背景技术
工业和生活中常采用管道来输送热源物质,为了防止热量散失,经常要为阀门加裹保温层,在保温层外边包裹金属防护层。这种方法虽然可以起到保温作用,但安装、维修和拆卸时不太方便,并且只能一次性使用。另外,保温层所用保温材料一般不耐高温,如果用于高温流体管道,可能会因管道温度过高导致保温材料失去保温作用,甚至有可能引发火灾。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种方便安装和拆卸的耐高温阀门保温防护罩,以解决安装拆卸不便和保温效果差的问题。 
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种耐高温阀门保温防护罩,由两个扣合对接的半腔罩体组成,在所述半腔罩体的边缘设有连接法兰。安装本防护罩时,只需要将防护罩的两个半腔罩体从两侧扣置于阀门上,再通过半腔罩体边缘的连接法兰用紧固件固定拧紧即可。 
所述半腔罩体由外至内依次为玻璃钢壳体、耐高温粘合层和耐高温保温层;所述耐高温保温层为硅酸铝纤维毡保温材料。所述玻璃钢壳体采用模制成型,其所形成的内腔尺寸形状与阀门外形相适配。 
本实用新型将阀门保温罩设计成两个半腔罩体的形式,并且采用耐高温粘合层和耐高温保温材料,既方便安装和拆卸,也避免了因流体管道温度过高导致保温层材料失去保温效果,还可避免潜在的火灾隐患,适用于高温流体管道阀门的保温和防护。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本防护罩包括两个扣合对接的半腔罩体1,在半腔罩体1的边缘设有连接法兰2。半腔罩体1由外至内依次为玻璃钢壳体3、耐高温粘合层4和耐高温保温层5。耐高温粘合层4将耐高温保温层5粘合于玻璃钢壳体3上。玻璃钢壳体3的内腔尺寸形状与阀门外形相适配。耐高温保温层5为耐高温硅酸铝纤维毡保温材料。

1.一种耐高温阀门保温防护罩,其特征在于,由两个扣合对接的半腔罩体(1)组成,在所述半腔罩体(1)的边缘设有连接法兰(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阀门保温防护罩,其特征在于,所述半腔罩体(1)由外至内依次为玻璃钢壳体(3)、耐高温粘合层(4)和耐高温保温层(5);所述耐高温保温层(5)为硅酸铝纤维毡保温材料。
