Abstract

本发明属于高温布应用技术领域,具体公开了一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,由第一聚四氟乙烯层、第二聚四氟乙烯层,及设置在第一聚四氟乙烯层和第二聚四氟乙烯层中间的多层填充层组成。本发明的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布的有益效果在于:1、尺寸稳定性好(延伸系数小于5‰)、强度高,具有良好的机械特性;2、用于低温-70℃,高温260℃之间,具有耐气候性,抗老化,经实际应用,如在250℃高温情况下连续放置200天,不但强度不会变低,而且重量也不减少,同时在350℃高温下放置120个小时,重量只减少0.6%左右,且在-180℃超低温情况下不会产生龟裂,并保持原有的柔软性;4、网格层,有效的增加的整体复合结构的韧性,实现重复使用的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于高温布应用技术领域,具体涉及一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其所构成的多层复合结构耐高低温、耐腐蚀,同时具有较好的防紫外线、防静电性能且可重复使用。
背景技术
高温布,其是以悬浮聚四氟乙烯(俗称塑料王)乳液为原料,浸渍高性能玻璃纤维布而成的高性能材料。
现有结构的复合高温布,其普遍为单层结构,即在聚四氟乙烯上浸渍一层玻璃纤维布,对于其所应用的场合如各种石油化工管道的抗腐蚀包复,电子电器的绝缘、耐温包复材料,电厂废气的环保脱硫等方面来说,由于所使用的场合环境要求,单层的结构已不能满足在上述环境中的使用需求,其耐高低温、耐腐蚀等性能较差,使用者存在较大的安全隐患,同时使用寿命短、更换维护成本大等。
因此,基于上述问题,本发明提供一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其多层复合结构设计合理,耐高低温、耐腐蚀,同时有较好的防紫外线、防静电性能且可重复使用。
技术方案:本发明提供一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,由第一聚四氟乙烯层、第二聚四氟乙烯层,及设置在第一聚四氟乙烯层和第二聚四氟乙烯层中间的多层填充层组成;所述多层填充层,包括第一玻璃纤维布层、网格层、热熔胶层和第二玻璃纤维布层,其中,第一玻璃纤维布层的两面分别与第一聚四氟乙烯层、网格层连接,第二玻璃纤维布层的两面分别与第二聚四氟乙烯层、热熔胶层连接;所述第一聚四氟乙烯层、第一玻璃纤维布层、网格层、热熔胶层、第二玻璃纤维布层和第二聚四氟乙烯层的厚度相同且整体结构厚度为0.1mm-2mm。
本技术方案的,所述第一聚四氟乙烯层、第一玻璃纤维布层、第二聚四氟乙烯层的厚度相同;所述网格层、热熔胶层和第二玻璃纤维布层的厚度相同。
本技术方案的,所述第一聚四氟乙烯层、第一玻璃纤维布层、第二聚四氟乙烯层的厚度分别大于网格层、热熔胶层和第二玻璃纤维布层的厚度。
本技术方案的,所述第一聚四氟乙烯层、第一玻璃纤维布层、网格层、热熔胶层、第二玻璃纤维布层和第二聚四氟乙烯层所构成的结构厚度为0.3mm-1.8mm。
本技术方案的,所述第一聚四氟乙烯层、第一玻璃纤维布层、网格层、热熔胶层、第二玻璃纤维布层和第二聚四氟乙烯层所构成的结构厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
本技术方案的,所述网格层为金属或尼龙纤维编织网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布的有益效果在于:1、尺寸稳定性好(延伸系数小于5‰)、强度高,具有良好的机械特性;2、用于低温-70℃,高温260℃之间,具有耐气候性,抗老化,经实际应用,如在250℃高温情况下连续放置200天,不但强度不会变低,而且重量也不减少,同时在350℃高温下放置120个小时,重量只减少0.6%左右,且在-180℃超低温情况下不会产生龟裂,并保持原有的柔软性;4、网格层,有效的增加的整体复合结构的韧性,实现重复使用的目的。同时本发明设计合理,易推广。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例一
如图1和图3所示的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,由第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第二聚四氟乙烯层6,及设置在第一聚四氟乙烯层1和第二聚四氟乙烯层6中间的多层填充层组成;多层填充层,包括第一玻璃纤维布层2、网格层3、热熔胶层4和第二玻璃纤维布层5,其中,第一玻璃纤维布层2的两面分别与第一聚四氟乙烯层1、网格层3连接,第二玻璃纤维布层5的两面分别与第二聚四氟乙烯层6、热熔胶层4连接。
进一步优选的,第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第一玻璃纤维布层2、网格层3、热熔胶层4、第二玻璃纤维布层5和第二聚四氟乙烯层6的厚度相同且整体结构厚度为0.1mm-2mm;及网格层3为金属或尼龙纤维编织网,多层复合结构,较传统的单层结构,其耐化学腐蚀,能耐强酸、强碱及各种有机溶剂的腐蚀,有效的延长了复合高温布的使用寿命且保证与其配合使用产品的安全,同时韧性提高可重复使用。
实施例二
如图2和图3所示的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,由第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第二聚四氟乙烯层6,及设置在第一聚四氟乙烯层1和第二聚四氟乙烯层6中间的多层填充层组成;多层填充层,包括第一玻璃纤维布层2、网格层3、热熔胶层4和第二玻璃纤维布层5,其中,第一玻璃纤维布层2的两面分别与第一聚四氟乙烯层1、网格层3连接,第二玻璃纤维布层5的两面分别与第二聚四氟乙烯层6、热熔胶层4连接。
