Abstract
The water-proof and drainage system of the prefabricated open caisson structure is used for reducing the water leakage of the well wall to the greatest extent, collecting and converging the water leakage of the well wall smoothly, and pumping out the water leakage of the well wall from the open caisson structure, so that the prefabricated open caisson structure has good water-proof and drainage performance. The open caisson structure comprises a prefabricated open caisson assembly body which is formed by assembling prefabricated open caisson assembly components and circumferentially surrounds a well wall, and the open caisson assembly body is provided with a transverse joint and a vertical joint. The open caisson structure also comprises a cast-in-situ secondary lining circumferentially encircling the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembly body, and a bottom sealing concrete layer arranged at the bottom of the cast-in-situ secondary lining, wherein a water collecting pit is formed on the bottom sealing concrete layer. A seam waterproof structure extending along a transverse seam and a vertical seam is arranged between adjacent prefabricated open caisson assembling components, a three-dimensional waterproof and drainage structure is arranged between the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembling body and the cast-in-situ secondary lining, water leaking from the well wall is collected through the three-dimensional waterproof and drainage structure and is converged into a water collecting pit, and a water pumping device for draining the water leaking from the well wall out of the open caisson structure is arranged in the water collecting pit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to underground engineering, in particular to a water-proof drainage system of a prefabricated open caisson structure.
Background
With the rapid development of national economy, the contradiction between engineering construction land and agricultural land is increasingly prominent. In order to improve the utilization rate of construction land, besides the space required to be used to the sky, the underground space is a valuable resource which cannot be ignored, and the development and utilization of the underground space are greatly promoted in recent years by the nation.
The main form of underground space resource development is foundation pit engineering represented by underground garages, underground shops and the like, except tunnels. For a foundation pit with larger plane area and smaller excavation depth, two construction methods of open excavation or cover excavation are generally adopted during construction. The open caisson method has been widely used in recent years because of its strong applicability and low construction cost for the construction of foundation pits with small plane area and large excavation depth, such as underground water tanks, ventilation shafts, cable wells, sewer inspection wells, etc.
When the traditional open caisson is constructed, concrete is poured in a field sectional vertical mould, but the strength of the concrete is slowly increased, the cast-in-situ quality is difficult to control, the traditional open caisson is gradually turned to a prefabricated open caisson, namely, a high-precision steel mould is adopted to pour prefabricated open caisson assembly components in a factory in a blocking manner, and the prefabricated open caisson assembly components are transported to the field assembly for sinking after reaching the curing standard.
The prefabricated open caisson has been developed rapidly in recent years, but the waterproof effect of the cast-in-place structure cannot be achieved due to the unavoidable seams among the prefabricated members, and the prefabricated members become weak points for the waterproof of the open caisson structure.

The invention has the advantages that the water leakage of the well wall can be reduced to the greatest extent through the joint waterproof structure, the water leakage of the well wall can be smoothly collected through the three-dimensional water-proof structure and converged to the well bottom water collecting pit, and the water is pumped out of the open caisson structure through the water pumping device, so that systematic configuration of the water-proof system of the prefabricated open caisson structure is realized, and the prefabricated open caisson structure has good water-proof and drainage performance.

The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 2, the water-proof and drainage system of the prefabricated open caisson structure of the invention comprises a prefabricated open caisson assembly body which is assembled by prefabricated open caisson assembly components and circumferentially surrounds a well wall, and the water-proof and drainage system is provided with a transverse joint and a vertical joint, and is characterized in that: the open caisson structure also comprises a cast-in-situ secondary lining circumferentially encircling the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembly body, and a bottom sealing concrete layer arranged at the bottom of the cast-in-situ secondary lining, wherein a water collecting pit is formed above the bottom sealing concrete layer; a seam waterproof structure extending along a transverse seam and a vertical seam is arranged between adjacent prefabricated open caisson assembling components, a three-dimensional waterproof and drainage structure is arranged between the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembling body and the cast-in-situ secondary lining, water leaking from the well wall is collected through the three-dimensional waterproof and drainage structure and is converged into a water collecting pit, and a water pumping device for draining the water leaking from the well wall out of the open caisson structure is arranged in the water collecting pit.
Referring to fig. 1, the water leakage of the well wall can be reduced to the greatest extent through the seam waterproof structure, the water leakage of the well wall can be smoothly collected through the three-dimensional water-proof structure and converged to the well bottom water collecting pit, and the water is pumped out of the open caisson structure through the water pumping device, so that systematic configuration of a water-proof system of the prefabricated open caisson structure is realized, and the prefabricated open caisson structure has good water-proof performance.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, the three-dimensional water-proof and drainage structure comprises a three-dimensional blind pipe network, geotechnical cloth 33 and water-proof and drainage plates 34, wherein the three-dimensional blind pipe network is arranged on the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembly. The geotextile 33 and the waterproof and drainage plate 34 are paved between the three-dimensional blind pipe network and the outer wall of the cast-in-situ secondary lining 20 and in the back cover concrete layer 21, and encircle the sections of the cast-in-situ secondary lining 20 and the back cover concrete layer 21.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the three-dimensional blind pipe network is composed of vertical blind pipes 31 arranged along each vertical joint 12 and transverse blind pipes 32 arranged along each transverse joint 11, two ends of each transverse blind pipe 32 are connected with the vertical blind pipes 31 through three-way joints, and the lowest vertical blind pipe 31 is bent and then communicated with the water collecting pit 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the prefabricated open caisson assembly, the inner wall of the lowest prefabricated open caisson assembly 10 is contracted towards the well wall to form a cutting edge 13, the bottom sealing concrete layer 21 is propped against the cutting edge 13 in a step shape, and a water collecting pit 22 is formed at the central part of the bottom sealing concrete layer 21.
Besides the technical measures, the prefabricated open caisson assembly component 10 can also be subjected to self-waterproof measures, such as controlling the alkali content of concrete raw materials, controlling the water-cement ratio of concrete, adding additives such as fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag and the like, reinforcing vibration maintenance, controlling crack development, brushing waterproof paint and the like.
The construction process of the waterproof and drainage system of the prefabricated open caisson structure is as follows:
1. the prefabricated open caisson assembly component 10 is manufactured and transported to the site, assembled on the site, and an elastic sealing gasket 14, a water-swelling rubber 15 and a caulking 16 are arranged along a transverse joint 11 and a vertical joint 12 to form a prefabricated open caisson assembly body, and the weight is sunk to the design elevation;
2. and (3) removing sundries on the inner wall of the prefabricated open caisson assembly, and installing a transverse blind pipe 32 and a vertical blind pipe 31 along the transverse joint 11 and the vertical joint 12 along the prefabricated open caisson assembly. When the vertical blind pipe 31 is installed, a certain length is reserved after the top surface of the bottom sealing concrete layer 21 of the open caisson is bent, and the water collection pit 22 is introduced when the bottom sealing concrete layer 21 is poured. Two ends of the transverse blind pipe 32 are connected with the vertical blind pipe 31 through three-way connectors to form a three-dimensional blind pipe network;
3. geotextile 33 is paved along the transverse and vertical full sections of the open caisson to serve as a buffer protection layer, waterproof and drainage plates 34 are paved on the surface of the geotextile 33, and the waterproof and drainage plates 34 are subjected to lap joint sealing treatment;
4. cast-in-situ secondary lining 20 and back cover concrete layer 21 are constructed by standing a mould, and a water collecting pit 22 is reserved at the top of the back cover concrete layer 21;
5. a water pumping device consisting of a drainage pump 23 and a drainage pipe 24 is arranged in the water collection pit 22, and the water leakage is pumped to the ground surface during operation.
