纤维胶带具有极高的抗张强度,且耐磨损,耐划伤,负重能力强,特殊产品耐老化、耐高温、耐紫外。因此,纤维胶带应用领域广泛,包括捆扎、固定、卷材末端封口、重型纸箱密封、托盘货物缠绕固定、管道和线束捆扎等。
目前的玻纤布胶带颜色单一,多种颜色不耐高温,高温情况下易沉淀。

有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带及其制作方法,制得的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带颜色种类多,且高温下稳定不沉淀。

一种特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带,包括彩色特氟龙层、玻纤布层和粘胶层;
所述特氟龙层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
浓度为50%-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液60-70份、耐高温色粉2-5份、偶联剂0.8-1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯30-40份和双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯6-8份;
所述粘胶层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
有机硅压敏胶70-75份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-7份。

将烘干的玻纤布冷却至室温,以每分钟升温3℃的速率升温至210℃后保温2小时,再以每分钟升温3℃的速率升温至280℃后保温2小时;
将烧结后的玻纤布在温度360-370℃、面压3.75MPa的条件下进行热压。
本发明提出的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带及其制作方法,制得的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带可以为多种颜色,且在高温下不易沉淀。

在50-70℃的恒温条件下对制得的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带进行紫外线照射,观察其颜色变化,结果如表1
可见,本实施例制得的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带在高温情况下无变色沉淀现象。其原因在于双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯分子中的双键密度高,随着双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯在齐聚物中的含量的增加,涂膜中的交联度变大,颜料的迁移性变大小,涂膜的耐迁移性变高;且三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯是三官能度单体,既是稀释剂,又是交联剂,能使涂膜中形成三维网状结构,并且其用量越多,涂膜的交联度越大,涂膜的耐迁移性越好。

Claims (6)

1.一种特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带,其特征在于,包括彩色特氟龙层、玻纤布层和粘胶层;
所述特氟龙层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
浓度为50%-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液60-70份、耐高温色粉2-5份、偶联剂0.8-1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯30-40份和双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯6-8份;
所述粘胶层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
有机硅压敏胶70-75份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带,其特征在于,所述处理液包括以下重量份的成分组成:
浓度为55%的聚四氟乙烯乳液65份、耐高温色粉4份、硅烷偶联剂1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯35份和双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯7份;
所述粘胶层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
有机硅压敏胶72份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份。
3.如权利要求1所述的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带,其特征在于,所述耐高温色粉为耐300℃色粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过玻纤纱编制玻纤布;
S2:对玻纤布的一侧涂覆特氟龙层,风干后烘干;所述特氟龙层包括以下重量份的成分组成:
浓度为50%-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液60-70份、耐高温色粉2-5份、硅烷偶联剂0.8-1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯30-40份和双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯6-8份;
S3:将烘干后的玻纤布热压烧结;
S4:将粘胶涂覆在玻纤布的另一侧,烘干。
6.如权利要求5所述的特氟龙彩色玻纤布胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述热压烧结包括:
将烘干的玻纤布冷却至室温,以每分钟升温3℃的速率升温至210℃后保温2小时,再以每分钟升温3℃的速率升温至280℃后保温2小时;
将烧结后的玻纤布在温度360-370℃、面压3.75MPa的条件下进行热压。
