本发明公开的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,包括机体,所述机体左端面内下端设有进口,所述机体右端面内下端设有出口,所述机体内左右两侧设有升降装置,所述升降装置中间设有震动装置,所述升降装置和所述震动装置下侧设有动力装置,所述升降装置包括连通设于所述进口右侧的上升腔,所述出口左侧连通设有下降腔,所述上升腔和所述下降腔内上下贯穿且可转动的设有旋转柱,所述旋转柱圆周面上固定设有螺旋板;本发明通过可在除漆的过程中很好的将油漆碳化后的碳粒进行脱落,通过增加运输的路径增加碳化和脱落的时间,能提高铝的提取效果。

一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备
技术领域
本发明涉及废弃物处理技术领域,具体为一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备。
背景技术
传统的易拉罐除漆是先在脱漆窖进行脱漆,然后运输到震动设备内进行碳粒脱落,但是碳粒的堆积会一定程度影响碳化效果,同时碳化时间较短,也会导致碳化效果不佳。本发明阐明的一种能解决上述问题的装置。
发明内容
技术问题:
传统易拉罐除漆都是先将漆碳化然后再用转门的震动设备去除碳粒,在碳化的过程中可能因为表面碳粒未掉落而导致碳化效果不佳,进而导致铝的提纯效果不佳。
为解决上述问题,本例设计了一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,本例的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,包括机体,所述机体左端面内下端设有进口,所述机体右端面内下端设有出口,所述机体内左右两侧设有升降装置,所述升降装置中间设有震动装置,所述升降装置和所述震动装置下侧设有动力装置,先通过所述升降装置将从所述进口进入的易拉罐向上输送,同时进行加热,将面漆碳化并进行第一次脱落,然后通过所述震动装置将碳粒进行有效的第二次脱落,然后通过所述升降装置将易拉罐向下运输并进行第三次碳粒脱落,其中,通过所述动力装置提供动力并同步带动所述升降装置和所述震动装置。 其中,所述升降装置包括连通设于所述进口右侧的上升腔,所述出口左侧连通设有下降腔,所述上升腔和所述下降腔内上下贯穿且可转动的设有旋转柱,所述旋转柱圆周面上固定设有螺旋板。
可优选地,所述上升腔左、前、后壁内固定设有加热板,所述上升腔与所述下降腔之间内壁的上端相连通设有通道。
其中,所述震动装置包括连通设于所述通道下壁的震动腔,所述震动腔内可上下滑动的设有震动滤板,所述震动滤板上端面设有左高右低的斜面,所述斜面便于易拉罐在震动的情况下落入所述下降腔内,所述震动腔下壁中间连通设有滑杆腔,所述滑杆腔内可滑动的设有上端固定连接于所述震动滤板下端面的滑杆,所述滑杆腔下壁连通设有传动腔,所述滑杆下端延伸到所述传动腔内固定设有顶板,所述顶板上端与所述传动腔上壁之间固定连接有压缩弹簧。
可优选地,所述顶板下端相抵的设有可转动的凸轮,所述凸轮右端同轴固定连接有从动锥齿轮,所述凸轮下侧设有与所述从动锥齿轮相啮合的主动锥齿轮,所述凸轮可带动所述顶板上升,所述压缩弹簧可带动所述顶板下降。
可优选地,所述震动腔下壁四周连通设有环形的掉落腔,所述掉落腔下侧连通设有收集腔,所述收集腔下壁一端连通设有连通于外界的通孔,碳粒可从所述通孔流出并收集,所述掉落腔与所述上升腔和所述下降腔之间连通设有过滤腔,所述过滤腔内固定设有滤网。
其中,所述动力装置包括设于所述传动腔下侧的动力腔,所述动力腔下壁固定设有电机,所述电机上端动力连接有主动带轮,所述主动带轮轴心固定连接有转轴,所述转轴上端固定连接于所述主动锥齿轮轴心,所述主动带轮左右两侧对称且可转动的设有从动带轮,所述旋转柱下端固定连接于所述从动带轮轴心,所述从动带轮与所述主动带轮之间绕设有传动带。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过可在除漆的过程中很好的将油漆碳化后的碳粒进行脱落,通过增加运输的路径增加碳化和脱落的时间,能提高铝的提取效果。

