Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积快速制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:(1)对织物表面进行适当前处理,使之具有适当的亲水性;(2)将胶体纳米微球、吸光剂、光固化固着剂和水混合后组成液态光子晶体色浆;(3)采用外力诱导方式将上述液态光子晶体色浆均匀涂覆到织物表面,预结晶的液态光子晶体在外力诱导下进一步自组装,在织物表面形成连续大面积、高度有序的单晶态光子晶体薄膜结构;(4)将涂覆后的织物立即进行光辐照固化处理。本发明通过将高体积分数的胶体纳米微球预聚形成多晶液态光子晶体,并借助于外力的诱导作用使其在纺织基材表面进一步自组装规整排列,从而快速形成大面积的光子晶体结构色膜层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构色光子晶体的制备方法,特别涉及一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积快速制备方法,属于纺织品涂层的制备领域。
背景技术
光子晶体是一种具有周期性介电结构的纳米材料,其最基本的性质是具有光子禁带。当其光子禁带落在可见光范围内时,与禁带相应波长的可见光不能通过该光子晶体结构而被选择性地反射出来,进而在周期性排列的光子晶体表面形成相干衍射。相长干涉的反射光刺激人眼,进而产生特定的结构色视觉效果。目前,胶体纳米微球自组装(包括重力沉降、垂直沉积、电泳沉积)是构筑有序光子晶体结构的主要手段,但此类方法耗时较长,往往需要几十小时,而且无法实现光子晶体的大面积批量制备,极大地限制了结构色光子晶体的实际应用。
为了解决上述结构色光子晶体制备耗时长、难以大面积制备等问题,近年来国内外相关研究者开发了喷墨打印技术(Cui L, Li Y, Wang J, et al. Fabrication oflarge-area patterned photonic crystals by ink-jet printing [J]. Nature communications, 2016, 7: ncomms11661.)等技术制备结构色光子晶体,但其加工过程需要特殊的加工设备,且不利于结构色光子晶体直接在纺织品表面的制备。因此,发展一种适合于在纺织基材表面大面积快速制备光子晶体结构色涂层的方法对于推动纺织品生态着色技术的开发以及光子晶体结构生色技术的实际应用具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积快速制备方法,通过配制一种具有多晶态的液态光子晶体色浆,并通过外力诱导的作用将其均匀涂覆到织物的表面,快速形成大面积、高度有序的单晶态光子晶体薄膜结构,此方法简单、高效,可在短时间内实现结构色光子晶体的大面积、规模化制备,并能利用现有的纺织品染整加工设备进行加工。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积快速制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对织物表面进行适当前处理,使之具有适当的亲水性;
(2)将胶体纳米微球、吸光剂、光固化固着剂和水混合后组成液态光子晶体色浆;所述液态光子晶体色浆中,胶体纳米微球的体积分数为30~60 %,吸光剂的质量分数为0.1 %~10 %,光固化固着剂的质量分数为1 %~10 %,余量为水;
(3)采用外力诱导方式将上述液态光子晶体色浆均匀涂覆到织物表面,预结晶的液态光子晶体在外力诱导下进一步自组装,在织物表面形成连续大面积、高度有序的单晶态光子晶体薄膜结构;
(4)将涂覆后的织物立即进行光辐照固化处理。
本发明所提供的光子晶体结构色涂层的制备方法,所配制的液态光子晶体色浆中,纳米微球的体积分数较高,因而已在溶剂中过饱和析出形成了多晶态的光子晶体结构,当借助一定的外力作用将其在织物表面诱导排列时,多晶态的光子晶体结构在外力诱导下进一步迅速组装,由多晶态迅速转变为完全有序的单晶态,从而快速形成大面积光子晶体结构色膜层。吸光剂及光固化固着剂的引入可分别增强纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色的饱和度和色牢度。
该方法解决了常规浸渍自组装法制备光子晶体涂层时难以大面积制备及耗时长的难题,具有操作简便、快速制备、普适性好、成本低廉等特点。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,所述织物为天然纤维或合成纤维中的一种或其中几种的混纺织物,天然纤维包括棉、麻、丝或毛,合成纤维包括涤纶、锦纶、氨纶、丙纶、腈纶、聚乳酸或碳纤维。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,润湿性较差的合成纤维纺织品可通过等离子体表面处理获得一定的润湿性(表面的静态接触角为0~80°)。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述胶体纳米微球为聚苯乙烯(PSt)微球、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球、聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸)(P(St-MAA))微球、聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸)(P(St-AA))微球、聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯)(P(St-MMA-BA))微球、二氧化硅(SiO2)微球中的任意一种。