Abstract
The inventor provides a production method of a weft-knitted three-color jacquard fabric, wherein a grey cloth of the weft-knitted three-color jacquard fabric comprises an upper surface, a middle layer and a lower surface; the lower surface is woven by adopting first yarns and second yarns in a mixed mode, and comprises a first yarn area, a second yarn area and a mixed yarn area to form three different areas; circularly weaving by adopting an 8-stitch loop of a weft-knitted double-sided jacquard machine, and carrying out computer jacquard; the dial needles adopt a 12-row needle arrangement mode; the needle cylinder needle adopts a 11 needle arrangement mode; the dial is arranged in a triangular mode as follows: U-V-U-V-E dyeing the grey cloth to form different colors in three different areas and obtain three-color weft-knitted jacquard fabric with three colors on the lower surface. The weft knitting three-color jacquard fabric with the thickness is woven by the technical scheme, the sandwich structure is combined with the single-layer jacquard, the color of the fabric is changed after dyeing, and the fabric has the heavy feeling and simultaneously realizes low gram weight.

Background
The three-color jacquard fabric is a high-grade garment fabric with gorgeous colors and changeable patterns. The three-color jacquard fabric in the prior art has the problems of light weight, no thickness sense and unsuitability for autumn and winter clothing. If the yarn with the high D value is adopted for high-density weaving, the requirements of thickness feeling and gram weight are met, but the problem that the unit price is high and the yarn is not suitable for mass consumption exists.
Disclosure of Invention

The following is a detailed description of the production method of the weft-knitted tricolor jacquard fabric according to the first aspect of the invention and the weft-knitted tricolor jacquard fabric according to the second aspect.

Circularly weaving by adopting a weft knitting double-sided jacquard machine with 8 needle paths, and carrying out computer jacquard; the jacquard type is 34' 28G 72G. In this embodiment, the first yarn is polyester and the second yarn is cotton. In other embodiments, yarns made of materials such as nylon, hemp, wool and the like can be used in combination with different specific dyes.
In the weaving process, the 2 and 6 paths of dial needles are all out, and the 2 and 6 paths of cylinder needles do not participate in the work.
And the No. 2 and No. 6 paths adopt 150D terylene mixed with 30D spandex to form a loop on the upper surface.
And the 3 rd path and the 7 th path are weaved on the lower surface by adopting 75D terylene and 20D spandex and the 4 th path and the 8 th path to form loop, and the 4 th path and the 8 th path are formed on the lower surface by adopting cotton yarn to form floating thread and loop.
The 1 st and 5 th ways adopt 50D polyester fish silk to be tucked in the middle layer, the upper surface and the lower surface of the grey cloth are connected, and meanwhile, the function of an air layer is achieved, so that the heat retention property can be improved.
The woven weft-knitted three-color jacquard fabric grey cloth combines a sandwich and a single-layer jacquard, and comprises an upper surface, a middle layer and a lower surface, wherein the lower surface is the front surface of cloth, and comprises a cotton yarn area, a terylene area and a cotton yarn and terylene mixed area, and the front surface of the grey cloth shows the technical effect of three colors after dyeing cotton yarns and terylene by using specific dye. Meanwhile, the fabric is of a sandwich structure, has a certain thickness and is light in gram number. After dyeing, the change of the fabric color is realized, the fabric has a heavy feeling, and the low gram weight is realized. Printing after weaving is avoided, working procedures are saved, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
