Abstract
本发明涉及一种输送带,包括:依次连接的上胶层、芯体层以及底胶层,所述芯体层包括上芯体层、下芯体层以及若干钢帘线,所述上芯体层的下侧面以及下芯体层的上侧面呈互相咬合的波浪形;所述上芯体层的下侧面的波峰、下芯体层的上侧面的波峰分别对应设置有若干钢帘线槽,从而芯体层的内部形成钢帘线孔道,所述钢帘线位于所述钢帘线孔道内;并且,所述钢帘线上固定设置有若干限位片,所述限位片均位于上芯体层与下芯体层之间的连接缝处。通过将芯体层设置为带有波浪面的上芯体层和下芯体层,使得钢帘线在承受载荷时其形变受到波浪面的限制从而避免输送带表面的上胶层、底胶层受力断裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送带。
背景技术
现有抗静电输送带生产工艺需要将特制的抗静电浆料涂覆在织物上形成;然而,最终输送带在使用过程中由于浆料形成的表层与织物层的受力形变量不同,容易使得抗静电层出现断裂,加速了输送带的更换进程;尤其是在输送带的输送载荷较大的情况下,输送带内部设置钢帘线时,这种问题更加明显。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种输送带,具体由以下技术方案实现:
一种输送带,包括:依次连接的上胶层、芯体层以及底胶层,所述芯体层包括上芯体层、下芯体层以及若干钢帘线,所述上芯体层的下侧面以及下芯体层的上侧面呈沿宽度方向分布的互相咬合的波浪形;所述上芯体层的下侧面的波峰、下芯体层的上侧面的波峰分别对应设置有若干钢帘线槽,从而芯体层的内部形成宽度方向的钢帘线孔道,所述钢帘线位于所述钢帘线孔道内;并且,所述钢帘线上固定设置有若干限位片,所述限位片均位于上芯体层与下芯体层之间的连接缝处。所述上胶层为抗静电耐油层;所述抗静电耐油层由PVC耐油抗静电浆料涂覆于相应的织物层上形成。
所述的一种输送带,其进一步设计在于,所述上芯体层的上侧、下芯体层的下侧分别为织物层。
所述的一种输送带,其进一步设计在于,所述上芯体层的下侧、下芯体层的上侧分别为连接于各自织物层的内胶层,上芯体层的内胶层与下芯体层的内胶层经由胶粘连接而成。
所述的一种输送带,其进一步设计在于,所述下胶层为耐磨橡胶层。
本发明的有益效果在于:
通过将芯体层设置为带有波浪面的上芯体层和下芯体层,使得钢帘线在承受载荷时其形变受到波浪面的限制从而避免输送带表面的上胶层、底胶层受力断裂;波浪面的设置本身易于使得输送方向的载荷转化为竖向载荷,进一步降低了上胶层、下胶层的断裂风险。

实施方式
以下结合说明书附图以及实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
如图所示的一种输送带,包括:依次连接的上胶层1、芯体层2以及底胶层3,所述芯体层包括上芯体层21、下芯体层22以及若干钢帘线23,所述上芯体层的下侧面以及下芯体层的上侧面呈沿宽度方向分布的互相咬合的波浪形;所述上芯体层的下侧面的波峰、下芯体层的上侧面的波峰分别对应设置有若干钢帘线槽25,从而芯体层的内部形成宽度方向的钢帘线孔道,所述钢帘线位于所述钢帘线孔道内;并且,所述钢帘线上固定设置有若干限位片24,所述限位片均位于上芯体层与下芯体层之间的连接缝处。
通过将芯体层设置为带有波浪面的上芯体层和下芯体层,使得钢帘线在承受载荷时其形变受到波浪面的限制从而避免输送带表面的上胶层、底胶层受力断裂;波浪面的设置本身易于使得输送方向的载荷转化为竖向载荷,进一步降低了上胶层、下胶层的断裂风险。
所述上芯体层的上侧、下芯体层的下侧分别为织物层26。织物层对于其他胶层具有较好的附着效果。
所述上芯体层的下侧、下芯体层的上侧分别为连接于各自织物层的内胶层27,上芯体层的内胶层与下芯体层的内胶层经由胶粘连接而成。
所述上胶层为抗静电耐油层。所述抗静电耐油层由PVC耐油抗静电浆料涂覆于相应的织物层上形成。将己配置好的PVC耐油抗静电浆料涂在织物上,再进烘箱加热、熔融、形成耐油抗静电的上胶层,注意速度、温度、辊筒间隙、涂层刀架间隙,涂面层温度控制在2000C,速度控制在8m/分钟。
最后,所述下胶层为耐磨橡胶层。

1.一种输送带,其特征在于包括:依次连接的上胶层、芯体层以及底胶层,所述芯体层包括上芯体层、下芯体层以及若干钢帘线,所述上芯体层的下侧面以及下芯体层的上侧面呈沿宽度方向分布的互相咬合的波浪形;所述上芯体层的下侧面的波峰、下芯体层的上侧面的波峰分别对应设置有若干钢帘线槽,从而芯体层的内部形成宽度方向的钢帘线孔道,所述钢帘线位于所述钢帘线孔道内;并且,所述钢帘线上固定设置有若干限位片,所述限位片均位于上芯体层与下芯体层之间的连接缝处;所述上胶层为抗静电耐油层;所述抗静电耐油层由PVC耐油抗静电浆料涂覆于相应的织物层上形成;所述上芯体层的上侧、下芯体层的下侧分别为织物层;所述上芯体层的下侧、下芯体层的上侧分别为连接于各自织物层的内胶层,上芯体层的内胶层与下芯体层的内胶层经由胶粘连接而成。