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述胶体纳米微球的粒径为150~350nm,球形度良好,单分散指数小于0.1。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述多晶态的液态光子晶体色浆中胶体纳米微球的体积分数为40~50 %。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,所述吸光剂为黑色分散染料或纳米炭黑等黑色物质,所述加入的吸光剂的质量分数为1 %~5 %。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,光固化固着剂为水溶性单体和光引发剂的混合物,其中水溶性单体为丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或几种;引发剂为二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦、2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮、4-二甲胺基-苯甲酸乙酯、樟脑醌光引发剂中的一种。进一步优选的是,所述水溶性单体:光引发剂的质量比为1:0.005~1:0.1。
作为优选,步骤(3)中,外力诱导的方法为手工刮印、磁棒刮印、手工或机械刮涂等方式。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过对胶体微球分散液的高度浓缩,纳米微球在溶剂中过饱和析出,在重力、静电斥力及自身引力的平衡作用下进行一定程度的预结晶,以形成多晶的亚稳态光子晶体色浆;
2、本发明通过外力诱导作用,使多晶的亚稳态光子晶体色浆迅速在基材的表面均匀铺展并组装形成完全有序的大面积单晶光子晶体结构色膜层;在色浆中加入少量吸光剂,可以吸收光子晶体禁带外的杂光,大大增强结构色的饱和度;
3、本发明通过固着剂的加入及辐照固化处理可增强光子晶体中微球间的连接及光子晶体结构与基底间的连接,从而增强所制备的光子晶体结构的稳定性和结构色的耐久性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)将一块50×100 cm的涤纶织物放入气体压强为60 Pa,功率为80W的氧等离子体中处理120 s,使其表面润湿性提高,有利于色浆的均匀铺展。
(2)将粒径为230 nm的PSt微球与纳米炭黑及光固化固着剂(丙烯酸羟乙酯、二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦)按比例超声混合均匀,组成多晶液态光子晶体色浆,其中纳米微球的体积分数为50%,纳米炭黑的用量为5 wt%,光固化固着剂的用量为2 wt%,其中丙烯酸羟乙酯与二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的质量比为1:0.03。
(3)将光子晶体色浆施加于经等离子体表面处理的织物基材表面,采用磁棒进行刮印,诱导预结晶的亚稳态光子晶体在织物表面排列形成大面积的光子晶体结构;
(4)将磁棒刮印诱导自组装后的光子晶体结构生色织物迅速置于中心波长为365 nm,功率为50 W的紫外光固化灯下固化3 min,即可得到具有高饱和度和高色牢度的光子晶体结构色涂层。
实施例1所制备的光子晶体色浆的光学照片如图1所示,可以看到光子晶体色浆呈现明显的结构色效果,说明纳米微球在液体中已经排列形成了光子晶体结构;制得的光子晶体结构色涂层织物见图3,可以看到织物表面的结构色涂层呈现鲜艳明亮的结构色效果。
实施例2
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)将一块50×100cm的碳纤维织物放入气体压强为60 Pa,功率为80W的氧等离子体中处理120 s,使其表面亲水化。
(2)将粒径为280 nm的PSt微球与黑色分散染料及光固化固着剂(丙烯酸乙酯、二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦)按比例超声混合均匀,组成多晶液态光子晶体色浆,其中纳米微球的体积分数为30%,黑色分散染料的用量为0.1 wt%,光固化固着剂的用量为10 wt%,其中丙烯酸乙酯与二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的质量比为1:0.05。
(3)与实施例1同;
(4)与实施例1同。
实施例3
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)准备一块50×100 cm的棉纤维织物。
(2) 将粒径为300 nm的PMMA微球与纳米炭黑及光固化固着剂(丙烯酸丁酯、2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮)按比例超声混合均匀,组成多晶液态光子晶体色浆,其中纳米微球的体积分数为40%,纳米炭黑的用量为10 wt%,光固化固着剂的用量为5 wt%,其中丙烯酸乙酯与二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦的质量比为1:0.005。
(3)将光子晶体色浆施加于棉织物表面,采用刮刀进行手工刮印,诱导预结晶的亚稳态光子晶体在织物表面排列形成大面积的光子晶体结构;
(4)与实施例1同。
实施例3所快速制备而得的光子晶体结构色涂层织物见图4,可以看到织物表面的结构色涂层呈现鲜艳明亮的红色的结构色效果。
实施例4
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)与实施例1同。
