Therefore, a large amount of fertilizer can be prevented from being discharged all the time and falling into the soil hole.
When the cylinder 91 moves downwards, the cylinder 91 further drives the movable rod 12 to move downwards through the second sliding hole 11, the movable rod 12 moves downwards to drive the scraping plate 14 to move downwards, the scraping plate 14 moves downwards to scrape off soil remaining on the shovel 8, and the scraping plate 14 is always in contact with the shovel 8 under the action of the third spring 13.
