可选配料式瓶盖属于饮料的包装领域，尤其是自主配料式饮料，该装置的主要原理是在瓶盖内部设立多个配料腔，配料腔锯齿以及外螺纹，该装置结构简单，易于制造，降低生产成本，多腔体，起到了存储配料的功能，配料选配多样化且配料落入瓶中更加顺畅，使用过程中保证瓶身的干净清洁。

本发明涉及一种新型饮料的包装，尤其是自主配料式饮料
背景技术
目前，常见的功能性饮料，如维他命功能饮料，维他命等营养物质一旦溶解于水就会逐渐丧失自身的营养，直至完全消失。也就是说，消费者所喝的所谓功能性饮料或许并不能够给消费者带去任何的功能，若将需要添加进水中的维他命及其他营养物质的粉末储存在瓶口的一个密封槽里，以保持这些物质干燥，不丢失营养成分。市场上有这样的“锁住营养”的饮料瓶(www.patent-cn.com/2007/04/04/1526.shtml) 当消费者真正需要喝的时候，只需要按下瓶口的一个“按钮”，粉末才会被推出并溶解在饮料中，它的原理是使用者按下“按钮”后，内部的营养物质受到挤压后撑破瓶盖下端的密封膜，进入瓶子内部，形成饮料。这样就能够最大程度的减少营养成分的流失。但是，此饮料瓶设计结构复杂，大大增加了制造成本，且功能单一，不能提供给消费者口味的多样化。而市场上一般的包装瓶盖不具备保存营养物质的功能，而且因为瓶身采用外螺纹，导致使用者使用完后残留在外螺纹里的饮料留到瓶身，影响瓶身干净清洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服传统瓶盖不具备存储营养物质的功能，和现有技术的结构复杂，制造成本高，口味单一的缺点，提供了一种可选配料式瓶盖，该瓶盖结构简单，易于制造，能使营养成分更加顺畅地落入瓶中，且可以提供给消费者多种口味的选择以及保证使用过程产品的清洁，和饮料制造商对饮料特殊成分的多样化配比。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：圆形瓶盖里设有三个配料腔通孔，通孔呈顶角为120°的扇形，每个配料腔通孔下端通孔沿上有封口膜。三个存放配料的配料腔分别配合在配料腔通孔内。所述的配料腔下端沿着腔沿为一圈锯齿结构，上端与瓶盖顶平齐。使用者在从瓶盖顶部按下配料腔时，为了防止配料腔顺着通孔落入瓶中，三个配料腔通孔内表面凸起的键配合在配料腔外表面内凹的键槽内，键与键槽就起到约束的作用。所述的锯齿结构外侧与配料腔外表面在同一曲面，内测为倒角，锯齿顶端与封口膜接触。使用者按下配料腔后，其底部的锯齿沿着通孔壁面切割通孔底部的封口膜，使配料顺利的落入瓶中。为防止被切割开的膜落入瓶中，在键槽下端不设锯齿结构，保证了封口膜在切开后，键槽下端部分的膜仍连接着整片膜留在通孔沿上。配料腔通孔内有起到限位作用的半圆形凸起，保证了配料腔只能自上而下的运动，也保证了配料腔内的密封性。瓶盖的外螺纹和瓶身的内螺纹使得残留在螺纹中的饮品流入瓶中而不是瓶身外。
本发明的有益效果是，可选配料式瓶盖结构简单，易于制造，起到了存储配料的功能，多腔体，配料选配多样化且配料落入瓶中更加顺畅。使用过程中保证瓶身的干净清洁。

具体实施方式
饮品生产厂家将固体配方成分置入配料腔内，配料放置好后，在每个通孔底部压上封口膜。配料腔的壁厚为0.6mm至0.8mm，配料腔通孔之间壁厚为1.6mm至2.0mm，瓶盖外壁厚度为2.0mm至2.4mm，以保证材料的节省，也保证了配料腔的容积，降低制造成本。消费者在使用时，从瓶盖上方按下配料腔，配料腔通过圆形瓶盖架配料腔通孔内的半圆形凸起与配料腔外表面半圆形槽配合，起到限位作用，保证了配料腔的单向运动，配料腔受到压力后，其底部的锯齿与封口膜接触，锯齿尖端在封口膜上的压强逐渐增大，最终刺破封口膜，配料落入瓶中。配料腔被按下一段距离后，三个配料腔通孔内表面凸起的键配合在配料腔外表面内凹的键槽内，键与键槽就起到约束的作用，阻止了配料腔的继续下落，键槽长度为配料腔外表面高度的三分之二，键的高度为配料腔外表面高度的四分之一且靠近封口膜，键的长度为料腔外表面高度的十分之一。配料腔外表面的键槽延伸至配料腔底部，封口膜在刺破后，键槽就保证了其下端的封口膜不被刺破，不被刺破的封口膜仍连接着脱离盖沿的封口膜，保证了封口膜被刺破后不落入瓶中。
可选配料式瓶盖与瓶身的连接通过螺纹旋和，瓶盖为外螺纹，瓶身为内螺纹，消费者在饮用饮品后，瓶身的内螺纹保证了螺纹之间残留的饮品流入瓶内而不是瓶身外，保证了瓶身的清洁。

1.一种可选配料式瓶盖，通过螺纹副与瓶身旋和，密封瓶身，其特征是：圆形瓶盖里设有三个配料腔通孔，配料腔在配料腔通孔内，每个配料腔通孔下端有封口膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可选配料式瓶盖，其特征是：配料腔通孔内表面凸起的键在配料腔外表面内凹的键槽内，配料腔通孔内的半圆形凸起与配料腔外表面半圆形槽配合，配料腔下端与封口膜接触，上端与瓶盖顶平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可选配料式瓶盖，其特征是：所述的配料腔下端沿着腔沿为一圈锯齿结构，在键槽下端不设锯齿结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可选配料式瓶盖，其特征是：所述的锯齿结构外侧与配料腔外表面在同一曲面，内测为倒角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可选配料式瓶盖，其特征是：可选配料式瓶盖为外螺纹，与之配合的瓶身为内螺。
