一种绝缘胶带及其制备方法,它涉及胶带技术领域,具体涉及一种绝缘胶带及其制备方法。它包含基层、粘合剂层,所述基层材质为PVC薄膜,其厚度为1mm‑1.5mm,所述粘合剂层厚度为0.3mm‑0.8mm;所述PVC薄膜由以下原料按照重量份制成:聚氯乙烯树脂75‑100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂40‑50份、丙烯酸树脂45‑44份、增塑剂45‑55份、亚磷酸钙2‑4份、草酸锌4‑8份;所述粘合剂层由以下原料按照重量份制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40‑50份、环氧树脂20‑25份、聚碳酸脂20‑25份、气相白炭黑8‑10份、甲基硅油2‑5份、硅硼增粘剂7‑10份、石英粉0.5‑1.0份、滑石粉0.5‑1.0份、碳酸钙0.2‑0.3份、硅酸钡0.2‑0.3份。采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它成本低廉,粘性好,具有良好的耐腐蚀性、绝缘性,使用寿命长,有效保障安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体涉及一种绝缘胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶带按他的功效可分为:高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带,不同的功效适合不同的行业需求。胶带表面上涂有一层粘着剂,才能令胶带粘住物品,最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物,在十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份;而现代则广泛使用各种聚合物。绝缘胶带专指电工使用的用于防止漏电,起绝缘作用的胶带。又称绝缘胶布,胶布带,由基带和压敏胶层组成。基带一般采用棉布、合成纤维织物和塑料薄膜等,胶层由橡胶加增黏树脂等配合剂制成,黏性好,绝缘性能优良。绝缘胶带具有良好的绝缘耐压、阻燃、耐候等特性,适用于电线接驳、电气绝缘、隔热防护等特点。
绝缘胶带一般由基带和压敏胶层组成。基带一般采用棉布、合成纤维织物和塑料薄膜等,胶层由橡胶加增黏树脂等配合剂制成,黏性好,绝缘性能优良。
目前的绝缘胶带除了要有绝缘的效果,还需要有耐热、防腐蚀的效果。传统的绝缘胶带主要采用沥青基胶粘剂,随着时间的流逝,粘剂的粘结强度逐渐降低,耐久性较差,绝缘胶带在阳光下长时间的暴晒,或者被海水、河水的侵蚀,容易老化而失去绝缘的功能,绝缘胶带寿命低对使用者会造成严重的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种绝缘胶带及其制备方法,它能解决目前绝缘胶带耐久性较差,容易老化失去绝缘的功能的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含基层、粘合剂层,所述基层材质为PVC薄膜,其厚度为1mm-1.5mm,所述粘合剂层厚度为0.3mm-0.8mm;所述PVC薄膜由以下原料按照重量份制成:聚氯乙烯树脂75-100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂40-50份、丙烯酸树脂45-44份、增塑剂45-55份、亚磷酸钙2-4份、草酸锌4-8份;所述粘合剂层由以下原料按照重量份制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40-50份、环氧树脂20-25份、聚碳酸脂20-25份、气相白炭黑8-10份、甲基硅油2-5份、硅硼增粘剂7-10份、石英粉0.5-1.0份、滑石粉0.5-1.0份、碳酸钙0.2-0.3份、硅酸钡0.2-0.3份。
所述亚磷酸钙与草酸锌的质量比为1:2。
所述气相白炭黑为氯硅烷化处理疏水性气相白炭黑。
所述绝缘胶带的制备方法为以下步骤:
d、将聚氯乙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、增塑剂丙烯酸树脂,搅拌混合,然后加入增塑剂、亚磷酸钙、草酸锌,混合均匀,加热至200摄氏度到230摄氏度后保温2-3小时,挤出成薄膜,并在180-190摄氏度热稳定性1-1.5小时,从而得到PVC薄膜。
e、将甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、环氧树脂、聚碳酸脂、气相白炭黑、硅硼增粘剂、石英粉、碳酸钙、硅酸钡加入开放式混炼机中进行混炼,再加入甲基硅油、滑石粉投入熔胶箱中打胶得到粘合剂层。
f、将粘合剂层均匀喷涂在PVC薄膜层上,即得到绝缘胶带。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它成本低廉,粘性好,具有良好的耐腐蚀性、绝缘性,使用寿命长,有效保障安全。
具体实施方式
本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含基层、粘合剂层,所述基层材质为PVC薄膜,其厚度为1mm-1.5mm,所述粘合剂层厚度为0.3mm-0.8mm;所述PVC薄膜由以下原料按照重量份制成:聚氯乙烯树脂75-100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂40-50份、丙烯酸树脂45-44份、增塑剂45-55份、亚磷酸钙2-4份、草酸锌4-8份;所述粘合剂层由以下原料按照重量份制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40-50份、环氧树脂20-25份、聚碳酸脂20-25份、气相白炭黑8-10份、甲基硅油2-5份、硅硼增粘剂7-10份、石英粉0.5-1.0份、滑石粉0.5-1.0份、碳酸钙0.2-0.3份、硅酸钡0.2-0.3份。
所述亚磷酸钙与草酸锌的质量比为1:2。
所述气相白炭黑为氯硅烷化处理疏水性气相白炭黑。
所述绝缘胶带的制备方法为以下步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、增塑剂丙烯酸树脂,搅拌混合,然后加入增塑剂、亚磷酸钙、草酸锌,混合均匀,加热至200摄氏度到230摄氏度后保温2-3小时,挤出成薄膜,并在180-190摄氏度热稳定性1-1.5小时,从而得到PVC薄膜。

c、将粘合剂层均匀喷涂在PVC薄膜层上,即得到绝缘胶带。

1.一种绝缘胶带,其特征在于:它包含基层、粘合剂层,所述基层材质为PVC薄膜,其厚度为1mm-1.5mm,所述粘合剂层厚度为0.3mm-0.8mm;所述PVC薄膜由以下原料按照重量份制成:聚氯乙烯树脂75-100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂40-50份、丙烯酸树脂45-44份、增塑剂45-55份、亚磷酸钙2-4份、草酸锌4-8份;所述粘合剂层由以下原料按照重量份制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40-50份、环氧树脂20-25份、聚碳酸脂20-25份、气相白炭黑8-10份、甲基硅油2-5份、硅硼增粘剂7-10份、石英粉0.5-1.0份、滑石粉0.5-1.0份、碳酸钙0.2-0.3份、硅酸钡0.2-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述亚磷酸钙与草酸锌的质量比为1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述气相白炭黑为氯硅烷化处理疏水性气相白炭黑。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述绝缘胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:它包含以下步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、增塑剂丙烯酸树脂,搅拌混合,然后加入增塑剂、亚磷酸钙、草酸锌,混合均匀,加热至200摄氏度到230摄氏度后保温2-3小时,挤出成薄膜,并在180-190摄氏度热稳定性1-1.5小时,从而得到PVC薄膜。
b、将甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、环氧树脂、聚碳酸脂、气相白炭黑、硅硼增粘剂、石英粉、碳酸钙、硅酸钡加入开放式混炼机中进行混炼,再加入甲基硅油、滑石粉投入熔胶箱中打胶得到粘合剂层。
c、将粘合剂层均匀喷涂在PVC薄膜层上,即得到绝缘胶带。