(2)将粒径为350 nm的SiO2微球与纳米炭黑及光固化固着剂(丙烯酸羟乙酯、4-二甲胺基-苯甲酸乙酯)按比例超声混合均匀,组成多晶液态光子晶体色浆,其中纳米微球的体积分数为60%,纳米炭黑的用量为1 wt%,光固化固着剂的用量为10 wt%,其中丙烯酸羟乙酯与4-二甲胺基-苯甲酸乙酯的质量比为1:0.1。
(3)与实施例1同;
(4)与实施例1同。
实施例4经磁棒刮印在织物表面所得的光子晶体结构见图2,可以看到所得的光子晶体结构呈现大面积的有序排列。
实施例5
一种纺织品表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)与实施例1同。
(2)将粒径为150 nm的P(St-MAA)微球配成体积分数为50 wt%的胶体分散液,将其与纳米炭黑及光固化固着剂(丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、樟脑醌)按比例超声混合均匀,组成多晶液态光子晶体色浆,其中纳米炭黑的用量为1 wt%,光固化固着剂的用量为5 wt%,其中丙烯酸羟乙酯:丙烯酸丁酯:樟脑醌的质量比为1:1:0.2。
(3)将光子晶体色浆施加于经等离子体表面处理的织物基材表面,采用磁棒进行刮印,诱导预结晶的亚稳态光子晶体在织物表面排列形成大面积的光子晶体结构,
(4)将刮印诱导自组装后的光子晶体结构生色织物迅速置于中心波长为420 nm,功率为100 W的蓝光固化灯下固化5 min,即可得到具有高饱和度和高色牢度的光子晶体结构色涂层。
实施例6
一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积、快速制备方法,该方法具体步骤是:
(1)与实施例1同。
(2)与实施例1同。
(3)将光子晶体色浆施加于经等离子体表面处理的织物基材表面,采用机械刮涂法进行刮印,诱导有预结晶的亚稳态光子晶体在织物表面排列形成大面积的光子晶体结构;
(4)与实施例1同。
五种光子晶体结构色涂层的反射率光谱见图5,说明本发明的方法所制备的光子晶体结构色具有较强的禁带强度。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (10)

1.一种纺织基材表面光子晶体结构色涂层的大面积快速制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对织物表面进行适当前处理,使之具有适当的亲水性;
(2)将胶体纳米微球、吸光剂、光固化固着剂和水混合后组成液态光子晶体色浆;所述液态光子晶体色浆中,胶体纳米微球的体积分数为30~60 %,吸光剂的质量分数为0.1 %~10 %,光固化固着剂的质量分数为1 %~10 %,余量为水;
(3)采用外力诱导方式将上述液态光子晶体色浆均匀涂覆到织物表面,预结晶的液态光子晶体在外力诱导下进一步自组装,在织物表面形成连续大面积、高度有序的单晶态光子晶体薄膜结构;
(4)将涂覆后的织物立即进行光辐照固化处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述织物为天然纤维或合成纤维中的一种或其中几种的混纺织物,天然纤维包括棉、麻、丝或毛,合成纤维包括涤纶、锦纶、氨纶、丙纶、腈纶、聚乳酸或碳纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述织物的水静态接触角为0~80°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述胶体纳米微球为聚苯乙烯(PSt)微球、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球、聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸)(P(St-MAA))微球、聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸)(P(St-AA))微球、聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯)(P(St-MMA-BA))微球、二氧化硅(SiO2)微球中的任意一种。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:胶体纳米微球的直径为150~350nm,球形度良好,单分散指数小于0.1。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述液态光子晶体色浆中胶体纳米微球的体积分数为40~50 %。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述吸光剂为黑色分散染料或纳米炭黑等黑色物质,所述加入的吸光剂的质量分数为1 %~5 %。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,光固化固着剂为水溶性单体和光引发剂的混合物,其中水溶性单体为丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或几种;引发剂为二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦、2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮、4-二甲胺基-苯甲酸乙酯、樟脑醌光引发剂中的一种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,光固化固着剂中,水溶性单体:光引发剂的质量比为1:0.005~1:0.1。
10.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,外力诱导的方法为手工刮印、磁棒刮印、手工或机械刮涂。
