Abstract
本发明涉及一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,包括进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板,所述生产方法依次包括以下步骤:原料散浆、原料混合、原料打浆、纸机网部成型、脱水干燥、卷取成纸和分切折叠出纸;本发明的优点:由于加入的纤维活性打浆酶来促进纤维吸水润胀和分丝帚化,提高了打浆度,成形后的纸张纵横向拉力比为1.8~2.4,确保原纸在拉伸时抵抗断裂的能力强,不容易断裂,另外,将每一平方内所述纸张的水分控制在7%~7.6%,水分含量最佳,原纸不易产生静电,且原纸抗张强度、柔韧性、耐折度强,不容易发生卷曲、翘边、起皱等现象;实现原纸的高拉力和很好的水溶性要求,既可满足擦干湿手,同时直接丢进马桶或下水道中又不会造成堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法。
背景技术
在当下市场上的擦手纸均为高克重单层擦手纸为主,其使用主要为卫生间、医用等场所,要求产品具有高拉力、高湿强、高耐破等属性,但无法实现像卫生纸一样使用后直接丢弃到下水道中,必须收集到垃圾桶内集中处理。在飞机、高铁上等特殊要求的卫生间内使用起来存在较多不便,同时该类型产品直接丢弃至飞机马桶内,可能造成马桶堵塞,造成设备损坏等情况的出现。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的就是提供一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,解决现有擦手纸使用丢弃后容易导致堵塞的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,包括进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板,所述生产方法依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板分别通过水力碎浆机进行散浆处理形成长纤浆料以及短纤浆料,且散浆过程中加入0.3~0.6ml的纤维活性打浆酶;
步骤二:将步骤一散浆处理的长纤浆料通过盘磨机打浆处理,长纤浆料的打浆度23~26°SR,步骤一散浆处理的短纤浆料通过经过高频疏解机疏解,然后将长纤浆料和短纤浆料混合,所述长纤浆料60~70%%,短纤浆料为30~40%;
步骤三:将步骤二混合后的浆料经精磨机打浆并精准控制打浆度在28~33°SR备纸机抄造使用;
步骤四:将步骤三备好的浆料经过流送段到纸机网部成型,J/W比值设置在0.87~0.93,且成形后的纸张纵横向拉力比为1.8~2.4;
步骤五:将步骤四成型后的纸张经过高速离心脱水和高温干燥处理,且纸张表面起皱控制在-14%~-18%,且每一平方内所述纸张的水分为7%~7.6%;
步骤六:将步骤五处理后的纸张进行卷取成纸,并分切成不同幅宽的盘纸;
步骤七:将两卷步骤六分切后的盘纸分别经过开卷架、各个导辊面层经过上胶机,底层经过装饰性压花辊后,再进入复合压花辊后,再经过纵向分切刀后到N型折叠机折叠出纸,最后经过单包机包装成成品。
优选的,步骤三中精磨机内加入淀粉类增强剂。
优选的,步骤七中的上胶机上涂覆的胶水为食品级复合水溶性胶水。
综上所述,本发明的优点:本发明通过原料散浆、原料混合、原料打浆、纸机网部成型、脱水干燥、卷取成纸和分切折叠出纸的生产方法制备而成的擦手纸,由于采用了进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板为原料,从而以植物提取物为原料,纯木浆原纸为基材,性质温和,原纸手感柔滑且高湿度,产品品质高,由于加入的纤维活性打浆酶来促进纤维吸水润胀和分丝帚化,提高了打浆度,成形后的纸张纵横向拉力比为1.8~2.4,确保原纸在拉伸时抵抗断裂的能力强,不容易断裂,另外,将每一平方内所述纸张的水分控制在7%~7.6%,水分含量最佳,原纸不易产生静电,且原纸抗张强度、柔韧性、耐折度强,不容易发生卷曲、翘边、起皱等现象;实现原纸的高拉力和很好的水溶性要求,既可满足擦干湿手,同时直接丢进马桶或下水道中又不会造成堵塞,实现现有擦手纸的产品升级,满足了特殊环境对擦手纸的使用要求。
具体实施方式
一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,包括进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板,所述生产方法依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板分别通过水力碎浆机进行散浆处理形成长纤浆料以及短纤浆料,且散浆过程中加入0.3~0.6ml的纤维活性打浆酶;
步骤二:将步骤一散浆处理的长纤浆料通过盘磨机打浆处理,长纤浆料的打浆度23~26°SR,步骤一散浆处理的短纤浆料通过经过高频疏解机疏解,然后将长纤浆料和短纤浆料混合,所述长纤浆料60~70%%,短纤浆料为30~40%;
步骤三:将步骤二混合后的浆料经精磨机打浆并精准控制打浆度在28~33°SR备纸机抄造使用;

另外,为实现原纸的快速水溶性,要确保白水系统内无湿强剂残留,控制在串洗系统或停机系统白水完全置换后进行抄造生产,步骤三中精磨机内加入淀粉类增强剂,能提高原纸的干拉力,本实施例中的淀粉类增强剂优选食品级改型木薯淀粉,步骤七中的上胶机上涂覆的胶水为食品级复合水溶性胶水,能提高使用过程中的安全性能,且能避免丢弃后对环境的污染,实现了节能环保的功能,能适应在飞机上的正常使用。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,其特征在于:包括进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板,所述生产方法依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将进口漂白针叶木和阔叶木浆板分别通过水力碎浆机进行散浆处理形成长纤浆料以及短纤浆料,且散浆过程中加入0.3~0.6ml的纤维活性打浆酶;
步骤二:将步骤一散浆处理的长纤浆料通过盘磨机打浆处理,长纤浆料的打浆度23~26°SR,步骤一散浆处理的短纤浆料通过经过高频疏解机疏解,然后将长纤浆料和短纤浆料混合,所述长纤浆料60~70%%,短纤浆料为30~40%;
步骤三:将步骤二混合后的浆料经精磨机打浆并精准控制打浆度在28~33°SR备纸机抄造使用;
步骤四:将步骤三备好的浆料经过流送段到纸机网部成型,J/W比值设置在0.87~0.93,且成形后的纸张纵横向拉力比为1.8~2.4;
步骤五:将步骤四成型后的纸张经过高速离心脱水和高温干燥处理,且纸张表面起皱控制在-14%~-18%,且每一平方内所述纸张的水分为7%~7.6%;
步骤六:将步骤五处理后的纸张进行卷取成纸,并分切成不同幅宽的盘纸;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤三中精磨机内加入淀粉类增强剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯木浆双层可溶擦手纸的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤七中的上胶机上涂覆的胶水为食品级复合水溶性胶水。