进一步优选的,第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第一玻璃纤维布层2、第二聚四氟乙烯层6的厚度相同,网格层3、热熔胶层4和第二玻璃纤维布层5的厚度相同;及第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第一玻璃纤维布层2、第二聚四氟乙烯层6的厚度分别大于网格层3、热熔胶层4和第二玻璃纤维布层5的厚度;及第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第一玻璃纤维布层2、网格层3、热熔胶层4、第二玻璃纤维布层5和第二聚四氟乙烯层6所构成的结构厚度为0.3mm-1.8mm;及网格层3为金属或尼龙纤维编织网,多层复合结构,较传统的单层结构,其耐化学腐蚀,能耐强酸、强碱及各种有机溶剂的腐蚀,有效的延长了复合高温布的使用寿命且保证与其配合使用产品的安全,同时韧性提高可重复使用。
其中,实施例一和实施例二中的第一聚四氟乙烯层1、第一玻璃纤维布层2、网格层3、热熔胶层4、第二玻璃纤维布层5和第二聚四氟乙烯层6所构成的结构厚度为1mm,多层复合结构,较传统的单层结构相比,1、非粘着性,不易粘附任何物质,易于清洗附着其表面的各种油渍,污点或其它附着物,浆糊、树脂、涂料等几乎所有粘着物质都可简单地清除;2、耐化学腐蚀,能耐强酸、强碱及各种有机溶剂的腐蚀;3、摩擦系数低(0.05-0.1),是无油自润滑的最佳选择;4、透光率达6-13%;5、具有高绝缘性能(介电常数小:2.6,正切在0.0025以下)、防紫外线、防静电;6、耐药剂性、无毒性,几乎可耐所有药剂物品;7、防火阻燃性能优;本复合高温布,普遍适用于抗粘的内衬、垫片、蒙布和输送带,根据厚度不同,用于各种烘干机械的输送带、粘合带、封口带等或塑料制品焊接,焊封用的焊布,塑料片、膜、热封压片衬带;或电气的高绝缘:电气绝缘带基、隔片、垫片、衬圈,高频覆铜板板;或耐热包复层,叠层基材,隔热体包扎;或微波垫片、烤炉片、食品烘干;或粘合带,转移印花烫台布,地毯背胶固化输送带,橡胶硫化输送带,磨料片固化离型布等;或压敏胶带基布;或建筑膜材,各种运动场所的顶蓬、车站亭蓬、阳伞、景观蓬等;或用于各种石油化工管道的抗腐蚀包复,电厂废气的环保脱硫等;或柔性补偿器、摩擦材料、砂轮切片;或特殊加工后可制作“防静电布”使用。

1.一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:由第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第
二聚四氟乙烯层(6),及设置在第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)和第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)中间的多层填充层组成;所述多层填充层,包括第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)和第二玻璃纤维布层(5),其中,第一玻璃纤维布层(2)的两面分别与第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、网格层(3)连接,第二玻璃纤维布层(5)的两面分别与第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)、热熔胶层(4)连接;所述第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)、第二玻璃纤维布层(5)和第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)的厚度相同且整体结构厚度为0.1mm-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:所述第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)的厚度相同;所述网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)和第二玻璃纤维布层(5)的厚度相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:所述第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)的厚度分别大于网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)和第二玻璃纤维布层(5)的厚度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:所述第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)、第二玻璃纤维布层(5)和第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)所构成的结构厚度为0.3mm-1.8mm。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:所述第一聚四氟乙烯层(1)、第一玻璃纤维布层(2)、网格层(3)、热熔胶层(4)、第二玻璃纤维布层(5)和第二聚四氟乙烯层(6)所构成的结构厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有增强型结构的复合高温布,其特征在于:所述网格层(3)为金属或尼龙纤维编织网。
