本发明一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料及其制备方法,涉及一种通过锌、铜和石墨烯形成中间相,进行表面防腐的涂料,属于表面工程领域。
背景技术
目前,在水利水电、航天航空、船舶码 头等等对建筑物和设备的外表防水防腐抗磨蚀保护都有新的要求,上述环境中的工况复杂,对材料表面的防腐耐蚀性要求提高,例如耐热性、耐冲刷性能、耐磨等需求,有的甚至要求在低温环境下的性能要求,现有的涂料材料远远不能满足上述要求,因此需要一种综合性能较高的涂料材料,防止各类水环境、酸碱环境带来的腐蚀,目前越来越多的涂料材料采用石墨烯进行耐腐,被广泛运用在表面防腐中,主要是利用已经生产好的石墨烯与树脂混合,生产出石墨烯类涂料材料,它包括以下3种制备方法:(1)熔融共混:高温下将聚合物与石墨烯熔融混合,可避免使用有机溶剂;(2)溶液共:选择合适的溶剂先溶解聚合物,再与石墨烯分散液均匀混合,最后除去溶剂;(3)原位聚合:将石墨烯分散到聚合物单体中,发生单体-单体间、单体-石墨烯-单体间聚合,原料通常为改性石墨烯,以提高两者相容性。前两种方法是使聚合物进入石墨烯内部形成插层复合物,第3种方法是使聚合物在石墨烯上生长,三者均存在有效地使石墨烯均匀分散、抱团的难题,影响了石墨烯类涂料的各种性能,而且工艺复杂,生产成本高。
公开号 CN104231684B公开了一种超亲水防雾化氧化石墨烯涂料的制备方法,以石墨微粉为原料,采用湿化学氧化法制备得到氧化石墨烯分散液,然后经过滤清洗、超声粉碎和离心分离得到超亲水防雾化氧化石墨烯涂料,该发明其通过石墨烯作为单一的防腐层,进行防腐,结构简单,主要是利用石墨烯之间的分子结构形成防护,功能单一,耐磨性、耐酸碱性相对较弱。
公开号CN107266999A公开了一种水性石墨烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下组份组成:聚合物水性树脂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、石墨烯填料浆、颜料浆、流平剂、增稠剂、去离子水、固化剂、附着力促进剂,该涂料仅仅依靠单一的石墨烯结构进行防腐,涂刷后的和金属材质基体之间的结合强度较差。
发明内容
为了改善上述情况,本发明一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料及其制备方法,利用锌、铜和石墨烯相成中间相,提高涂料和基材之间的附着性能,使其能够使用金属、非金属的防腐,并通过锌、铜的钝化形成致密的防护层,进行防腐耐磨,提高涂料的防腐性。
本发明一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料,包括聚氨酯20~90%、石墨烯/锌复合材料5~15%、着色颜料1~10%、填料5~10%、分散剂0.5~0.8%、润湿剂0.1~3%、增稠剂1.5~2%、流平剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂2~3%、杀菌剂0.1~0.5%、水20~30%,上述组分按重量百分含量计。
所述石墨烯/锌复合材料制备步骤如下:
1)将锌粉、铜粉和石墨烯混合加入苯,进行分散处理;
所述锌粉、铜粉和石墨烯质量比为1:0.8:0.1;
所述锌粉、铜粉和石墨烯预先进行干燥,含水率低于2%;
2)将分散后的混合物放置在放置在水浴中,搅拌干燥至糊状;
3)将步骤2)得到的糊状混合物进行真空干燥;
4)将步骤3)中干燥完成的混合物进行高温烧结,并采用水冷;
5)将步骤4)中烧结完成的固体进行研磨粉碎,形成细末,制得石墨烯/锌复合材料;

