is the same as that of the chute, a safety pin is fixed on the inclined plane of the notch near the chute, the safety pin is arranged in the groove, and the direction of the safety pin is the same as that of the chute.
The use state is as follows: the gear rotates under the drive of the drive motor, so that the pin wheel is driven to rotate, the bracket trunnion rotates in the bearing seat, the whole slag pot bracket is further rotated, at the moment, the inclined surface on the clamping block generates acting force on the outer edge of the groove wall of the groove, so that the slag pot and the slag pot bracket synchronously move, the slag pot trunnion cannot separate from the chute because the direction of the chute is opposite to the tipping direction of the slag pot, the safety pin is arranged in the groove at moment in the movement process of the slag pot and the slag pot bracket, and the safety pin is clamped with the groove wall of the groove when the slag pot is inclined to a certain angle, so that the slag pot and the slag pot bracket cannot be separated, and a protection effect is achieved.
When the slag pot is required to be dismounted or mounted, the slag pot slowly slides out of or into the chute, so that the slag pot is convenient to mount and dismount. The slag ladle can be conveniently separated from the car on the premise of ensuring that the slag ladle can be stably and safely tipped over.
The novel slag ladle car running environment is a high-temperature environment (slag is received under a converter, the temperature of the slag is up to 1500 ℃, slag splashing phenomenon exists in the slag receiving process), so that the support of the slag ladle is designed to be a pure mechanical structure, the safety of the slag ladle in the overturning process can be ensured on the premise of no power device, the separation of the ladle and the car is avoided, and the safety accident caused by the failure of the high-temperature slag splashing phenomenon of the power element of the locking mechanism is avoided. Because the slag pot does not need human intervention in the processes of tipping, canning and unloading, unmanned operation can be realized by integrating the slag pot with a PLC system, and the labor intensity and the operation cost are reduced.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. not only can realize automatic tipping and deslagging, but also can easily and quickly realize the separation of a tank and a vehicle;
2. the slag pot is separated from the car body without manual close-range intervention, and the locking of the pot body is a pure mechanical mechanism, so that no extra power is required to be provided, and the safety, portability, high efficiency and energy consumption are improved;
3. simple structure, novelty, easy and simple to handle have satisfied user's demand simultaneously.
4. Because the equipment structure is simple, so the on-site maintenance amount is little and convenient, the equipment maintenance cost is effectively reduced, and the waste of manpower and material resources is avoided.
For the reasons, the invention can be widely popularized in the fields of slag ladles and the like.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a novel slag ladle comprises a frame 2, wherein a travelling device 1 for driving the frame 2 to travel is arranged at the bottom of the frame 2, bearing seats 3 are respectively fixed at two sides of the top of the frame 2, a slag ladle bracket 4 is arranged on the frame 2, the slag ladle bracket 4 is U-shaped, bracket trunnions 41 are respectively fixed on the upper parts of the side walls of the two sides of the slag ladle bracket 4, and the two bracket trunnions 41 are respectively inserted into the bearing seats 3 and are in rotary connection with the bearing seats 3; the slag ladle support 4 is provided with a tiltable slag ladle 6, the tops of the side walls of the two sides of the slag ladle support 4 are respectively provided with a chute 42, the notch of each chute 42 faces the direction opposite to the tilting direction of the slag ladle 6, slag ladle trunnions 61 matched with the chute 42 are fixed at the upper parts of the side walls of the two sides of the slag ladle 6, the slag ladle trunnions 61 are arranged in the chute 42, at least one groove 62 is processed at the bottom of the slag ladle 6, the notch direction of each groove 62 is opposite to the opening direction of the slag ladle 6, the walls of each groove 62 are V-shaped, and V-shaped openings of the two groove walls of each groove 62 are opposite to each other; at least one clamping block 43 is machined on the upper surface of the bottom cross beam of the slag pot support 4, the clamping block 43 comprises two inclined planes 44 which are symmetrically arranged, and the inclined planes 44 are in contact connection with the outer edges of the groove walls of the grooves 62; the inclined surface 44 far away from the notch of the chute 42 has the same inclination angle as the inclined surface 42, the safety pin 7 is fixed on the inclined surface 44 near to the notch of the chute 42, the safety pin 7 is arranged in the groove 62, and the direction of the safety pin 7 is the same as the inclined direction of the chute 42.
A tilting transmission mechanism 5 for driving the bracket trunnion 41 to rotate around the axis thereof is fixed on one side wall of the frame 2.
The tipping transmission mechanism 5 comprises a driving motor 51 fixed on the upper surface of the frame 2, an output shaft of the driving motor 51 is connected with a gear 53 through a coupler 52, a fan-shaped pin wheel 55 is fixed on the bracket trunnion 41 through a shaft end baffle 54, and external teeth of the pin wheel 55 are meshed with the gear 53.
The walking device 1 comprises a plurality of wheel sets 1 arranged at the bottom of the frame and a wheel set driving motor 2 for driving the wheel sets 1 to move.
The use state is as follows: the gear 53 rotates under the driving of the driving motor 51, so as to drive the pin wheel 55 to rotate, the bracket trunnion 41 rotates in the bearing seat 3, so that the whole slag ladle bracket 4 rotates, at this time, the inclined surface 44 on the clamping block 43 generates acting force on the outer edge of the groove wall of the groove 62, so that the slag ladle 6 and the slag ladle bracket 4 synchronously move, the slag ladle trunnion 61 cannot be separated from the chute because the direction of the chute 42 is opposite to the tilting direction of the slag ladle 6, the safety pin 7 is arranged in the groove 62 at any moment in the movement process of the slag ladle 6 and the slag ladle bracket 4, and when the slag ladle 6 is tilted to a certain angle, the safety pin 7 is clamped with the groove wall of the groove 62, so that the slag ladle 6 cannot be separated from the slag ladle bracket 4, and a protection effect is achieved.
When the slag pot 6 needs to be detached or installed, the slag pot 6 slowly slides out or slides in from the chute 42, so that the slag pot 6 is convenient to install and detach. The separation of the slag pot and the car can be conveniently realized on the premise of ensuring the stable and safe tipping of the slag pot 6.
