本发明涉及海绵技术领域,尤其是一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵及制备方法。
背景技术
海绵在生活应用中十分常见,例如沙发、椅子、床垫以及鞋子中都有大量的海绵存在。因其给人以柔软舒适的体验,故而被人们大量使用在不同的领域。人们常用的海绵由木纤维素纤维或发泡塑料聚合物制成。另外,也有由海绵动物制成的天然海绵,还有三类其他材料制成的合成海绵,分别为低密度聚醚(不吸水海绵)、聚乙烯醇(高吸水材料,无明显气孔)和聚酯海绵。现有中,床垫、枕头中的海绵常常选用柔软的海绵作为填充,但现有用于填充的海绵存在的不足在于:一是,现有相关海绵的摩擦力大,二是,现有相关海绵丝滑感差、柔软性低。
现有相关技术中,尚缺少较佳技术方案。

本发明的解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术中的存在的缺陷,提供一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵及制备方法,以解决相关技术中海绵摩擦力大、丝滑感差的问题。

Ⅱ.将溶液A与1.5份硅油、1份爽滑剂、0.3份胺催化剂、0.15份锡催化剂、29.5份异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物和2.5份水充分混合成原始密度为37kg/m3的原料;
Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.85,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。
实施例4
一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚70份、POP聚合物多元醇30份、慢回弹聚醚20份、硅油2份、爽滑剂2份、胺催化剂0.4份、锡催化剂0.2份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物34份、水3份;其中,原料的原始密度为30kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.85;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为70%的环氧乙烷和30%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值35mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为28mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为240mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺与硅酮粉按1:1混合的混合物;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。

Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.85,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。

一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚60份、POP聚合物多元醇20份、慢回弹聚醚10份、硅油0.5份、爽滑剂0.5份、胺催化剂0.1份、锡催化剂0.04份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物23.5份、水1.8份;其中,原料的原始密度为50kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.90;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为75%的环氧乙烷和25%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值37mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的 POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为30mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为5500mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为250mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。

一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚65份、POP聚合物多元醇25份、慢回弹聚醚15份、硅油1份、爽滑剂1份、胺催化剂0.2份、锡催化剂0.1份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物25.3份、水2份;其中,原料的原始密度为46kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.88;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为75%的环氧乙烷和25%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值37mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量46%,羟值为30mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为250mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为硅酮粉;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。

一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚70份、POP聚合物多元醇20份、慢回弹聚醚10份、硅油1.5份、爽滑剂1.5份、胺催化剂0.3份、锡催化剂0.15份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物29.6份、水2.5份;其中,原料的原始密度为40kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.85;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为74%的环氧乙烷和26%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值36mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的 POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为29mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为5800mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为250mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺与硅酮粉按1:1混合的混合物;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。

一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚68份、POP聚合物多元醇28份、慢回弹聚醚18份、硅油1.8份、爽滑剂1.8份、胺催化剂0.3份、锡催化剂0.18份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物30.5份、水2.6份;其中,原料的原始密度为38kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.88;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为73%的环氧乙烷和27%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值35mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的 POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量46%,羟值为28mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为5000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为245mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为硅酮粉;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。
本实施例的海绵通过如下制备方法进行制备:
Ⅰ.将68份亲水聚醚、28份POP聚合物多元醇、18份慢回弹聚醚进行预混并获得混合均匀的溶液A;
Ⅱ.将溶液A与1.8份硅油、1.8份爽滑剂、0.3份胺催化剂、0.18份锡催化剂、30.5份异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物和2.6份水充分混合成原始密度为38kg/m3的原料;
Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.88,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。
实施例9
一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚69份、POP聚合物多元醇30份、慢回弹聚醚15份、硅油1.5份、爽滑剂1.8份、胺催化剂0.4份、锡催化剂0.2份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物32.25份、水2.8份;其中,原料的原始密度为34kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.89;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为74%的环氧乙烷和26%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值36mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的 POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为29mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为248mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为硅酮粉;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。
本实施例的海绵通过如下制备方法进行制备:
Ⅰ.将69份亲水聚醚、30份POP聚合物多元醇、15份慢回弹聚醚进行预混并获得混合均匀的溶液A;
Ⅱ.将溶液A与1.5份硅油、1.8份爽滑剂、0.4份胺催化剂、0.2份锡催化剂、32.25份异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物和2.8份水充分混合成原始密度为34kg/m3的原料;
Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.89,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。
实施例10
一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚70份、POP聚合物多元醇28份、慢回弹聚醚18份、硅油1.8份、爽滑剂2份、胺催化剂 0.1份、锡催化剂0.15份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物33.5份、水2.9份;其中,原料的原始密度为32kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.90;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为75%的环氧乙烷和25%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值 36mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为30mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为250mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为硅酮粉;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。

Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.90,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。
实施例11
一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚65份、POP聚合物多元醇25份、慢回弹聚醚15份、硅油1份、爽滑剂1.5份、胺催化剂 0.4份、锡催化剂0.1份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物27.5份、水2.2份;其中,原料的原始密度为43kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.9;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为72%的环氧乙烷和28%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应生成的聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述亲水聚醚的羟值 36mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的POP2045,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为28mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为5000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700,所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为245mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为硅酮粉;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1,所述硅油为L580,所述胺催化剂为A33,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。
本实施例的海绵通过如下制备方法进行制备:
Ⅰ.将65份亲水聚醚、25份POP聚合物多元醇、15份慢回弹聚醚进行预混并获得混合均匀的溶液A;
Ⅱ.将溶液A与1份硅油、1.5份爽滑剂、0.4份胺催化剂、0.1份锡催化剂、27.5份异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物和2.2份水充分混合成原始密度为43kg/m3的原料;
Ⅲ.对混合的原料进行发泡成型,并使海绵的发泡指数达到0.90,从而获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。

Claims (7)

1.一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,其特征在于,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:
其中,原料的原始密度为30~50kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.85~0.90;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为70%-75%的环氧乙烷和含量为25%~30%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应的聚合物,所述亲水聚醚的羟值35~37mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的高固含量聚醚多元醇,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%~46%,羟值为28-30mgKOH/g,25℃黏度≤6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为240~250mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺或硅酮粉或芥酸酰胺与硅酮粉按1:1混合的混合物;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,其特征在于,所述海绵由以下重量份数的组分组成的原料反应生成:亲水聚醚60份、POP聚合物多元醇30份、慢回弹聚醚10份、硅油1.5份、爽滑剂2份、胺催化剂0.3份、锡催化剂0.15份、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物35.7份、发泡剂3.2份;其中,原料的原始密度为30kg/m3,海绵的发泡指数为0.85;所述亲水聚醚为以甘油为起始剂,与含量为70%的环氧乙烷和含量为30%的环氧丙烷无规聚合反应的聚合物,所述亲水聚醚的羟值35mgKOH/g;所述POP聚合物多元醇是由通用聚醚与苯乙烯单体、丙烯腈单体接枝共聚的高固含量聚醚多元醇,所述POP聚合物多元醇固含量45%,羟值为28mgKOH/g,25℃黏度为6000mPa.s;所述慢回弹聚醚的羟值为240mgKOH/g;所述爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺与硅酮粉按1:1混合的混合物;所述异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物的混合比例为4:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,其特征在于,所述亲水聚醚为聚丙二醇PPG5000,所述POP聚合物多元醇为POP2045、所述慢回弹聚醚为聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯PPG700。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,其特征在于,所述硅油为L580,所述发泡剂为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵,其特征在于,所述胺催化剂为A33或A1或A1与A33按1:4混合的混合物,所述锡催化为锡催化剂T-9。
6.一种制备权利要求5所述的一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
Ⅰ.将上述组份比例的亲水聚醚、POP聚合物多元醇、慢回弹聚醚进行预混并获得混合均匀的溶液A;
Ⅱ.将溶液A与上述组份的硅油、爽滑剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、异氰酸酯TDI与聚合MDI混合物和发泡剂充分混合成原始密度为30~50kg/m3的原料;
Ⅲ.在发泡指数为0.85~0.90的情况下对混合的原料进行发泡成型,获得低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备一种低摩擦阻力丝滑海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤Ⅱ中,混合后的原料中的原始密度为30kg/m3,步骤Ⅲ中,海绵的发泡指数为0.85。