2)将石墨烯/锌复合材料、聚氨酯、流平剂、分散剂进行混合,加水,超声振动混合,超声波频率30000-35000赫兹,混合时间15-20min;
3)在真空环境下,采用微波辐射步骤1中的混合物,并逐步添加填料、消泡剂、增稠剂,并将消泡剂、增稠剂分为等量的两组进行添加,添加顺序依次为填料、增稠剂、水、消泡剂、增稠剂、消泡剂,添加同步进行搅拌,搅拌转速为添加填料:50-80r/min、第一次添加增稠剂:40-60r/min、加水:50-60r/min、第一次添加消泡剂:120-180r/min;第二次添加增稠剂:50-55r/min、第二次添加消泡剂:200-230r/min;
所述第一次添加增稠剂时,向混合物内注入氮气,同时进行搅拌,氮气流量35L/min;
4)向步骤3)中得到的混合物添加杀菌剂;
所述步骤4)中前10-15min滚筒转速500-600转/分,后10-15min中滚筒转速1000-1500转/份,滚筒内温度为40-50℃;
5)添加着色颜料搅拌均匀,制得涂料成品;
有益效果。
1、锌、铜形成合金中间相,提高了耐酸、碱腐蚀性能。
2、通过锌元素在涂刷基材表面形成致密的耐蚀防护层,提高防腐蚀性能。
3、铜元素能够对避免附着的微生物进行净化,避免微生物生长使得涂层剥离,提高使用寿命。
4、通过向内部注入氮气,将内部的氧气进行排出,减少内部气孔内的含氧量,避免内部氧化腐蚀。
5、搅拌转速变化能够节约能源。
6、锌铜元素在涂料中形成颗粒,呈固溶态分布,增加涂料强度、耐磨性,提高其使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
锌和铜的质量百分比为53:46,石墨烯的质量百分含量为10%时,分散处理时间3.5小时,水浴干燥温度80℃,真空干燥温度90℃,烧结温度为680℃,烧结保温时间1小时,水冷持续15min,在这种配比及工艺参数下制备的锌-铜-石墨烯中间合金成分均匀,耐腐蚀性更好,能够对弱酸、弱碱进行耐蚀。
实施例2
锌和铜的质量百分比为50:40,石墨烯的质量百分含量为15%时,分散处理时间4小时,水浴干燥温度85℃,真空干燥温度120℃,烧结温度为750℃,烧结保温时间2小时,在做终制备的涂料上涂刷酸溶液,耐蚀性能相比单一锌材料耐蚀性能提高了80%。
实施例3
锌和铜的质量百分比为51:40,石墨烯的质量百分含量为14%时,分散处理时间10小时,水浴干燥温度90℃,真空干燥温度200℃,烧结温度为900℃,烧结保温时间3小时,在做终制备的涂料上涂刷酸溶液,耐蚀性能相比单一锌材料耐蚀性能提高了82%。

1.一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备:取聚氨酯20~90%、石墨烯/锌复合材料5~15%、着色颜料1~10%、填料5~10%、分散剂0.5~0.8%、润湿剂0.1~3%、增稠剂1.5~2%、流平剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂2~3%、杀菌剂0.1~0.5%、水20~30%,上述组分按重量百分含量计。
2)将石墨烯/锌复合材料、聚氨酯、流平剂、分散剂进行混合,加水,超声振动混合,超声波频率30000-35000赫兹,混合时间15-20min;
3)在真空环境下,采用微波辐射步骤1中的混合物,并逐步添加填料、消泡剂、增稠剂,并将消泡剂、增稠剂分为等量的两组进行添加,添加顺序依次为填料、增稠剂、水、消泡剂、增稠剂、消泡剂,添加同步进行搅拌,搅拌转速为添加填料:50-80r/min、第一次添加增稠剂:40-60r/min、加水:50-60r/min、第一次添加消泡剂:120-180r/min;第二次添加增稠剂:50-55r/min、第二次添加消泡剂:200-230r/min;
4)向步骤3)中得到的混合物添加杀菌剂;
5)添加着色颜料搅拌均匀,制得涂料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于所述第一次添加增稠剂时,向混合物内注入氮气,同时进行搅拌,氮气流量35L/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤4)中前10-15min滚筒转速500-600转/分,后10-15min中滚筒转速1000-1500转/份,滚筒内温度为40-50℃。
4.一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料,其特征在于包括聚氨酯20~90%、石墨烯/锌复合材料5~15%、着色颜料1~10%、填料5~10%、分散剂0.5~0.8%、润湿剂0.1~3%、增稠剂1.5~2%、流平剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂2~3%、杀菌剂0.1~0.5%、水20~30%,上述组分按重量百分含量计。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯锌铜多元合金防腐涂料,其特征在于

1)将锌粉、铜粉和石墨烯混合加入苯,进行分散处理;
