Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体式储物式瓶盖,它包含瓶盖本体、储物仓、半球形凸起、开口器及铝箔封口膜;所述的储物仓设在瓶盖本体的内侧;储物仓的上端与瓶盖本体一体式连接;储物仓的底端开口;储物仓的底端延伸至瓶盖本体的底端下方;储物仓与瓶盖本体之间设有装配间隙;半球形凸起设在储物仓的上端;开口器设在储物仓的内侧;开口器的上端与半球形凸起一体式连接;开口器的长度略小于储物仓的长度;铝箔封口膜热封连接在储物仓的底部;本发明通过储物仓来储存粉状、颗粒状物料或液体状物料,在食用或饮用时,按压瓶盖上方的半球形凸起开启物料仓将物料注入瓶体内和液体混合溶解,不需要添加防腐剂,即可得到无任何防腐剂的健康便捷饮品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶盖,具体涉及一种一体式储物式瓶盖。
背景技术
食品安全关系到每个人,网络上每天都可以看到不健康的饮料如何吞噬着大家的健康。目前市场上的功能性饮料均是在出厂前勾兑好,为了能够保存较长时间,需要在饮料中添加适当的防腐剂。众所周知,添加防腐剂的食品不是很健康的纯天然食品。在各种益生菌饮品中,为了保持里面益生菌的活性,通常采取低温运输,低温储藏销售的方式。这样的方式无疑是增加了销售成本;若长时间遇光线照射极易改变性状的叶绿素、叶黄素及其它可食用的物品。
现在市场上常用的瓶盖,无论是矿泉水瓶盖,还是多功能饮料瓶盖,大都只有密封的功能,即只能防止液体从瓶中漏出,也防止空气和灰尘进入到饮料瓶中,功能相对单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、使用方便的一体式储物式瓶盖。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含瓶盖本体、储物仓、半球形凸起、开口器及铝箔封口膜;所述的储物仓设在瓶盖本体的内侧;储物仓的上端与瓶盖本体一体式连接;储物仓的底端开口;储物仓的底端延伸至瓶盖本体的底端下方;储物仓与瓶盖本体之间设有装配间隙;半球形凸起设在储物仓的上端;开口器设在储物仓的内侧;开口器的上端与半球形凸起连接;开口器的长度略小于储物仓的长度;铝箔封口膜热封连接在储物仓的底部;
进一步地,所述的瓶盖本体、储物仓、半球形凸起、开口器一体成型;
进一步地,所述的半球形凸起为薄壁式按压部;半球形凸起的壁厚小于瓶盖本体的壁厚;
进一步地,所述的瓶盖本体的外壁上设有防滑纹;瓶盖本体的内壁上设有用于与瓶体口旋紧的内螺纹;
进一步地,所述的储物仓采用圆柱体或多边体空腔;
进一步地,所述的开口器采用3/4圆形结构;开口器的半径略小于储物仓的半径;开口器的顶端通过若干根连接柱与半球形凸起一体式连接;开口器的末端设有锯齿结构;
进一步地,所述的开孔器从上向下逐渐向外倾斜张开。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,通过储物仓来储存粉状、颗粒状物料或液体状物料,在食用或饮用时,按压瓶盖上方的半球形凸起开启储物仓,将物料注入瓶体内和液体溶解勾兑;便于物料与液体在饮用前分开储存,不需要添加防腐剂,即可延长饮品的保质期,得到无任何防腐剂的健康便捷饮品,且结构简单、设置合理,又可降低生产成本和销售成本。

下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
参看图1、图2所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含瓶盖本体3、储物仓2、半球形凸起4、开口器1及铝箔封口膜5;所述的瓶盖本体3、储物仓2、半球形凸起4、开口器1一体成型;储物仓2设在瓶盖本体3的内侧;储物仓2采用圆柱体空腔;储物仓2的上端与瓶盖本体3一体式连接;储物仓2的底端开口;储物仓2的底端延伸至瓶盖本体3的底端下方;储物仓2与瓶盖本体3之间设有装配间隙;半球形凸起4设在储物仓2的上端;半球形凸起4的壁厚小于瓶盖本体3的壁厚,采用薄壁结构,便于按压;开口器1设在储物仓2的内侧;开口器1的上端与半球形凸起4一体式连接;开口器1的长度略小于储物仓2的长度;铝箔封口膜5热封连接在储物仓2的底部;瓶盖本体3的外壁上设有防滑纹3-1;瓶盖本体3的内壁上设有用于与瓶体口旋紧的内螺纹3-2;
所述的开口器1采用3/4圆形结构,也可采用半圆或整圆结构;开口器1的半径略小于储物仓2的半径;开口器1的顶端通过若干根连接柱1-1与半球形凸起4一体式连接,连接柱1-1的设置可有效减小开口器1的体积,增大储物仓2的有效容积;开口器1的末端设有锯齿结构1-2;开孔器1从上向下逐渐向外倾斜张开,使开孔器的锯齿端尽量靠近储物仓2的内壁。由于铝箔封口膜5受到向下的压力时,会产生变形,本具体实施方式中开孔器1下压后可近距离贴近铝箔封口膜5与储物仓2的粘接处,有效减小按压时铝箔封口膜5形变形开孔的影响,便于打开铝箔封口膜5。
本具体实施方式中,一体式储物式瓶盖旋紧在矿泉水或饮料瓶口;储物仓2内可真空储存水果粉、蔬菜粉、咖啡粉、茶叶、茶粉、益生菌粉、叶绿素粉、粉状功能性保健品、粉状药物、颗粒状食品、颗粒状药品、颗粒状功能性保健品、浓缩的液体食品、浓缩液体功能性保健品、浓缩液体药品等;
使用时,按压瓶盖本体3顶部的半球形凸起4,带动储物仓2内的开口器1下压,将储物仓2底部的铝箔封口膜5破坏打开,储物仓2里面的物料直接注入瓶子液体中混合、溶解,旋转瓶盖本体3,将一体式储物式瓶盖拧下瓶体,即可饮用。
本具体实施方式便于物料与水在饮用前分别储存,不添加任何防腐剂,即可得到无任何防腐剂的健康便捷饮品,既简单方便,又降低生产成本和销售成本。

1.一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于它包含瓶盖本体、储物仓、半球形凸起、开口器及铝箔封口膜;所述的储物仓设在瓶盖本体的内侧;储物仓的上端与瓶盖本体一体式连接;储物仓的底端开口;储物仓的底端延伸至瓶盖本体的底端下方;储物仓与瓶盖本体之间设有装配间隙;半球形凸起设在储物仓的上端;开口器设在储物仓的内侧;开口器的上端与半球形凸起连接;开口器的长度略小于储物仓的长度;铝箔封口膜热封连接在储物仓的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的瓶盖本体、储物仓、半球形凸起、开口器一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的半球形凸起为薄壁式按压部;半球形凸起的壁厚小于瓶盖本体的壁厚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的瓶盖本体的外壁上设有防滑纹;瓶盖本体的内壁上设有用于与瓶体口旋紧的内螺纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的储物仓采用圆柱体或多边体空腔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的开口器采用3/4圆形结构;开口器的半径略小于储物仓的半径;开口器的顶端通过若干根连接柱与半球形凸起一体式连接;开口器的末端设有锯齿结构。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种一体式储物式瓶盖,其特征在于所述的开孔器从上向下逐渐向外倾斜张开。
