Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fabric structure according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. The textile construction 10 according to the invention comprises: an outer fabric layer 12, an inner fabric layer 14, and a middle fabric layer 16. The middle fabric layer 16 is disposed between the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14 and is interwoven with the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14, respectively, to present a wave-like fabric portion 160. In the relative position of fig. 1, the top of the fabric portion 160 is interwoven with the outer fabric layer 12, and the bottom of the fabric portion 160 is interwoven with the inner fabric layer 14, such that the three-layer fabric structure 10 forms a sandwich fabric. It is noted that the terms "top" and "bottom" are used herein with reference to the relative spatial relationship between the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the outer fabric layer 12 is woven from yarn material, which may be Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) fibers, Polyester (Polyester) fibers, Nylon (Nylon) fibers, Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fibers, other similar fibers, or any combination thereof. Further, the intermediate fabric layer 16 may be monofilament (or multifilament) fibers, such as Polyethylene Terephthalate (or PET), Polyester (Polyester), Nylon (Nylon), Polyurethane (Polyurethane), other similar fibers, or any combination thereof. In addition, the inner fabric layer 14 may be woven from a yarn material, which may be a Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) fiber, a Polyester (Polyester) fiber, a Nylon (Nylon) fiber, a Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fiber, other similar fibers, or any combination thereof; if it is desired to have the inner fabric layer 14 tacky (Sticky), it may be substantially comprised of Nylon (Nylon) fibers, Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fibers, or inherently tacky (inrinsically) fibers.
In embodiments of the present invention, the outer and inner fabric layers 12, 14 may be woven in a weft knitting process (warp knitting process) or warp knitting process (warp knitting process); further, circular knitting methods, such as weft knitting, may be used to produce the novel fabric structures according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the middle fabric layer 16 of the present embodiment is interwoven between the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14 as a spacer fabric layer, and is formed into a sandwich-like structure, such that the fabric produced by the three-dimensional weaving method, also known as a sandwich fabric, has a corrugated appearance. The wave-like fabric portion 160 is used to construct the middle fabric layer 16 and may be a monofilament or multifilament fiber.
In accordance with the present invention, at least one of the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14 is divided into dense and sparse regions. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the outer fabric layer 12 is arranged to be divided into relatively dense regions 20 and relatively sparse regions 22. As shown, the outer fabric layer 12 is woven from yarns, for example, and the yarn density of the outer fabric layer 12 in the relatively dense areas 20 is different from and greater than the yarn density of the outer fabric layer 12 in the relatively sparse areas 22, so that the outer fabric layer 12 exhibits patterns (patterns) including, but not limited to, patterns, logos, decorative designs, etc., due to the density variation.
Also, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, inner fabric layer 14 is preferably formed by knitting yarns. According to the present invention, the yarn color of the inner fabric layer 14 is different from the yarn color of the outer fabric layer 12, so that the outer fabric layer 12 and the inner fabric layer 14 have different colors, and if viewed from the side of the outer fabric layer 12, the color of the inner fabric layer 14 can partially penetrate through the wave-like fabric portion 160 of the middle fabric layer 16 and the relatively sparse region 22 of the outer fabric layer 12, in other words, the color of the inner fabric layer 14 can be partially displayed by being pulled out, thereby matching the colors of the outer fabric layer 12 and the middle fabric layer 16, and having a variety of color variations viewed from the side of the outer fabric layer 12. If the cloth is applied to clothes such as corsets or clothes, various visual and aesthetic effects can be presented.
In addition, if the inner fabric layer 14 is substantially made of Nylon (Nylon) fibers, Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fibers, or other materials with intrinsic adhesiveness, the inner fabric layer 14 containing Nylon (Nylon) fibers, Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fibers, or a combination thereof may have better extensibility, elasticity, slightly adhesiveness, and anti-slip properties. If the fibrous structure 10 is applied to manufacture a corset, the inner fabric layer 14 is attached to the wearer's skin and can be applied to the part of the garment to be contacted with the inner fabric layer slightly without slipping, so as to solve the problem that the conventional corset made of anti-slip material often causes the wearer to have the trouble of slipping and shifting of the corset.
An example of the application of the fibrous structure 10 shown in fig. 1 to the manufacture of a brassiere is shown in fig. 2. Thus, the wavelike intermediate fabric layer 16 provides better moisture penetration (i.e., heat dissipation) results. The inner fabric layer 14 is made of Nylon (Nylon) fiber, Polyurethane (Polyurethane) fiber or other materials with inherent adhesiveness, so as to provide better extensibility and moderate adhesiveness, and prevent the clothes from slipping when the inner fabric layer 14 with adhesiveness is applied to the clothes to be close to the skin of the wearer. In addition, the color variation, dense/sparse area configuration according to the present invention provides a viewer with more varied visual and aesthetic effects for garments made using the fabric structure 10 of the present invention.
Although the present invention has been described in terms of the preferred embodiments according to the present invention as described above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented. There are, of course, many other embodiments of the invention and those skilled in the art will recognize that changes and modifications may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
