本实用新型涉及一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统，包括裹覆于管道外的橡塑保温层，橡塑保温层外设有防火保护层，防火保护层为两对应侧边设有尼龙粘扣带的防火布，防火布经两侧边尼龙粘扣带粘接包紧于橡塑保温层上。采用橡塑保温材料为基材，在基材外表面利用尼龙粘扣带接防火布保护层，具有优良的绝热性能与外护层坚韧、耐久、轻质、抗海水冲刷渗透等特点，适合恶劣环境的保温隔热使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统，用于恶劣环境的保温隔热，专门用于船舶工业、近海石油行业等领域。 
背景技术
传统保温管道外壁通常采用胶水黏结保温材料和外层防火材料，胶水使用烦琐，生产效率低、成本高，且在长期使用后，胶水黏结的保温材料和外层防火材料易变脆脱落，维护不便、成本高，使用寿命短。或者用铁皮等金属外壳防护，这种材料较硬，施工繁琐耗时，成本太高。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种安装、维护便捷，生产、使用成本低，使用寿命长的新型便捷式盾壳保温系统。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是；一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统，其技术特点是包括裹覆于管道外的橡塑保温层，橡塑保温层外设有防火保护层，防火保护层为一两对应侧边设有尼龙粘扣带的防火布，防火布经两侧边尼龙粘扣带扣接包紧于橡塑保温层上。 
所述防火布为玻璃纤维织物。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点如下： 
1、防火布采用特殊涂层的玻璃纤维织物非金属外护层，该系统具备良好的阻燃性、抗紫外线、抗机械撞击、抗盐雾性能，并有效地减少绝热层下的金属腐蚀，提供长期稳定的绝热节能效果；
2、采用尼龙粘扣带扣接防火布层，无须采用胶水黏结，不存在电化学腐的风险，且生产、安装方便，管道维护时拆卸方便，降低使用成本。
本实用新型采用橡塑保温材料为基材，在基材外表面利用尼龙粘扣带接防火布保护层，具有优良的绝热性能与外护层坚韧、耐久、轻质、抗海水冲刷渗透等特点，适合恶劣环境的保温隔热使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
图1所示，一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统包括裹覆于管道1外的橡塑保温层2以及防火布层，橡塑保温层2外设有防火保护层，防火保护层为一两对应侧边设有尼龙粘扣带4、41的防火布3，防火布3为玻璃纤维织物，防火布3经两侧边尼龙粘扣带4、41相互扣接包紧于橡塑保温层2上。采用玻璃纤维织物作为外保护层经尼龙粘扣带扣接在橡塑保温层上，更便于拆装以及管道内部的维护和维修；尼龙粘扣带扣接代替传统的专用胶水，安装更便捷，不使用胶水，大大节省了成本，延长了外保护层的使用寿命。

1.一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统，其特征在于：包括裹覆于管道外的橡塑保温层，橡塑保温层外设有防火保护层，防火保护层为两对应侧边设有尼龙粘扣带的防火布，防火布经两侧边尼龙粘扣带粘接包紧于橡塑保温层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型便捷式盾壳保温系统，其特征是：所述防火布为玻璃纤维织物。