下面结合图1-图3对本发明进行详细说明,为叙述方便,现对下文所说的方位规定如下:下文所说的上下左右前后方向与图1本身投影关系的上下左右前后方向一致。
本发明涉及一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,主要应用于在对易拉罐进行除漆提取工作,下面将结合本发明附图对本发明做进一步说明:
本发明所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,包括机体11,所述机体11左端面内下端设有进口12,所述机体11右端面内下端设有出口13,所述机体11内左右两侧设有升降装置101,所述升降装置中间设有震动装置102,所述升降装置101和所述震动装置102下侧设有动力装置103,先通过所述升降装置101将从所述进口12进入的易拉罐向上输送,同时进行加热,将面漆碳化并进行第一次脱落,然后通过所述震动装置102将碳粒进行有效的第二次脱落,然后通过所述升降装置101将易拉罐向下运输并进行第三次碳粒脱落,其中,通过所述动力装置103提供动力并同步带动所述升降装置101和所述震动装置102。
根据实施例,以下对升降装置101进行详细说明,所述升降装置101包括连通设于所述进口12右侧的上升腔14,所述出口13左侧连通设有下降腔15,所述上升腔14和所述下降腔15内上下贯穿且可转动的设有旋转柱16,所述旋转柱16圆周面上固定设有螺旋板17。
有益地,所述上升腔14左、前、后壁内固定设有加热板18,所述上升腔14与所述下降腔15之间内壁的上端相连通设有通道19。
根据实施例,以下对震动装置102进行详细说明,所述震动装置102包括连通设于所述通道19下壁的震动腔20,所述震动腔20内可上下滑动的设有震动滤板21,所述震动滤板21上端面设有左高右低的斜面41,所述斜面41便于易拉罐在震动的情况下落入所述下降腔15内,所述震动腔20下壁中间连通设有滑杆腔22,所述滑杆腔22内可滑动的设有上端固定连接于所述震动滤板21下端面的滑杆23,所述滑杆腔22下壁连通设有传动腔24,所述滑杆23下端延伸到所述传动腔24内固定设有顶板25,所述顶板25上端与所述传动腔24上壁之间固定连接有压缩弹簧26。
有益地,所述顶板25下端相抵的设有可转动的凸轮27,所述凸轮27右端同轴固定连接有从动锥齿轮28,所述凸轮27下侧设有与所述从动锥齿轮28相啮合的主动锥齿轮29,所述凸轮27可带动所述顶板25上升,所述压缩弹簧26可带动所述顶板25下降。
有益地,所述震动腔20下壁四周连通设有环形的掉落腔30,所述掉落腔30下侧连通设有收集腔31,所述收集腔31下壁一端连通设有连通于外界的通孔32,碳粒可从所述通孔32流出并收集,所述掉落腔30与所述上升腔14和所述下降腔15之间连通设有过滤腔33,所述过滤腔33内固定设有滤网34。
根据实施例,以下对动力装置103进行详细说明,所述动力装置103包括设于所述传动腔24下侧的动力腔35,所述动力腔35下壁固定设有电机36,所述电机36上端动力连接有主动带轮37,所述主动带轮37轴心固定连接有转轴38,所述转轴38上端固定连接于所述主动锥齿轮29轴心,所述主动带轮37左右两侧对称且可转动的设有从动带轮39,所述旋转柱16下端固定连接于所述从动带轮39轴心,所述从动带轮39与所述主动带轮37之间绕设有传动带40。
以下结合图1至图3对本文中的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备的使用步骤进行详细说明:
开始时,震动滤板21处于震动腔20内下极限位置,主动带轮37的低轮端与顶板25下端面相抵,向进口12内输送破碎好的易拉罐。
脱漆处理时,启动电机36并带动主动带轮37转动,通过传动带40带动从动带轮39转动并带动旋转柱16和螺旋板17转动,通过上升腔14内的螺旋板17将易拉罐向上运输,同时通过加热板18进行加热,对面漆进行碳化,向上运输到最高点时落入通道19内,其中主动带轮37通过转轴38带动主动锥齿轮29转动,通过齿轮啮合带动从动锥齿轮28转动并带动凸轮27转动,凸轮27转动和压缩弹簧26的弹力结合带动顶板25反复上下移动,进而通过滑杆23带动震动滤板21上下震动,将进入到通道19内的易拉罐进行震动,碳粒能很好的脱落并落入掉落腔30内,易拉罐落入下降腔15后通过下降腔15内的螺旋板17带动易拉罐下降,在上升和下降的过程中,碳粒可通过滤网34过滤落入到掉落腔30内,最后通过出口13将易拉罐运出。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过可在除漆的过程中很好的将油漆碳化后的碳粒进行脱落,通过增加运输的路径增加碳化和脱落的时间,能提高铝的提取效果。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。

Claims (7)

1.一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,包括机体;所述机体左端面内下端设有进口,所述机体右端面内下端设有出口;
所述机体内左右两侧设有升降装置,所述升降装置中间设有震动装置,所述升降装置和所述震动装置下侧设有动力装置;先通过所述升降装置将从所述进口进入的易拉罐向上输送,同时进行加热,将面漆碳化并进行第一次脱落,然后通过所述震动装置将碳粒进行有效的第二次脱落,然后通过所述升降装置将易拉罐向下运输并进行第三次碳粒脱落;其中,通过所述动力装置提供动力并同步带动所述升降装置和所述震动装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括连通设于所述进口右侧的上升腔,所述出口左侧连通设有下降腔;
所述上升腔和所述下降腔内上下贯穿且可转动的设有旋转柱,所述旋转柱圆周面上固定设有螺旋板。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述上升腔左、前、后壁内固定设有加热板,所述上升腔与所述下降腔之间内壁的上端相连通设有通道。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述震动装置包括连通设于所述通道下壁的震动腔;
所述震动腔内可上下滑动的设有震动滤板,所述震动滤板上端面设有左高右低的斜面,所述斜面便于易拉罐在震动的情况下落入所述下降腔内;
所述震动腔下壁中间连通设有滑杆腔,所述滑杆腔内可滑动的设有上端固定连接于所述震动滤板下端面的滑杆;
所述滑杆腔下壁连通设有传动腔,所述滑杆下端延伸到所述传动腔内固定设有顶板,所述顶板上端与所述传动腔上壁之间固定连接有压缩弹簧。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述顶板下端相抵的设有可转动的凸轮,所述凸轮右端同轴固定连接有从动锥齿轮,所述凸轮下侧设有与所述从动锥齿轮相啮合的主动锥齿轮,所述凸轮可带动所述顶板上升,所述压缩弹簧可带动所述顶板下降。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述震动腔下壁四周连通设有环形的掉落腔,所述掉落腔下侧连通设有收集腔,所述收集腔下壁一端连通设有连通于外界的通孔,所述掉落腔与所述上升腔和所述下降腔之间连通设有过滤腔,所述过滤腔内固定设有滤网。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种废旧易拉罐表面脱漆处理设备,其特征在于:所述动力装置包括设于所述传动腔下侧的动力腔;
